This is a great store. The energy is wonderful. It is well organized. There are plenty of items and choices in all sizes in the clearance racks. Loved the ample options in different colors and styles in the Christmas pj's on sale for $8 vs the regular $24.99. Veronica - thank you for the warm welcome then ringing me up n folding my purchased items so neatly in the big bag. I almost did not want to mess up the ensemble. Robert the GM is a very cool and nice gentleman. I had to go back for a size exchange and he made it effortless and fun. Nicole was a ball of great energy as she passed with the cart and smiled. So i haven't been to Old Navy in years, but they had great Cyber Monday and Xmas deals! Forgot how nice their clothes are. The store was very organized and clean even though it was busy. The staff was friendly. The young lady at the register Bella was very helpful and sweet. I stopped in here recently after not shopping here for many years. The store was so clean and organized, and the customer service was amazing! They had so many many cute summer styles, and lots of of cotton and natural fabrics with neutral as well as bright colors! They have workout gear and casual business attire too! The selection of clothing was very nice for 2 daughters and son including myself. Good employees make locations stand out. Visited this store today around 3:30pm. After checking out and asking if my items were on sale since the signs indicated they were; the employee who rang me up told me that they were not. When I asked if we could check, her manager said that I was "LYING" and that it didn't say that they were on sale at all. The sign was in the middle of the item I purchased and another item, which would obviously have someone infer that it would be on sale. The employee said the signage was "weird" sometimes but it feels more misleading and should be fixed to prevent more things like this. The fact that a literal manager is saying that the customers are LYING to their faces is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Someone needs to partake in a customer service class in order to do their job in the correct, accommodating way they are supposed to. read more

This old navy is huge. It is clean and tidy and the customer service is excellent. There's always someone to ask for help. Also I seen employees making sure the clothes were properly folded and in its place. There's so many choices of clothing to choose from and there's always a sale going on. The clothes are good quality, price is decent and customer service is great, I'll be coming here more often! read more

Old Navy has not let me down to date, and this location in Rancho Cucamonga did not let me down. Being out of town, I needed a causal shirt for a dinner date, so I came in looking just for that. So I love buying online and picking up in store, it's just more convenient, well today I tried to buy a jacket online for my son but it was unavailable at this location and the mills, but since I was at target I decided to stop by to look for something else, so I found the same jacket and only online you could get the 30% off so I asked the associate very nicely and I showed her if they could still honor it, Vivian asked her manager Robert and he said yes, I was very happy it's not the first time I've had great service here , I rather come here then the mills location to be honest, this location is much kept very nice & tidy and that employees are great ! read more

So ... Last time I went to old navy was when I was 9. I'm 27 now so y'all do the math. Style wise not much has changed. It's ok quality I guess. I purchased some workout clothes and spent roughly $80. The quality isn't bad. No rips or holes yet that I can see lol. They were understaffed when I was there and the whole store was a huge mess. This place is always busy and usually messy but only because they have so many people rummaging through everything like crazy people. If you come at the right time, you'll have dibs on all the new stuff which comes often. The price is right especially when they have sales like Black Friday (everything in store 50% off and more recently 60% off). There are always plenty of sizes in all clothes. Their jeggings are comfy and cute! Always a large clearance section also so these stores are great if you are in a bind and need a quick wardrobe change. Went there tonight (12/22/2015), there was a line, not too long. However, the cashier lady name Patricia (Cashier#2723393) cause the line longer, her way of doing check out ruined my day. Let me ask you guys a question first: Can we go to the check out counter as soon as we walk in to a store, save our spot there at counter, and then go shop our stuff in order to let the whole line waiting for us? Of course, we can't. That's very rude, and the person who in charge of check out should stop this from happening. The order should be: 1. Walk into the store 2. Shopping (look for what you want to buy) 3. Check out (or just walk out of the store if there is nothing for you) This check out lady named Patricia (or (Cashier#2723393) whatever her name was) let at least 3 sets of customer occupying the check out counter and look for their stuff for like 10 mins+, the whole line was not moving because of her made this kind of decision. There was even a guy, I guess they know each other, who even turned the check out monitor over to face the customer side and look at the screen and chat with her with laughter. The whole line were waiting, and that guy went to take more star war t-shirt and just waste a lot of time while whole long line were waiting. I take it sometimes people forgot pick something up at check out counter, fine, they can go grab their forgotten stuff, and come back to the counter without go through the line again. BUT the line has to be continue on. Means while the person ran to pick whatever they have in mind, the cashier should ring out the next customer in line to keep the line going. Not just wait there and make the whole line wait. The 3 sets of customers in front of me were all super fast, they only have lesser than 3 items, a guy in front of me only have 1 item in his hand. If the cashier (Patricia Cashier#2723393) would start to ring them out while wait for those who went to shop for more, they line should be shorten a lot. People won't need to wait for those people who can not made their mind, or just selfish. Again the order should be: The order should be: 1. Walk into the store 2. Shopping (look for what you want to buy) 3. Check out (or just walk out of the store if there is nothing for you) NOT: 1. Walk into the store 2. Go the the check out counter and save the spot 3. Shopping 4. Come back the the counter again by pass the long line and spend more time there. And again, Patricia (Cashier#2723393) was the one who let some customer save the spot and go shopping. Worst customer service. Not only do the employees (and managers) not know much about their own services but calling customer service was even less help. The only way to get things done was to do it myself. If a company would like business and returning customers, I suggest basics in customer service. Sales are great in my book. As far as my husband if he likes something he will buy it regardless of the sales. Toddler girl clothes are ridiculously adorable and their toddler boy clothes are really cute as well which isn't easy to find in most stores. Very disappointed at this store. The store opened at 7 am and it looked like a tornado hit it. This isn't my Old Navy that I usually go to, but I was in the area and had a few hours to kill. I went in on a Wednesday when they opened. I wasn't quite sure of my pant size, so I brought in various sizes to the dressing room. Once, I got there, the attendant, Patty, was sooooo helpful. She quickly gave me her opinion on fit, found me the correct size, and made me feel like I was the only 1 in the store. They didn't have my size, so she went and found stores that did.
