They specialize in offering clothing for women that have "more to love" (my words not theirs aka plus size) I only know of the 2 same ladies that we see every time we visit and they're the best! Since that 1st visit we've returned several times and she loves their selection of various dresses and blouses in all kinds of colors and styles. Unfortunately, I went to the competitors first not knowing anything about this shopping category. Me, a girl that wears leggings and T-shirts everywhere I go. So I'm here to tell you that Lane Bryant is for the older respectable woman torrid is for the stylish younger hip vibes. I found much more stuff that I liked in the store and I had a really great time with the sales girl. I give this a five star experience and I will continue to shop here throughout the year.

I was greeted by one of the women as I approached the counter. She asked for the name on the order and went to the storage room. She was gone only a few minutes. No problems at all. I was patient and let the employee go at their own pace. The transaction was so easy. Make sure you have your ID ready even though it was not examined. Haha. I had the important part, the email and the name of the purchaser. That was the easiest order pick up ever. BTW, I was offered a 50% off promotion for completing a pick up order in store only.. Unfortunately, I was only the courier. Parking aplenty even though it's very near the restaurants. Park close or go to other adjacent lots.
