Super cheap cause I wanted to test them out first. Second order -- the most amazing platform wedges that were on sale for $12!!! They arrived in perfect condition with NO extra handling/etc fees even though they came in a box! Totally wasn't expecting that. Wears is alright. A bit on the heavy side but quality is decent -- about ALDO-level quality. Why they decided to do this now and never before, I have no idea but I just used it on these lace-up cut-out boots that look exactly like mid-level designer ones I've seen on NastyGal. With discount, shoes were under $20. Plus they sent me follow-up e-mails to make sure that I received my orders. I mean, if I hadn't, I don't know how helpful the e-mails would have been... but I did! So yay. ~~PROS~~ - constant discounts -- things get dirt cheap if you wait for their 50-60% off events - fast shipping with tracking -- I got my order in 10 days, which is faster than most sites whose warehouses are closer. (I live in Toronto.) - no COD for Canada, no handling fees for boxes!! - cute styles!! I think they are actively plagiarizing NastyGal... Clothes is pretty good for the price however, you do have to read the reviews and what the material is made of. Some items can be sheer. That red top in my pic was ordered from there as well that white dress in my pic lol. The shoes are also great for the price. Gojane always have good sales "up to 70% off". However, if you do see something you want make sure you get it or it will be sold out. Out of all of my orders I've only retuned one dress, they don't refund they only do store credit and its sent to you in an Email. So, you have to keep an eye on that. The shoes from this brand are for people with very skinny, narrow feet, point blank. I think these items are centered around a specific demographic since they are all made in China... I made a good purchase of slippers which are great honesty but would have returned the other two failed shoes I bought, but the shipping fees are NOT worth it. I think it is of poor taste that they do not provide a reduced price for a shipping label they could send you via email (like Forever21 does for example) when you need to make a return/exchange. They had glue coming out from the insert piece, and they were either not made the same way, or one of them was stretched out somehow. I'm a curvy girl and it's hard to find pants that accentuate/compliment my sort of chubby hourglass figure. -Inexpensive trendy shoes. (Just wait for the 25% off deals) There is some variation and sometimes you get great quality while sometimes the quality is comparable to other inexpensive stores like F21. ***But DO pay attention to the reviews esp regarding the sizes running small or large -Trendy Jewelry & Sunglasses. Prices are great and designs are fun. Now, I may be biased when it comes to shipping speed because I live in L.A. and they are based less than a couple hours away. I received the items I paid for minus one pair. They did whatever investigation they had to do and decided to give me a store credit. That was fine. I didn't want a refund. Just the shoes. I was told they could resend the shoes then was told they were sold out. No clue why not put the shoe I'd already paid for and didn't receive to the side but, whatever, I wasn't tripping. Still, I was okay with a store credit since I buy a lot of shoes offline. So anyway, few months later when I go to use my store credit, I can't find a place to add that I have a credit so, I call and learn that their policy is I pay for the shoes, call AFTER I pay and and tell them I have a store credit then wait for a refund of the credit amount. I used to shop here a lot and never really had any issues in the past, but with this last experience, I didn't realize how shady a company can be. I ordered about 5 items = $105 worth and paid $24 to have it expressed shipped so it would arrive in time for the weekend. When the items arrived within 2 days which was great, 2 of the 3 dresses were damaged. 1 dress had a hole in it and another had black smudges all over it. I was annoyed because I spent the $24 to get these dresses expressed shipped to wear for a party. I called the company right away and was informed to send pictures over of the damaged items then to call back after they are sent. I did. I spoke with Tiffany in customer service and she was helpful. She said I would get a full refund including a refund of the express shipping I spent. Cool. They sent me a return label to mail back the items. When I packaged the items to be mailed back, I made sure I packed everything back in it's original packaging and counted each item as I packed it into the bag to be mailed back. I dropped the package off at UPS same day. A few days later, I received an automated email that I will be issued a refund to my card and that it will take 4 to 5 days for the refund to reflect. Cool. I wait... 4 days later as promised, I viewed my account and found that I was only issued a partial refund of $102. I was confused, because I was under the expectation that i would receive a full refund. To be honest I didn't know how they even calculated that amount. I was super lost. I emailed customer service inquiring about my refund and why I wasn't issued the full as stated. Tiffany, the same rep I dealt with from the beginning, kindly replied saying that there was an item missing in my return package. I laughed. Really? Couldn't send me a notification about this "Missing" item and that it would reflect an adjustment to my refund? That was annoying. I hate chasing companies down. Anyway, I replied back stating the facts and that it was impossible that this item is missing if all the other items were received. What's FUNNY was that she replied back the same day saying that they will credit me the remaining balance of my refund and that they apologize for the inconvenience. FUNNNYYYYY. Tiffany was a great help and dealt with me. She could of easily ignored me and been a bitch but she wasn't. She made it apparent to provide me with excellent customer service and I always appreciate that since I'm, too, in customer service as well. Regardless of the outcome, I would of just filed a dispute with my bank, but I wanted to come to a resolution with the company. They have the right to make it right. So I'm glad they did. But I can't HELP but feel like they were trying to bamboozle me by saying something was "Missing". Moral of the story, always double check your stuff and make sure you know your facts. If you are looking for something that you don't need as a solid staple though, great stuff. Worst experience ever! I ordered some boots for about 40 dollars in the color black. They came fairly fast but when I opened the box the color was WRONG. It was in charcoal and not black. I called customer service and they sent me a return label and everything and told me I would receive the correct boots soon. The second pair also came quick within two days of my call to customer service. I open the box and they were the WRONG color again. Charcoal again! So I called customer service again and they gave me some excuse about inventory and that "maybe they didn't have any black" but no store would ever send the wrong color if they were out of stock of the color you wanted. So I sent back the wrong shoes, thankfully they paid for the return label, and I finally received the correct pair of shoes. The only good thing is that I'm very happy with my shoes, after FINALLY getting them, but the whole process just to get them was unnecessary and frustrating. Ever wanted a poorly made shoe at at leas 5X the value? GoJane is the answer! They routinely price their clothes at 3X their whole sale value (e.g. get them for 5 and sell them for 15) and shoes up to 10 (eg get them for 15 and sell them for 150). For the price it was an excellent buy, I mean they weren't designer quality but they are nice for a $23 pair of shoes and you don't wear $23 shoes all the time they are cheap enough to buy a variety so you can change up frequently which is exactly what I expected. Worst experience of my life. Both shoes run way to small and are poorly made. Since said shoes did not fit I had to pay 16.00 dollars to ship them back to you which I am truly appalled that I was not reimbursed. Not to mention it took your company 4 business days to process my return when it had been delivered on Thursday. I did not receive any type of confirmation until Tuesday the following week. I had also called on Friday and I was told my shoes were not there when I had a tracking number stating they were. One shoe was missing the small loop on the buckle that holds the ankle strap in place but it was a minor problem.
