Staff & Location get an absolute A+. I ordered a pair of jeans online for in-store pickup that would be ready in 3 hours. Despite not hearing back for more than 4, I decided to head to the store and see if I could still pick them up that same day (mind you 20 minutes before closing). The sales associate and manager that helped me had no problem getting my order for me and apologized for any inconvenience (it was no trouble at all). I was even able to try them on and exchange them for a different size all before they closed. Customer service was top notch and the store was clean/full with inventory. I also got the jeans online sale which was great (especially for Levi's). As soon as we got to the back of the store where the 501's were, Ruth popped up and asked if we needed any help. We told her, we won't sure his size and she helped us out right away and helped us find his size. Turns out he's a 30/30. He tried on different pants, and she helped us pick out 4 different kinds. My son was happy, and she did an outstanding job. Not once did she complain or gripe when we told her, "those don't fit right, those don't look nice." She put them away and got us more options. My son was looking for a specific Levi's brand 514 jeans. They didn't have his size on the shelf. The girl who worked there was quick to call to the back room to see if the size was available. It took a little while to look a d unfortunately his size was not there. They looked in boxes and exhausted all efforts. My son found other pants and was pleased. I rate this store 4 stars due to the customer service. The reason for 4 vs. 5 are that Levi's are a little pricy. I'd still recommend. My son is happy with his purchase. read more

As birthday gift for myself, I usually buy several jeans every year to replace the old ones that still fit yet worn out already. HAHAHA yes, my jeans still fit after a year or two! :D I went there on a regular day but the deals were amazing! I got two pairs of gray colored jeans for $20 each. And if you buy more than two blue jeans price would $39 from $59 so I bought three. Also, the white jeans were on sale for $20. Another style of jeans that I liked was out of stock but they helped me arranged a free shipment (which I received after a few days). I am mainly writing the yelp review to highlight Mariela's customer service. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She can run the store by herself. She was juggling multiple things, but did not allow those things to frustrate her as she was helping me. They did not have the size I wanted and she was kind enough to offer to ship it to me (if your size isn't in store, they'll order it online for you and have the shipping fee waived while still getting the discount price) even though she was dealing with multiple tasks. The store itself is pretty well organized making it easy to find what you're looking for. Don't expect for an employee to ask you if you need assistance, you will definitely need to walk up to them - except for Mariela! read more

I had an online return and received excellent service despite the fact I did not buy anything. The women's side which is a separate entrance had a long line, so I returned my order on the men's side and there were no issues even though the jeans were not men's. I came in today looking for a black denim sherpa jacket. I searched around but all they had were blue denim jackets and no black ones to be found. An employee approached me and asked if I needed help and I let him know what I was looking for. He immediately asked me what size and color I was looking for and he had let me know that he can have a black denim sherpa jacket shipped to me in my size ASAP. We went into the men's outlet looking for Jeans or just to shop around. We came in with drinks and a rude as employee basically stormed at us as we were entering and told us we could not have drinks inside. I completely understand if they don't want drinks inside their store but it was the way this male employee approached us. He said it with an attitude and was even making hand gestures for us to leave the store. They have everything from shirts to belts, shorts to skirts, jackets to jeans - so you're guaranteed a variety of clothing to select from all for amazing prices. Just this past weekend, my boyfriend bought 3 pairs of mens Skinny 511 jeans (in Polish Grey, Eco Blue Flame, and Black Stretch) for $35/pair. If you check out the online Levi store (http://us.levi.com/home/index.jsp), each pair goes from $60-70, which is insane. If you like Levi's, the trip to Ontario is definitely worth it. Go! An OK store. Two of us went there and in the thousands of pairs of jeans on the shelves, did not find one pair in my size. My partner only found 1 single pair in his size. Yet they had odd sizes with huge waist like 38"- 40" and short inseam like 30". I know the general public is largely overweight, but let's try to include athletic, healthy people too with 30" - 32" waist and 34" length. At least in the standard 501's! We were directed to the website for more options. Also, it was difficult to browse with the noise level and the sales people constantly asking me if I needed help. Overkill. I love my 501 Levi's, and this is the best place to get them! The Levi's company store in Victoria Gardens has less inventory, the same colors and styles, and are priced at retail. It's almost unfair to call the store at the Mills an "Outlet" store, because these aren't seconds, irregulars, or last season's styles. These are current styles in the same fit and finish as the "Retail" locations for sometimes 1/2 the price. I wear jeans most every day to work, and my Levi's have held up better than any other brand I've worn, and I really like the cut of the 501's. I'm a pretty big guy, yet I normally don't have any problems finding the sizes I want for jeans. The last time we were at Victoria Gardens, however, I wandered through the Levi's store and fell in love with the newer dark dark navy color in the 501's, but they only came in shrink to fit. They barely had my size before being shrunk, and they were $70! When I asked the sales girl if they had any bigger sizes in the back, she told me just to dry clean them... um, no, I'm not dry cleaning my jeans. The point of jeans is easy care right? It is for me at least! This past Saturday, at the Mills store, they had plenty of large sizes, I found just what I wanted, and they were $39. The dark dark navy, big enough to shrink to the size I wanted in both the waist and inseam, and plenty of them too, not just one pair! The sales staff was helpful, and at least 3 people asked me if they could help me during my shopping. At checkout, they had 5 cashiers working, so even though there was a line of 4 or 5 people ahead of me, I had paid and was out in no time. The next time I need new jeans, I'll have to remember to make this my first stop! I normally try to avoid the Mills because it's so crowded, and some of the outlet stores really are bad outlets; seconds, defects, old stock that no one else wanted, but I will have to be more open to dealing with the hustle when it comes time for jean-shopping. read more

Came here for an exchange of a present and the process was very smooth. Heads up, everything is on sale for $29.99, I believe, if you buy 2 pairs or more for Black Friday Weekend. Pretty good deal if you ask me - they should still have it come Sunday, but just don't quote me on that. Service was good, there's just way too many people and the wait for an exchange was more than 15 minutes, with about 10 minutes of wait time in line, that's almost an hour of waiting. So, I'd recommend divide and conquer - have someone pick out what you want and you can stand in line - the sizes are the same anyways, so you can just pick out what you want without having to try so many pairs on. There's slim, skinny, and straight - and maybe one other category, but that's about it. So it should be pretty easy to compare and pick out. read more

Earlier today I called to see if the store would have their regular buisness hours on the fourth of july. The man that i spoke to on the phone told me that the whole shopping center would close at 9pm. I was driving home from Las Vegas (I live in L.A.) and decided to stop here. When I arrived, i found that all of stores were already closed, and even levis, the same place that told me would be open was also closed. This was a real bug because it was a little bit out of my way to come and i had only arrived at a quarter to seven. Overall my expereience was horrible at Levis Ontario Mills. read more

Nothing really special here....sales item aren't that great in price. I can probably find cheaper sales at Macy's . The store was a bit crowded especially in the Jean section. I was trying to look at some jeans and people kept walking in front of me like WTF ! maybe they should move all the islands of shirts somewhere else. The worker there was just folding the clothes and doing his thing but Homie can you give me some space to shop? move to a different location so people can look at the merchandise instead of blocking the little intersection. I love how these Levis 501 Original Fit Jeans in drainpipe color fit my body and I also like the low rise feeling at waist. I'm a guy and like the body fit look and don't care at all for the baggy look. I stand 5'10 with a 34" waist and I wouldn't waste my money buying a more expensive designer jean that can't compare to Levis in this style. I went to the Levis outlet yesterday. I usually avoid the Mills all together but, wanted to try some Levis and didn't know my size to order online. The customer service was over the top. I had two very sweet girls help me find what I was looking for. One girl even happily climbed a high ladder to dig for my size way up by the ceiling. The check out girl was astonishing nice as well. If I can give negative stars I would. Worst customer service ever! My niece got Levi's jeans as a gift and we wanted to exchange for a different size because it did not fit her and we did not have a receipt. We walked in and immediately flagged a floor associate Explaining our situation.. We just wanted an exchange.. Not asking money back. Because my niece needed jeans which is why she got them as gifts. She brought them over to some other associates and scanned the jeans and said ok and she gave us the value of 2 pairs of jeans. We were helped by another employee. Awesome! We can pay the difference when we found what we liked. After trying them on.. We went up to the register to exchange and pay for the difference only to find out that only one pair was exchangeable. We asked why only one when we were informed by 2 other employees that both were exchangeable? The manager said that one pair was from like a kohls or jc pennys.. And they couldn't take it. All should've been fine if they had told us that to begin with. We were not trying to cause a scene.. Nor be rude. I'm sorry but .. Levi's outlet should have taken the fall for that! As a manager your employees made a mistake.. You should've handled it better by granting what was initially told to us. Seriously? You are a huge company. I don't care if you just slap ur employees hand because they did wrong. You obviously did not train them well enough if not just one.. But two employees got their information wrong. Unfortunately all you can say fat lady manager is ... " I'll take that.. I'll take that." Meaning she's just going to accept the criticism instead of fixing the problem. After all of this banter... They have a "sale", but only in larger sizes, way to go on discriminating the thin. I'm ready to check out using a debit card, my total is under 100 and they ask for my ID . I work in the mall so I only took my card and left my other items in my locker since I was on lunch. On top of that the girl from the fitting room was flirting and talking away with a guy while in waiting to get a stall, I found myself one. Never taking my business here again.
