This location is in Chino on Central and Philadelphia; next to the 76 gas station at the shopping center. The store was nicely organized and everything was placed nicely. I was looking for the Pro Club T-Shirts and I found them towards the front of the store and they were on Sale.. I asked the staff about the shirts. The staff member that assisted me that day was Carl. He took the time and we were talking about the shirts and the brand. Just really good conversation and made me feel that I was appreciated as a customer. I decided to get the 3 colors of Pro Club t-shirts his size. My overall experience was great and the customer service I received from Carl was outstanding. My in my personal opinion, I would recommend WSS if you are looking for athletic apparel and get great customer service from the staff. Thank You Carl for your assistance! Next time, I'll be back to get some things that I saw for myself.

And before those $3 turns into $200, I went to take care of it. I know that lady knows who I am, and honestly, I don't care. But adding extra sour cream to an already volatile burrito, is not a good look. You don't have to yell at me from the cash register to have a good day, and hope I have a great week. You're a hypocrite, you know I spoke to management and you got called out on your BS, so you try to make it even more uncomfortable for me to walk into that business...Your dry, bland, endearing words, are fake, just like you. I will never walk into this business again. You think I didn't catch you "forcefully" handing me back my receipt? Lady I see and analyze everything. That's what I do. I'm on my feet more than 12 hrs per day at work & wear tennis shoes with insoles from Road Runner Sports from Torrance... so what I want is more of comfort vs style/design. Prices are competitive, good value. I like that there's no high pressure sales person breathing down my neck, free to roam. There are free try-on (hosiery material) socks available, too, which I appreciate. At checkout, Wylie helped me out. She had a bit of problem accessing my very old gift card so a manager had to get involved--she was gracious & effective. I additionally used an American Express gift card I received for Christmas 2023-so I didn't pay a single cent for this transaction, 2 pairs of sandals for $103.29 (one pair was 30% off) All in all, it was a good experience even as I moaned & groaned about finding ones that fit well (wide width, a bit limited but better than most places) without causing pain, looked decent on my not-so-pretty feet & a good value. However, during my…read moremost recent visit today, I witnessed an interaction between a manager/supervisor and an employee that I found very unprofessional and uncomfortable. While I understand that workplace issues need to be addressed, the employee was repeatedly spoken to in a degrading manner and was ultimately told to "go over there and do your thing." This interaction took place openly in front of coworkers and customers, making it difficult not to hear. In my opinion, this type of feedback should be handled privately and respectfully. Employees deserve to be corrected without being embarrassed or humiliated in front of others. I hope management will take this feedback into consideration, as the interaction significantly affected my otherwise positive impression of the store.

The Sephora inside is a great addition, and that specific section always looks pristine. While the clothing and shoe departments can get a little shuffled during busy weekend rushes, it isn't too hard to find what you're looking for. Finding an employee on the floor to help with a fitting room can sometimes take a minute, but they are always friendly once you track them down. Plus, dropping off an Amazon return at the back desk is always a breeze, and the staff working that station are consistently quick and polite. The absolute best improvement they've made recently is adding the self-checkout registers. Checking out used to drag on a bit during peak hours, but the new self-checkout option makes getting out the door so much faster, especially if you just have a few basic things. Even when the main traditional lines look a little long, the self-serve kiosks keep the flow of foot traffic moving. It's a reliable, convenient store and definitely a great place to knock out some quick shopping.
