You know very well that's not the case. It wouldn't make sense to have a store that sells bags and shoes where customers aren't allowed to pick them up or try them on. You also know that nothing was damaged at any point. It's disappointing that, instead of simply saying something like "I'm sorry you felt that way," or offering any kind of apology, you chose to take a defensive attitude and continue being aggressive. In any case, don't worry -- I have no intention of ever returning to a place where customers are treated that way. Your table and display stand were never damaged, and honestly, given the unfriendly attitude you showed, I truly don't believe you would have hesitated to point it out and charge me if anything had actually happened. I'm not playing the victim -- I'm simply a dissatisfied customer sharing her experience, as this platform is intended for. I will say: your store is beautiful, and your products are truly lovely, but unfortunately, your attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Believe me, if you had maintained the same warm attitude you showed when we first arrived, none of this would have happened. Huge and massive now due to taking over Forever 21's previous spot! Looking around the store,…read morethere's lots of cute items that you want to try on.. but beware! The fitting room has strict rules and you must be aware of what you can't try on, and the max to try on is also 6 items. The staff didn't let me and my mom go in the same fitting room together because of policy, which was fine. She looked annoyed at us though when we both stepped out of each other's rooms to look at each other's fitting. Like geez.. we're trying these out to find a suitable fit for a family event and we're doing the best we can, lol. Anyways keep in mind that what you can't try on are also what you can't return due to final sale. Here's how the signs are worded: "ALL BODY SUITS, ACCESSORIES (HATS, COSMETICS, JEWELRY BELTS, LEGGINGS, PURSES, FOOTWEAR, LINGERIE) SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL BASIC ITEMS. PARTY ITEMS." So sanitary-wise it's good, but at the same time make 100% sure you know it'll fit and look good on you! We actually had our checkout done by the manager and she didn't speak to us the whole time during our checkout process. No thank you or anything, and eventually after shopping and finding a different top elsewhere we had to exchange two items the same day we purchased them. After having lined up at the checkout counter, the staff thoroughly checks it before telling us we have to walk all the way to the back to meet the manager to do the exchange process. Manager was the same lady, and finally she spoke to us. Customer service definitely could be improved, especially since Q has a lot of rules to follow.
