Th Calvin Klein staff and management at this location need to be changed out. Every time I visit this location they seem preoccupied with gossiping instead of helping out the guest. We came in with a gift card today to purchase some items and the cashier could not help us what so ever and insisted we purchase the items without the gift card. She refused to help us and gave us the customer service number. We had to leave all of the items we tried on and shopped for at the checkout stand. I do not recommend this location. read more

I came to this Calvin Klein location because I usually shop here and trust the prices. But this time the experience was very disappointing. I checked the price of a jacket using the scanner in the store, and it showed a lower price. However, at checkout they tried to charge me more. I wasn't trying to get anything for cheaper -- I just wanted the correct price that was shown. When I asked to scan the barcode again on the price-check machine, the device wasn't working at all. It made the whole situation feel unclear and unreliable. I don't understand why the prices in the store don't match at checkout. I hope the store improves their price accuracy and makes sure the scanners work properly, because customers rely on them. read more

This is a clean and well kept store with super friendly and knowledgeable employees. They are well stocked, so finding what you need is a breeze. I have been getting into Calvin Klein fashion brand for several years now since their clothing materials have been made of either pure cotton, most of the time or some times a mix of polyester for Summer outfits. I most often shop at TJ Maxx digging through their red tag sales for Calvin Klein items, shoulder bags included or at Outlet CKs such as this branch and that of Cabazon. However, since gas has been more costly these days due to inflation to drive down to Cabazon, I often stick to Ontario Mills Outlets which is totally my go-to hang out spot with my family. I buy a wide range of clothing from here mainly for work because it just looks nicer being it an Outlet brand: New Arrival T-Shirts, formal black (or dark grey) pants and black jeans, etc. Their pricing tends to be more on the reasonable side as well. The clerks here have always been helpful and friendly. I will likely return soon again. read more

I went to this location and as I was completing my purchase at the counter, their computer shut off. I had told the workers that the machine said the purchase went through but they were questioning me and told me they have to wait until their computer turned back on. I even showed them proof on my account that I had already been charged for my purchase. I was waiting for 30 MINUTES before they decided to use a different register. Then they proceeded to charge me twice. They told me if I had a double charge I could call customer service. so as no surprise the double charge showed up on my statements. I called customer service and they sent me an email to enter all the details and personal information so I sent that in immediately. It's now two days later and I receive another email that they somehow did not receive my email. This process is taking forever and is getting really frustrating. This location was very unprofessional and I did not appreciate being questioned if my purchase went through. They were being very passive aggressive and hinting that I might've had insufficient funds so they "had to make sure". Horrible experience. Horrible service. read more

This store. This store, yes this one, is okay. I mean, you know, Calvin Klein, branded clothing etcetera etcetera. This one though looks so crowded inside. I mean, I didn't like the arrangement of the clothing inside. It was organized, in a way, but the isles are too narrow that only one slim body can pass. I hate it coz I am the one who always give way to others. I ended up like giving way to people passing on the isles than shopping around. Hah. Miss Amanda on the floor was so nice and helped me find the right sizes even though the store was filled with customers. The woman in fitting rooms was so kind and took all of my gobacks with a smile. Miss Ana (on register) was so AWESOME! The cashiers were so fast and so nice. My favorite place for nicer shirts. I wear this with my Ecko's to work and with my Jeans to clubbing. Lots of nice shirts there, along with pants and accessories like belts, socks, etc. This isn't the cheapest place by far, maybe 50-70 per pimp shirt, but for me it's about the quality. Their boxers are also second to none I went from jockey to exclusively rocking some CK's. The great thing about them is that they are always on sale. I definitely love the Calvin Klein brand, but I went today and there was a display table of underwear for 3 pairs for $30. At checkout, I discovered one of the three I picked was not part of that deal so I had to go back and choose another. Normally, I would t have been mad because misplacements usually happen incidentally, but I went back twice and got another pair a second time. There was a whole section on that display table that wasn't part of that deal. Like if it isn't part of the deal, DONT PUT THOSE MERCHANDISE THERE.. Overall the store is decent. It is always messy especially where the registers are. But the negativity doesn't stop there. The customer service is not that great. I had the unfortunate Experience of meeting an employee there. I did not get his name but he was the big hairy one. When I first went in i was greeted like how any customer should be. I went in looking for a suit. I had been there for about 40 minutes with no luck. I being helped by an associate there but I could tell that they were fluttered. It came to my realization that the manager that day was telling her not to help me find a suit because I was most likely not going to buy it. The employee kept healing me and I struck some luck finding the correct size of suit. After I over heard the hairy manager telling the associate that they aren't doing their job correctly. I felt very guilty that this employee had to get into trouble for me. My main complaint is that the managers in the store do not respect for their associates since they decide to handle matters in front of customers. read more
