Inside the Ontario Mills Shopping Center. The cousin feet hurts after walking around the mall and decided to stop in to find a comfortable shoe that's flat and with cushion. The store had BOGO 50% deals , in all honesty I am skeptical of the sale price, the regular price seems expensive already and with the sale seems we've already paid for the discount. The girls there did not want to return my Sephora bag I had just forgotten after buying a pair of shoes. I came back to get it and found all 3 girls opening my items (perfume and lip liner) and trying them out. Then they decided to question me like if I was some stranger trying to steal the bag. Now that's what I call excellent customer service. The selection is thin but it's probably because it's winter, so the offerings are mostly boots and uggs. Still, you can't beat the value you get from Off Broadway. The staff is wonderfully helpful as well. For two pairs, I only paid $65 - and that was with the second pair being shipped to me. This is kind of a discount shoe store at Ontario Mills! You can find some deals here and they have occasional sales. I almost always leave here with something. Today they have a Buy One Get One for 50% off sale and I scored two pairs of shoes, Vans and some casual dress shoes, for just under $100. SERVICE: The dude behind the register was great! He gave us advice on how to work the sales, clean my shoes and was just a really cool guy. I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name. I asked about a shoe cleaner on the display and he told me "just use an eraser". Saved me about $10......oh wow I hope he doesn't get in trouble for not upselling me LOL. Sorry Off Broadway but......I'm more willing to come back if the salespeople are honest so there's that! SELECTION: Huge selection of work, sport, fashionable and casual shoes. They pretty much have it all! VIBE: Self serve. You can walk the aisles and browse for hours if you want. There's so much to see but I did find the men's athletic shoe selection a little limited. The staff seemed unenthusiastic and unhelpful, which made my shopping experience quite frustrating. I had a few questions about your products, but the lack of engagement and assistance made it difficult for me to make an informed decision. So many workers walking aimlessly. Let me start by saying, poor reviews are never fun. That being said... What in the world is going on here??? Let's get to the good. As shoe selection goes they seem to be reasonably priced and have a huge selection. So if variety is what you're looking for then you came to the right place. Prices seemed in line but nothing was like "Dang for that price I NEED a pair of these" As you're walking around the store you're likely to wonder "who works here?" Not in a 'who would work HERE' way. More like a "seriously if i need help I dont think this place has employees" but they DO! they're so incognito because you cant tell if they're merchandising or looking at shoes. The unlimited no dress code makes sure they dont have to interact with you. This place is a veritable where Waldo of employees. One of the cashiers looked nap ready. But it got... so much worse. The two cashiers must have a master's in slow checkout. I am not exaggerating when I say there were 7 people in line. 2 checking out at checkout and 5 ahead of me. It took roughly 40 minutes to reach a cashier. If you're looking for a side hustle, stand in line and sell your spot. Best advice go in twos. One of you get in line walking in and by the time your shopping partner is ready to checkout you should be 5 or so min away. Interestingly enough. I bought 2 pairs of shoes and from walk up to walk out. MY checkout took about 60 seconds. No idea what was going on here. read more

My husband and I went shoe shopping this afternoon and we were just so impressed with the customer service here. Maury was the gentleman who not only helped my husband pick out some shoes but also assisted myself when trying to find the shoe I liked in my size which Unfortunately weren't in stock at the store but He informed me i was able to go to the register and order them to be shipped to my home for free and was still able to get the buy one get one 50% off. By the time we got home I got an email saying my shoes have already shipped! What?!? Wow. The lady at the register was also super helpful making sure we signed up for their club so we get our points. A little something for everyone. I seem to usually find at least one pair to take home here. I have trouble finding shoes truly, so those odds are pretty good when I normally go empty handed. Favorite thing here is their selection of flats and summer sandals. This visit I left with some Jellypop leopard loafer flats. Make sure to check out the large clearance in the back as the discounts tend to be pretty good. Also, save your receipt as there tends to be a discount for next time on the bottom of each. The manager that was cashiering has the personality of a fish. She looked at me then turned and ignored me while she fixed some shoes on the counter. I waited for her to call me, like their little sign tells you to do when your waiting in line, and when she finally greeted me, (if you want to call it that) her warm, courteous welcome was (with a crappy attitude) "cash or card?" Horrible customer service, the previous reviews are true. I ordered a pair of shoes in the store and was told they would call me when they get in. I had to call not once but twice to reorder my shoes. I gave them my order number both times and asked if it would help if I came in to the store to show my receipt. The employee told me there was no need to. Again they told me I would receive a phone call. That never happened, I ended up calling the customer service number to address the issue. They called the store to find out what was going on. Still the store was giving them the run around. I ended up reordering and sending the shoes to my house. Worst costumer service from the girl behind the counter/cashier Joanna. I went to return the unused shoes that I had purchases 5 days ago , instead of being greeted by professional curtsey I was rudely accused of having worn the shoes and trying to return them. I let the girl know they were not used and put them on once only to see they were not to my liking. She proceeded to have an attitude and accepted my return as though she was doing me a favor. I loved this place. it is shoe HEAVEN. So many things to choose from. I didn't think I was in there for very long, but realized it when the fiancé was done looking at the men's shoes and told me he was going out to sit down. Honestly, it doesn't take me long to shop anywhere, just there were so many shoes. September, the manager eagerly offered refunds where appropriate and store credits for those purchases beyond the timeframe for refunds.
