A friend of mine and I stopped by here today, and the experience was awful. We were planning to buy…read moresome plushies and some stationery, but the employees kept following me around the store. At first, I thought I was imagining it, so I deliberately walked to a different area to see if they would continue. They did. They tried to cover it up by constantly asking if we needed help. Within about five minutes, my friend and I were asked three separate times if we needed assistance. They also kept pretending to straighten merchandise and put items back on shelves right next to me while watching us. It was obvious what they were doing. My friend and I got so irritated that we just left without buying anything. It was clear we weren't welcome there. It's sad because I used to come here all the time in high school and throughout my 20s. I don't know what happened to this place, but they clearly racially profile their customers. You would think a store that sells so many products promoting inclusion and progressive values, especially in such a liberal city, would hold itself to the same standard. This is covert racism, and I will never be coming back to this establishment. Do better.

Yeah none of this stuff is work-appropriate but I like to wear fun clothes! I signed up for their points club, you get a free sticker for doing this as well as getting a free tote bag on your birthday. They have stores throughout SoCal but this was the first location I've been to. Service was friendly and they helped me find the right sizes that I needed. Prices weren't too bad either. Would totally return!

Not vey happy with this store. I love Vans but the customer service there was bad. Went in knowing what I wanted had to wait like 15 min to get someone to get my shoes size. They kept bringing the wrong shoes out. I just wanted to leave but finally they came out with the correct color and size. Got home and the gave me two left shoes! Went back and they couldn't find the other pair so they had me drive to another city to exchange the shoes. read more

I took them into Red Wing Upland, CA for repair and expected to pay a hefty repair cost. Instead, I was taken care of by friendly and competent staff and the repair was performed at no cost to me. The problem though is that the sole material is old and brittle and could crack again in the future. I was advised to contact Red Wing admin and inquire about a remedy, possibly replacement shoes. Whatever comes of my inquiry, I am pleased with the professionalism and the level of service I received. Thank you Red Wing Uoland!

The store itself is elegant, looks like they fronted more money than a "footlocker" for example, and the select for women's "high heels" is tremendous. The store is nicely maintained, and all staff appears more customer service driven, and want to help you. There is multiple people onsite, the day of my visit at least four employees for a smallish store; I was impressed. Generall stores such as these have one person doing all the running back/forth and one guy/gal at the cash register. It's almost as if Shiekh gives their employees commission because they're so hungry to help you. Overall, a change of shoe shopping experience, I spent ~ $300 2x pairs onsite and 1x was ordered for in store pickup ~7 days ETA. This store gets my five stars.
