This location is in Chino on Central and Philadelphia; next to the 76 gas station at the shopping center. The store was nicely organized and everything was placed nicely. I was looking for the Pro Club T-Shirts and I found them towards the front of the store and they were on Sale.. I asked the staff about the shirts. The staff member that assisted me that day was Carl. He took the time and we were talking about the shirts and the brand. Just really good conversation and made me feel that I was appreciated as a customer. I decided to get the 3 colors of Pro Club t-shirts his size. My overall experience was great and the customer service I received from Carl was outstanding. My in my personal opinion, I would recommend WSS if you are looking for athletic apparel and get great customer service from the staff. Thank You Carl for your assistance! Next time, I'll be back to get some things that I saw for myself.

This is an updated review…read more I came in on 3/30/2025 because even after paying the full amount of the famous footwear credit card, they still managed to charge me an extra $3. And before those $3 turns into $200, I went to take care of it. I know that lady knows who I am, and honestly, I don't care. But adding extra sour cream to an already volatile burrito, is not a good look. You don't have to yell at me from the cash register to have a good day, and hope I have a great week. You're a hypocrite, you know I spoke to management and you got called out on your BS, so you try to make it even more uncomfortable for me to walk into that business...Your dry, bland, endearing words, are fake, just like you. I will never walk into this business again. You think I didn't catch you "forcefully" handing me back my receipt? Lady I see and analyze everything. That's what I do. You have a lot of work to become a successful salesperson, but you don't care, because the business isn't yours. Famous footwear, you lost a great customer to this lady. I hope she was worth it. And to add insult to injury, you have her training the next replacement.... I will never set foot in this place, ever again. And I advise anyone else from doing it as well. Unless you like pretentious people talking down on you. Have the year you deserve....

This place is fairly large, plenty of name brand shoes w/ so many sizes & styles. All I'm looking for is some snazzy dressy-type of shoes that are super comfortable. I'm on my feet more than 12 hrs per day at work & wear tennis shoes with insoles from Road Runner Sports from Torrance... so what I want is more of comfort vs style/design. Prices are competitive, good value. I like that there's no high pressure sales person breathing down my neck, free to roam. There are free try-on (hosiery material) socks available, too, which I appreciate. At checkout, Wylie helped me out. She had a bit of problem accessing my very old gift card so a manager had to get involved--she was gracious & effective. I additionally used an American Express gift card I received for Christmas 2023-so I didn't pay a single cent for this transaction, 2 pairs of sandals for $103.29 (one pair was 30% off) All in all, it was a good experience even as I moaned & groaned about finding ones that fit well (wide width, a bit limited but better than most places) without causing pain, looked decent on my not-so-pretty feet & a good value. Highly recommend this store

While I understand that workplace issues need to be addressed, the employee was repeatedly spoken to in a degrading manner and was ultimately told to "go over there and do your thing." This interaction took place openly in front of coworkers and customers, making it difficult not to hear. In my opinion, this type of feedback should be handled privately and respectfully. Employees deserve to be corrected without being embarrassed or humiliated in front of others. I hope management will take this feedback into consideration, as the interaction significantly affected my otherwise positive impression of the store.

When you do so you are getting a pair blind. make sure if you do buy a pair from here the photos are shown of the actual pair and its condition. In my latest experience with this store I recieved a pair of shoes i payed above retail for an advertised as a DS brand new pair and it had a generic stock photo on its listing and was sent a pair of shoes In horrible condition. I recieved a pair with huge crease in the middle of the toe box and orange stains all over the side of the shoe so clearly they chose to pawn of a damaged pair on me and hoped it would fly over my head. Now I have a hard time believing that i got that pair by accident and if thev are to try to convince me or anyone otherwise then the only other reason would be thev are careless and dont ever check their sneakers which makes absolutely no sense. So be wearv of this store and dont let their christian front make you believe they have morals. And it doesnt end there either. I Seemingly had a seamless return got the return label shipped the pair back and waited for the refund and wrote and asked about it was ignored and scince opened a returned not refunded dispute and they are just stalling and holding my refund up in limbo, So i write so you guys can take my experience and proceed with caution I would recomend requesting actual photos of any pair that has a stock photo on a listing. and dont be fooled as though they dont have bad actors in their store they will try to pawn off shoes that they cant sell in person online using generic photos .... I am certainly Never spending any more of my money @ this store Be cautious

The Amazon Returns Specialist was very professional, well poised, and energetically friendly and hospitable. We talked about how we looked forward to seeing all the Spooky and Fun Creative Genius come out in the Neighboorhood for Halloween Season and how we don't have to dress up to still enjoy all the fun Togetherness Festivities! My Amazon return was processed very quickly and I loved how the Specialist printed me a helpful $10 off a $25 in store purchase which I used towards my Jeans purchase! The Store still carried plenty of Nine West Designer Jeans which I love that include a Tummy Control Waistband and lots of different Dark and Light Denim Wash Colors to keep my Barbie Plating Palette interesting and interchangable with all my other clothes and accessories. I was able to find 3 pairs of Jeans in my size that weren't too long, and there was a Store Associate guiding Customers in line to pay at Self-Checkout where all the Coupons could be used and scanned! I accepted the offer to checkout quicker in the Self-Checkout Section and the whole station was very organized, well labeled, and easy to navigate with the bright, clear screens, large reading fonts, and scanners that work fast and well with Sensor removers on the side too. I was so delighted to see that as a Kohls Rewards Member I was able to use capitalize on an additional 20% off coupon which saved me so much money on 3 pairs of Designer Jeans! I also earned $10 Kohls Cash after my purchase which gives me even more of a reason to come back and swim in the fabulous Sea of Fun Designs to help me feel like my most Sharp, Suavecita, and Unstoppable Barbie Cabrona at work! Thank you so much to the Eastvale Kohls Team and the Kohls Brand for making shopping such a highly enjoyable and rewarding experience with all the great unbeatable deals and beautiful Selection of quality Products to enrich our lifestyles with!

The store itself is generally well-maintained, and my shopping trips here are usually pretty solid. It has a huge parking lot, the outside is kept clean, and for the most part, the main aisles are easy to navigate. The Sephora inside is a great addition, and that specific section always looks pristine. While the clothing and shoe departments can get a little shuffled during busy weekend rushes, it isn't too hard to find what you're looking for. Finding an employee on the floor to help with a fitting room can sometimes take a minute, but they are always friendly once you track them down. Plus, dropping off an Amazon return at the back desk is always a breeze, and the staff working that station are consistently quick and polite. The absolute best improvement they've made recently is adding the self-checkout registers. Checking out used to drag on a bit during peak hours, but the new self-checkout option makes getting out the door so much faster, especially if you just have a few basic things. Even when the main traditional lines look a little long, the self-serve kiosks keep the flow of foot traffic moving. It's a reliable, convenient store and definitely a great place to knock out some quick shopping.
