Had to come on here and give credit where it's due. I was at the Coach Outlet looking for a specific bag and Dan helped me out. I was on the manhunt to find a Dakota bag that has nearly been sold out everywhere for a few few months. He went to check in the back for me and at first they didn't have it. I figured that was the end of it and left. About five minutes later, he actually called me and said he found one. I didn't even expect that. Most places would've just left it at "sorry, we don't have it." The fact that he took the time to double-check and then personally call me to come grab it says a lot. There's a will, there's a way! Impeccable service! That's the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Super appreciative of the extra effort. This is the type of connection that bridges a retail shop versus an online retailer. It truly made me fall in love with the physical shopping experience all over again vs. online shopping. Went to this location for the first time yesterday and I was pretty happy with my purchase, I wanted a big everyday bag that I could take to work and would fit my laptop in and I found the Hadley large shoulder bag with a matching wallet for just about $300. They have a wide selection for women at affordable prices. I was eyeing another Hadley convertible crossbody in their signature denim that I'll be getting next time. I will say that it's unfortunate that their CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE. When I walked in there was three employees just standing there, nobody greeted us and nobody asked to help. I was searching for something on my own and when I narrowed it down to 2 bags that's when I was finally approached by a nice middle aged woman named Amy who grabbed the purse I wanted and found a matching wallet for me. Employees need to be trained to provide SOME sort of customer service--that's the entire job. Because of this I'd probably buy my next purse at another location. Dan answered the phone and informed me all of the bags they received for the restock were going to people on the waitlist, but he took my information down and said he'd add me to the waitlist in case anyone did not pick up their bag. Let me tell you one thing about the workers here at this coach outlet at Ontario mills. Absolutely TRASH especially this one blonde chick that works there, instead of asking me and my mom if we needed any help she gave us the dirtiest look and for security which is also trash, also kept giving me and my mom the nastiest looks. The service here was absolutely terrible, no one in this damn store helped us at all. All I noticed from these workers is that they were staring at us and whispering and laughing. Came by over the weekend to look for the ladybug crossbody and clutch. Unfortunately it was not in stock in store. Sales gal was very nice. Helped me check in the back room. Lots of staff and sales people on the floor to assist customers. They weren't pushy in my face, which is always nice, I did come across some really cute Halloween design. Looks can be deceiving at this location. From the outside very inviting, on the inside not so much. I was greeted by one of the all black wearing associates. But no follow up question like, "can I help you find anything?" If she had asked, I would have told her I was in-fact looking for a simple card wallet. Since she didn't, I resorted to perusing the store myself. Another associate was right next to the wallets and didn't even ask if he could help me find anything. I eventually found what I was looking for. But it was the display. I looked for someone to help me. Found four employees standing around together having their own conversation. I just stood there with wallet in hand, not wanting to interrupt. One girl finally made eye contact with me, asked if I had a question. I asked if she had this particular wallet in the back. Without skipping a beat she said, "that's the last of that color". Ok...I just tossed the wallet back and left. On Feb 8th, I was at the Coach Outlet sometime before 7:00pm. Never have I ever been in a Coach Outlet store where NOBODY approaches you to ask if you need any assistance. In most other Coach stores, you have several employees on the floor covering different areas of the store. Not here. As I stood there at the clearance shoes struggling to find a shoe size on a shelf I couldn't reach, several staff passed me by with not even one inquiry if I needed help. I would turn to look at them to ask, but they just rushed by me like I wasn't even there. I was right there by the door that takes employees to the back room. I had to personally stop somebody to ask for help, but their response was quick and they were out of there quicker than it took to ask the questions. Everyone's body language was like they were busy and in a rush, but the store wasn't even busy. My saving grace was Nadia. She was the ONLY one who was helpful during my entire time in the store. She helped me try to find a shoe size in the store and even went to the extent of checking online to check if my size was available. She never abandoned me until I was done with my shopping. Thank you Nadia for coming in clutch for your teammates. I ended up buying the boots online in the size YOU found for me. Kudos to you for your excellent customer service. read more

This store looks like what it is - an outlet. Nothing fancy at all, and appears a bit junky. It was packed with customers, and I was pleasantly surprised to see so many employees! Even with all the customers, it was super easy to find someone to assist you. Most (not all) employees are very kind and helpful. Word of caution when buying shoes - ALWAYS TRY THEM ON FIRST! The soft leather shoes I wanted had all been stretched out from so many people trying them on before me, and the leather soles were already dirty. After 3 tries, I finally found an acceptable pair. I'm on vacation in the US for 3 weeks (from Ireland) and placed a big order online of gifts for my family to keep up for their birthdays and Christmas etc. I ordered mostly wallets, wristlets and slippers. I paid for expedited delivery since I wanted to make sure they arrived before travelling home (said two business days). The order shipped in 3 different batches, two have arrived and one box was missing a pair of slippers and the box was so jam packed there clearly wasn't even any room for another pair of slippers to be in the box (box was also in perfect condition so not tampered with, they just didn't pack them) but I was still charged for the slippers and when contacted customer service they issued me 'credit as a good will gesture'. I told them I wanted a refund to original payment method and they said they couldn't because the box was delivered (outrageous they can just go about selling empty boxes to customers and charging them because oh well the box was delivered, doesn't matter if anything was inside or not). Anyway third package still isn't here 10 days later and they give me credit for shipping fees - I want my money back and never to shop with Caoch ever again. The third package had info input with the courrier a week again and just hasn't moved or been scanned since. So currently wasted $32 on a pair of imaginary Coach slippers, $25 dollars on 2 day shipping for items still not shipped two weeks later, and €70 on wristlets that it remains to be seen if they will ever show up! That's $127 Coach charged me for nothing essentially! My only advice...stay away from shopping on their website! read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Me and husband walked in and the security looked at us and didn't say anything but then a couple right behind us (of a different race than us) walked in and he greeted them!! Then we noticed a different security kept following us. I stood there and looked right at him and he looked down as if we didn't noticed. The store workers were standing around talking to eachother and once we asked for help to get a bag, it took them telling 2-3 people before someone finally went to the back to get it! I visited the Coach Outlet at Ontario Mills on December 5 to purchase a pair of Cecelia boots. I bought my pair in-store and ordered my mom's through the store with the understanding that they would be shipped to me. However, after making the purchase, I only received an email with the receipt--no updates, no tracking info, and no communication about the status of the order. I called the store multiple times but couldn't get any answers. Today, when I finally reached someone, I was told that there was nothing they could do because once the order was placed, it was "out of their hands." They gave me the customer service number, but after calling and getting no response, I contacted my bank for help. To my surprise, the bank informed me that Coach had already refunded the full amount the same day I made the purchase, without any notification to me. Had I known that the order was canceled, I could have simply walked back into the store and bought the boots. Instead, I've been left in limbo, waiting for a product I never received, with zero communication from Coach about the status or cancellation of my order. This lack of transparency and customer service is incredibly frustrating, and I will not be ordering from this store again and will be returning all my other items that I purchased. Employees are well trained for emergencies!! Unfortunately, the day we walked into Coach store- they immediately locked store down due to suspicious/alarming activity in another part of the mall. Employees knew exactly what to do and directed customers towards the back of the store. Staff maintained composure and remained calm considering the situation and directed / communicated with customers accordingly. From what I saw walking into the store and soon after this experience, this coach store is really well stocked, organized and it's nice. It's great to know employees are trained to take appropriate action in situations such as the one we experienced this day. Unfortunate but great. read more

Today, February 27, 2025 I came into the store just to browse and see if I like a bag that I would like to buy, but ended up being watched by security thinking that I'm gonna steal something. Honestly, I've never felt so uncomfortable to the point where he was started walking towards the exit when I put everything back and I walked out. Never in my life have I ever experienced something like this and I think it's very fucked up too fucking assume that you're gonna steal when you can't even like look at things in peace because now they're watching you. Updating review since there wasn't anything new on sale from Kate Spade today so switched back to 'Coach,' which I know is like overrated. But I found decent sales here from 'Coach,' Ontario Mills today as compared to Cabazon this past Friday (two Outlet trips back-to-back) during Christmas/22 weekend. CAnt beat this: I get my work out done here too. Sales ladies were not pushy here but was always ready for price checks. Even when the second (time) I went back with my friend, Net A (YelpIE), the line was gracefully moving. It didn't take more than 15min to get in. I'll be back. The last time I was here was for the Coach x Disney collection. I chose to get the Mickey ears wristlet in bright red ($67.49) and a bright yellow wallet with Mickey skateboarding on it ($81). Both items were 40% off plus they gave me a coupon when I entered that had a 50% off. Place is always packed with people from tour buses. Their staff seems ready for them, they have several fluent speakers working there in various languages. Some would start to ask if I need something in Japanese or Spanish but my American-born ass only knows english but I'm cool with it. They're helpful and usually answer any questions I have. They take card, The staff is nice and attentive. The lady who rang up my wallets also gave me two Coach dustbags for each of them when I asked if they had any small ones. read more

I ordered a purse for my wife as a Christmas gift today and elected to have it held for pick up from the store as the said it would take 7 to 10 days to ship otherwise. They got their wires crossed and shipped it instead and when I called to request they reverse their mistake and put it back to a pick up order, they refused. My daughter bought herself a white coach purse as a gift to herself for graduating in June 2024 we are now in late July 2024 and her strap of the purse is shredding and falling apart. For a purse with such a high reputation the purse handles are not holding up to the purses reputation or value. I am very disappointed in my interaction with this location. Very poor customer service. I was shopping at another Coach location when I inquired of a specific bag that was sold out months ago and I had missed two of the specific drops when they were released. A nice employee at the camarillo store checked inventory in the state of California and informed me this location had plenty in stock. I was ecstatic, when Coach released this collection usually, I am able to get the bag (Halloween bag) except for last year. She provided the contact telephone number and informed me they could ship it to me. When I arrived home I called and spoke to I believe his name was Edward/Eddie. He first checked stock to make sure they had it (the previous manager told me the number they had i stock (plenty) unless a reseller was to come and purchase all of them within a few hours. Mind you this manager also told me the price it was too. He first informed me he wanted to check stock and I waited five minutes he informed me they had stock but I needed to make an appointment. I said sure no problem, the appointment was set. The time came around and no one called. I waited 15 - 20 minutes and then called the store. A lady whose name began with K answered the phone and when I explained my appointment time, she was aware and asked me to hold. I waited about five minutes or more and than hung up. I did not revere a call back till about 45 minutes later which I than had to begin work and could not take the call. I was left one voicemail message and that is it. All this occurred on a MONDAY, I could understand if this was a weekend but a MONDAY. I am truly very disappointed in this experience, they had no interested in purchasing the bag. read more

I would like to take a minute to point out a special person who is very lucrative to the store. His name is Joshua . as I was in the store, he was helping other clients and had such product knowledge. what impressed me was that he was speaking to his clients, I believe in Mandarin. because of his language skills, they were purchasing many items due to the confidence and trust he was providing to the clients. I wanted an enamel keychain strawberry, and there were no more in the store. I asked Joshua for the keychain, and he said no, we're out of that item. So he already knew he was sold out but I did happen to see one in the store display and when I informed him of that he immediately like a boss didn't turn to ask anyone took it upon himself with authority to help this client in retrieving the last enamel strawberry keychain. He couldn't locate it in the window, and then I showed him I had a picture while i was waiting in line. he went back and found it for me, going above and beyond for this client. What makes it special for me is that it is my birthday weekend, and he went beyond not even knowing that. making my birthday visit special. When I write reviews about a particular salesperson, it's because I can see them. I used to be in sales for many years with high clientele, and know what it takes to be that special salesperson. Especially in today's time of no we have no more customer service for you ma'am. This location is a good store highly recommended. I go to all of them and appreciate the service that I received at this location.
