This H&M has lots of selection. When you enter downstairs, they have select women's clothing. Upstairs is men's and children clothing. They have great sale racks. I found a four dollar cardigan for my little girl! You sort of have to dig through the racks here but you will find some good deals. I also got a pair of overalls for her on sale. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with H&M regarding fraudulent gift cards. I purchased two $50 gift cards as Christmas gifts. Both cards were brand new and unused. When my family members tried to redeem them, neither card had any value. One person attempted to use their card in-store, and the other attempted to use theirs online on January 6th -- both were unsuccessful and the cards showed as invalid. I contacted H&M customer service and was told that both gift cards had already been redeemed in Montebello, a city nowhere near where my family members live. Even more suspicious, they claimed both cards were redeemed on the same day, December 29th, which is completely false and does not align with the January 6th online purchase attempt. My family members have proof showing the cards were invalid at the time they tried to use them. Customer service did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue and continued to provide information that conflicted with the proof we supplied. The interaction felt very suspicious and dismissive. Ultimately, I had to file a dispute with my bank just to get my money back. Please be extremely cautious when purchasing gift cards from this store. Based on my experience, even brand-new cards may already be compromised, and H&M does not appear willing to take responsibility or properly investigate these issues. I love this store! Always a good selection of clothes and shoes for the whole family, but specifically in this store everything is hung so awkwardly and not visible that it took me a lot of extra time to find everything I needed. There is a men's/women's/children's section, but beyond that it's a mess the prices are higher than in Europe. This H & M was pretty good! They had some great prices and many options. Also, their elevators were working to get from the bottom floor to the top which was great and the elevators were pretty spacey. However, the store was quite small so it looks like they made the most of it by squeezing the isles together. Because of this I, in a wheel chair, was unable to navigate around the premises very easily. Other than the tight isles, I would definitely recommend this H & M! read more

I am writing regarding the online H&M website. I was going to order some women's dresses but going through it some of the pictures that I am seeing are of women squatting down, sitting in chairs, side profiles, or they zoomed in up close and you can't even see the whole outfit. How is someone supposed to decide online if they want the dress or even be able to imagine what it would like on them because your not showing the outfit in a way that I can see it on the model facing forward. Retraining won't do, you either have people skills or you don't! He's in the wrong line of work! Not a cute store. Went in looking for a specific style, and it took me like 10 minutes to find somebody. They were people waiting in line to check out, and there wasn't even anyone at the checkout line. When I finally did find someone, they said they didn't carry the dress in that store, and when I asked if there were any way I could buy it there and have it delivered to the store or my house, they said no you can buy it online yourself and pay for shipping. It's kind of a bummer when employees at a store don't have super basic customer service skills. More than that, they should try to help people get the item they want instead of blow them off. As for the store, it's in a great location, but the elevator was broken, and it was pretty messy. Again, there was no one around to help, and I had a hard time trying to find an employee. Even with people waiting to check out, there was no one at the cashiers counter. Just a poor experience. Too bad too, since I had brought friends there to shop. The staff here is always very sweet and this location has some of the best COVID safety protocols of all the stores in the mall. The manager Janet helped me last week fix a return that was done incorrectly, she was extremely accommodating, fair and sweet! The staff here in general has always been very helpful and nice. I prefer to go during the week in the morning hours, but even when I have had to wait in line on the weekend evenings, it's never too long. read more

I'm only reviewing this location because it's closest, but I've been to several locations. I used to kinda like H&M some yrs ago, but I don't really set foot in any of their locations anymore, except from time to time to see if they've improved, but I don't buy anything. The clothes aren't of good quality, it's just too cheap for me. I'd rather have less high quality items over a whole bunch of cheap items. They're really popular these days & you see them at all the malls. One good thing I can say is it's a large store. I just wish it was of better quality. The store looks much nicer (and bigger!) after a much needed remodel. There's now more room to get around, men's clothing is upstairs (I didn't see if there were children's clothes though) and the dressing rooms are huge! There's probably about 20 dressing rooms that are spacious, well lit, and have 2 mirrors to check out your front and back. This location had a big selection of contemporary business wear and an okay-ish amount of sizes. I know H&M usually does 0-14(?) but I had the hardest time finding anything in any sizes from 2-8! You might have better luck with the Ontario Mills location as that one is Huge. This one is definitely prettier and better lit though. The staff were also nice. Also- be sure to bring in your old and unwanted clothes and textiles to recycle and you get 15% off your purchase. read more

I used to come here frequent, and I stopped for a while. But I'm pleasantly surprised by the interior during my recent visit. Totally unprofessional! Every single time I try to go in to shop, they are either closed early (today for example, they closed at 5pm when their business hours are until 7pm) or they stop allowing people in 30-40 minutes prior to the closing time that is stated both online and on their door. Business hours exist for a reason, with or without Covid-19! When I asked the manager how it is that they're not allowing anymore people in when there is clearly another 30 minutes left, she replied, in a very rude way, that it's because of Covid-19. Hours have already been cut due to Covid so their excuse is not valid! I do not think that their upper management would agree with the way that this store is run. read more

The newly remodeled H&M is now open and it looks awesome! They have an escalator that leads up to the mens department and It's a lot bigger than before. I like that they added registers on both levels and a kids department too. They now honor the online prices, they also mentioned to me that they take donations of any clothing then give you a 15% off coupon that's valid on your entire purchase.
