If you're going to treat customers like it's Burger King, then charge Burger King prices. Don't charge luxury prices for an experience that feels like nobody wants to be there. The slime was fine, but customer service is part of what you're paying for, and that part completely missed the mark. I understand that store policies exist and that certain items may be final sale, but there is no reason customers should be treated disrespectfully. A manager should be willing to communicate professionally, show basic courtesy, and make an effort to assist customers. This was extremely disappointing and an example of very poor customer service.
