There's a big sale section in the back and the store is very clean, organized and sexy! The ladies were all very nice and helpful. I have relatives that visit from other countries that are on the hunt for big and tall clothing as the price and design are way nicer and cheaper here in the states so this store is a win for everyone (Total Wine is also in this shopping center).

I called at 12:30 PM to see if they carry the style of shoe that I was looking for. There was no answer. I called twice. I don't understand since they don't even open until 12 PM. Their business hours are listed 12-5pm. Do they open at 12 and then go on a 2 hour lunch break? I really don't get it. I showed up at their store at 1:15pm today, and just as I was parking, a young man was at the front door, changing the little sign with a Clock that shows when they will be back!! What the hell? This is my second attempt. I guess they don't want my business. It's absolutely ridiculous. This place sucks already since it's never open when you show up. They won't answer the phone either so there's that. How frustrating!! don't waste your time! The store is small anyways. Looking through the window they don't have much inventory, so I guess I won't waste my time ever again in the future. Lame!! I don't know how they stay in business.

Fair Deals & Great Energy…read more Stopped in for the first time with a pair of sneakers that had been collecting dust in my closet. The staff was welcoming, straightforward, and more than fair with their buying and selling process. No pressure, no games -- just solid business. I'll definitely be coming back for any future sneaker heat. GREAT job to the employees for keeping inventory out and available for customers. Many items were marked down, which helps make shopping here a positive experience for customers by giving them more value for their buck. Makeup haul!!!! I…read morewent to this Macy's to grab some makeup. Every year or so, I go on makeup hauls to replace the makeup that I have. I think it's good to do that because bacteria hides in your makeup. Even if you clean your brushes and sponges, there's still hidden bacteria creeping around. So, to combat that- I buy new makeup periodically. This time, I was on the hunt for a face foundation, eyelash and eyebrow makeup. I found all of that and more at Macy's. It took everything in my power to avoid the MAC counter lolol I'm such a MAC girlie lol Well, in the past I was. Now I opt for makeup that has some anti-aging qualities. I got lucky and found some sales going on for the holidays. Score! Great value! Service was great. I was in and out pretty fast considering it was Christmas time.
