Don't waste your money! The clothing is cheaply made and their customer service is the worst I've seen in some time!

Kings is one of the few last bastions of streetwear boutiques, reminiscent of a long, bygone era of…read morestreetwear dating back to around 2009 to maybe the end of 2014. Nowadays streetwear trends have shifted, blurring the line between casual fashion and high fashion. It's made its way into high fashion, collaborating with major fashion heavyweights like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, Vetements, etc. to list a few. Kings to me is what pure streetwear is all about at its core. No bots, no asinine reseller mark-ups, no insane pricetags, no bullshit. Just tried and true streetwear styles from iconic streetwear brands that have withstood the test of time. I'm thankful Kings and others like it still exist (Proper, BAIT, Bowls LA and Union are both kind of). I say kind of because Bowls opens whenever they want and Union definitely has a certain audience in mind with the brands they carry. Anyway, maybe I'm looking back at the history of streetwear with rose-tinted glasses, but there's no denying that the fact that a place like Kings can still thrive despite the fact that a lot of boutiques I used to frequent have either shifted to online exclusively or just shuttered their doors permanently is respectable. The fact that you can still walk into a place like this and get some sick drip without playing bullshit games and waiting for drops or buying bots to cop shit is something I truly appreciate. The staff is cool as always and if anything, their selection has improved over the years and they've definitely stepped up (heh) their shoe game as well. Anyway, my very long drawn out point is that Kings is still king when it comes to finding streetwear locally with an excellent selection. They carry all the brands; new and old. It's like Costco. You definitely aren't walking outta there with just a $5 rotisserie chicken. You're gonna walk outta there with a whole ass wardrobe if you haven't gone shopping in a VERY long time, like me.

However, during my…read moremost recent visit today, I witnessed an interaction between a manager/supervisor and an employee that I found very unprofessional and uncomfortable. While I understand that workplace issues need to be addressed, the employee was repeatedly spoken to in a degrading manner and was ultimately told to "go over there and do your thing." This interaction took place openly in front of coworkers and customers, making it difficult not to hear. In my opinion, this type of feedback should be handled privately and respectfully. Employees deserve to be corrected without being embarrassed or humiliated in front of others. I hope management will take this feedback into consideration, as the interaction significantly affected my otherwise positive impression of the store.

Brandon and Naomi were absolutely awesome! They both took the time to walk me around the store,…read morehelp me put together several different outfits, and give me honest feedback on what looked best. What really stood out was that they actually asked questions about where I was going and what I was dressing for so they could make sure everything I picked was the perfect fit for the occasion. They made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and honestly a lot more enjoyable than shopping usually is. They both went above and beyond and provided some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. Zara is lucky to have Brandon and Naomi. I really appreciate all the help!

On 10/28/27 at 715pm, at the register, my friend purchased a red winter coat, the girl who was…read moreassisting us, Hispanic girl with glasses, told us they ran out of large bags, my friend say oh no, well which bags do you have and the girl held up a very small bag that would probably only fit a couple blouses, I asked her if they have a plastic type cover or bag to put over the coat to take out, she said no and the other girl on the other register, a white girl, said they do have a garment bag for $9 we can purchase, I said, $9, you should as a courtesy, give that to my friend for her coat since you ran out of bags, friend just spent $86, you can't accommodate a free garment bag since you can't keep a supply of bags?? ...no response...at the white girl's register she had 3 men purchasing many sweaters, tops and I think some pants, it was a pile of clothes, I said so with their huge purchase you'll have them walk out of your store without a bag, and the Hispanic girl said, "yeah, they don't mind", then took my friend's receipt and slammed it on top of my friend's new red coat, pushed it toward us and said "Next"! Then I told her she didn't have to be rude about it, just because they ran out of bags! I'm describing the girls because we didn't get their names, and I'm hoping management will check them on their customer service skills, we were fine as is until the Hispanic girl displayed her rude attitude with the receipt on top of the coat. Request: Train your young employees how to handle pressure Zara, if they're going to work with people they need to know to handle speaking with customers correctly and maintain a certain composure, if they can't handle it maybe they should just move the clothes. Compliments to another Hispanic girl wearing glasses and all black who was working the fitting room, she was assisting my friend with the red coat, because of her kindness and wonderful customer service, my friend kept the coat, otherwise she would have declined the purchase as soon as the receipt was topped on the coat. This was my first time in this store and my last! I don't spend my money where there's rude customer service, I'm not contributing to their paychecks!!
