We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Finn helped us today and was amazing! He was so patient with us and is so knowledgeable. The evaluation for both our feet were shocking and interesting. They do email you the full report, so you can have it for your record. I love that they are not pushy or rushing you to make a decision. They also do price match if it's the same shoe. Unfortunately, they didn't have the shoe size and color on the shoes we wanted. But we did end up getting a pair of insoles that Finn told us about. Hopefully, this will give us more cushion and stability with the shoes we have now. We highly recommend going to this store and seeing Finn if you are needing to find a good pair of running or walking shoes. We will definitely be coming back here again.

I received excellent customer service and I was really impressed with his product knowledge. I walked out with a pair of inserts for myself and picked up a pair for my husband. I was looking for the Pro Club T-Shirts and I found them towards the front of the store and they were on Sale.. I asked the staff about the shirts. The staff member that assisted me that day was Carl. He took the time and we were talking about the shirts and the brand. Just really good conversation and made me feel that I was appreciated as a customer. I decided to get the 3 colors of Pro Club t-shirts his size. I've visited this store several times and have always enjoyed my experience. However, during my…read moremost recent visit today, I witnessed an interaction between a manager/supervisor and an employee that I found very unprofessional and uncomfortable. While I understand that workplace issues need to be addressed, the employee was repeatedly spoken to in a degrading manner and was ultimately told to "go over there and do your thing." This interaction took place openly in front of coworkers and customers, making it difficult not to hear. In my opinion, this type of feedback should be handled privately and respectfully. Employees deserve to be corrected without being embarrassed or humiliated in front of others. I hope management will take this feedback into consideration, as the interaction significantly affected my otherwise positive impression of the store.

Pasadena was always my go to store and I really dreaded driving out there to pick up the inserts for my new boots I bought. I was helped out by a gentleman named Frank and another associate that I did not get her name but I wish I did because she was very nice. I called and asked if they had the inserts that I use in stock. He told me yes and that I should bring the shoes that I was going to put the inserts into with me. Well, I brought my new boots in and he was kind enough to put them in the new boots to make sure they fit perfectly. I cannot say enough about the soft step inserts that I use and will always use in my work shoes. . In store they are $40 plus tax. Frank, the sales associate is the kind of person you want taking care of you when you walk in to buy new shoes. After I purchased the inserts, I went looking at the new work shoes that they have since the last time I purchased my slip resistant SAS shoes well let me tell you I found the perfect shoe and Frank ordered them for me in my size since they only had a seven wide and I am a 7 1/2. He ordered the 7 1/2 medium narrow and the 7 1/2 wide so that I could try on and take the one that I was happier with. I also found the cutest sandals a new style they have they just came in. Oh my goodness so cute. I might have to pick those up when I go back to pick up my work shoes that he ordered for me. Great store, amazing product and wonderful sales team. I was told they rather I order on line because it costs too much to keep narrow Size shoes In the store. That doesn't even make sense. What a bad sales person. I left. They made me feel awful. I really long for the days of good customer service. These shoes cost way too much to not even be able to try them on first. There were just too many things wrong with this visit.
