This is for Torrid Corporate or Torrid Online - Second time I placed order with Torrid online and…read moresecond time item got lost. This time it says it was out for delivery a few weeks ago then nothing then it changed to attempted delivery No access. It's a house, NOT in a gated community, no fences, no gates, no guards, no pets, no nothing. Just a house sitting on a public street like most houses in the country. Somehow once again, my Torrid package could not find it's way to my mailbox or front door. Strange how Amazon and Walmart come to my door almost daily with no issues. In fact, never had an issue with their deliveries. Called Torrid they say they can't do anything because they don't have the package. They say file claim with UPS, the shipper, but UPS says NO I need to file with USPS because they were the shipper. (a newer service where UPS and USPS work together to ship packages). Call USPS and they say file claim with UPS, the shipper. Everyone passing the buck and no claim to be filed anywhere. Online purchasing is great. I obviously wont be buying online from Torrid again and I would caution everyone who does. Don't be surprised if you lose your money and your package.

We first discovered this spot about 3 years ago, and since then it's now a tradition to stop in so she can browse the inventory. They specialize in offering clothing for women that have "more to love" (my words not theirs aka plus size) I only know of the 2 same ladies that we see every time we visit and they're the best! At times my wife can be very shy and uncomfortable when shopping for herself and it was so heartwarming to see how patient and helpful they were with her. It also made her feel so special. Since that 1st visit we've returned several times and she loves their selection of various dresses and blouses in all kinds of colors and styles. We make it a point to visit often because they're always adding to their inventory. (Inside tip - for partners that prefer to wait patiently while their wives do their thing they have very comfortable seating at the back of the store ) Thank you so much, not just for the latest fashion and style choices but for continuing to make my wife feel confident and sexy in her own skin. Priceless.

630 pm, Friday the 13th, February 2026…read more No bad luck here. I was asked to pick up a package as I was enroute from DTLA. I was sent the confirmation email ahead of time. I was greeted by one of the women as I approached the counter. She asked for the name on the order and went to the storage room. She was gone only a few minutes. No problems at all. I was patient and let the employee go at their own pace. The transaction was so easy. Make sure you have your ID ready even though it was not examined. Haha. I had the important part, the email and the name of the purchaser. That was the easiest order pick up ever. BTW, I was offered a 50% off promotion for completing a pick up order in store only.. Unfortunately, I was only the courier. Parking aplenty even though it's very near the restaurants. Park close or go to other adjacent lots.
