Don't walk in 15 minutes before closing. The staff clearly doesn't care about customer service and would rather push paying customers out the door than help them. When I asked for help, I got attitude and "We're closing." The manager's excuse? "He's tired and we are closing." If he's too tired to treat customers with basic respect, send him home. And if the manager thinks that's acceptable customer service, apparently she needed to go home too. If your doors are open, you're open. Act like it. read more

Overall, this blind box store was a fun place to browse! They had a nice selection of collectibles and blind boxes from a variety of popular series, so it was easy to spend time looking around. The store was clean and well organized, and I ended up finding a few items I'd been searching for. The only reason I'm giving three stars instead of five is because the prices were a little on the high side. The workers follow you closely around the store too. Still, I won two prizes from the small crane machines. If you enjoy collecting blind boxes or just want to see what's new, it's definitely worth stopping by. I was shopping at 99 Ranch Supermarket in Rancho Cucamonga for some frozen dumplings and chili oil plus GGE wheat crackers tempura flavor. Unfortunately, they ran out of the wheat crackers. I saw Miniso right next door (NOW OPEN) so I had to walk on over to check if they have the crackers. Unfortunately, they didn't have them either. All good! WOW, this store is massive compared to other Miniso that I have visited elsewhere! So bright and clean inside. Shelves were fully stocked with great selections of many different variety of things. Snacks, drinks, beauty + hair + body care, household items, accessories, and so much more. You name it! Tons of soft and cute plushies. I do love their wonderful and amazing plushies! I have bought some in the past. They bring so much joy! So many knick knacks to be curious about and buy. My eyes got bigger and wider with amazement by the aisle LOL. Staff was super friendly and helpful. It was getting late so I couldn't stay too long, but as Arnold Schwarzenegger would say, "I'll be back!" LOL. I was making my way to 99 Ranch Market when I spotted this brightly lit location. It reminded me of Daiso, but it is NOT Daiso. Lots of stuff in here to peruse. I think it is fairly new because all items were picture perfectly stocked. They had so many Disney products! Phone covers, headphones, apparel, Hair accessories, little storage bins for your desk and home, stuffed animals, stationery, tumblers, all kinds of snacks! I liked the music playing in here, too. Holy moly it is so bright inside! It was like a beacon for us in the mostly closed plaza around 21:00. It is very clean, organized, and had plenty of items to peruse through. This place could be dangerous lol! We received a mailer about their grand opening today and we received a 20% off coupon. We didn't get there in time for the ribbon cutting and door prizes, but they still had a lot of fun stuff going on! We were greeted by a huge penguin and chicken under the grand opening balloon arch. The store is kind of loud in places near the speakers where music is playing. There are a lot of cute items. Stitch, Peanuts, Powerpuff Girls, Harry Potter, Kirby--to name a few. My daughter loved the makeup section, although she said it was somewhat limited in selection. I enjoyed looking at some of the novelty items available. Super cute socks! I tried buying this dog toy and it couldn't be sold because NO price on it. It couldn't be sold because of no price tag then maybe return all the product to the back if customers can't buy it. I asked if they can scan the other dog toy frisbee and I'll just take the stitch dog ball, but no they can not. Ugh do better Miniso management! My first visit to a Miniso store was a blast! This Japanese store is packed with cool stuff like plush toys, perfumes, makeup, sunglasses, phone cases, chargers, and tons more. I used to frequent the Miniso in Ontario Mills and got the coolest stuff that I have to this day! Miniso is like a tad bit better version of Daiso. Their stuff lasts long and I think it's a little better quality. They are located next to 99 Ranch Market off Baseline and Archibald, close to the 210 fwy. Parking is not bad, it's in an old Albertsons shopping center so there's plenty of spots. There's also plenty of food spots just outside of the store in the same plaza. When I first walked in it was cuteness overload. Everywhere I turned it was cute stuff, followed by even cuter stuff and then towards the back even more cute stuff! Do I need the tiniest Stitch themed purse or a Snoopy mouse pad, the size of my desk? No, but I had to REALLY hold back on getting said things. RIght now the collabs in-store are Lilo & Stitch, Snoopy, various Sanrio characters and that's all I remember. The prices have gone up since the last time I visited but I also think the increase in price has to do with the tariffs. One of my resolutions this year was a no-buy 2025, where I didn't buy things I didn't need and visiting this store did not help, but I'm happy to report I left without buying anything. In the past I've bought two mini-purses and I still use one to this day and get tons of compliments on it. My latest obsession is this razor holder that I got years ago. It was an Adventure Time razor holder with Finn and I put it on my shower wall and it lasted for YEARS! It never faded or fell off and it kept the razor dry and secure. If I could go back in time, I'd buy 6 of them because once they're gone, they're gone. They don't even make razor holders anymore and the Adventure Time one was so CUTE!! So, if you find something you like and buy it, make sure to buy 2 or 3 of the same thing, especially if it's a collab with your favorite show, movie, character,etc. read more

The cashier service was not that great (cashier staff is not very friendly) But I still feel the store deserves a 5 star, because of several reasons: 1) my encounter with other staff at the store was nice, I had several questions and the young people stocking the store had good attitude. 2) this new location is being advertised as the largest in Southern California, I haven't been to all the locations in SoCal, so I cannot say if this is the LARGEST store... but it is the largest I have visited. 3) this location has plenty of merchandise: Electronics: things like phone cases, chargers, headphones, and other tech accessories. Fashion: Expect to see a range of garments, accessories, and bags. Beauty: Miniso carries makeup, skincare products, and other beauty essentials. It's supposed to be one of the bigger Miniso stores. Drove an hour and a half to check them out. I believe the store is new and just opened recently. The store is big, definitely bigger than the ones I've been to but not as huge as I thought. They did have a LOT of stuff. Your typical blind boxes, beauty products, plushies, stationeries, snacks, etc. The line gets pretty backed up, but cashiers were fast and the line goes quick. Overall, not much to it. Pretty much the same stuff you'll see at other stores and some new items but that's about it. Just crowded.. Oh and one other thing! They need to dust their products. There's already thick dust piling on their items so maybe the staff needs to dust and clean shelves and products once in awhile. There is a tick layer of duct on their bins and organizers. read more

These blind boxes are displayed to be $12.99 in store. However, the register rung it up to be $14.99. It is a $2 difference but the discrepancy on false advertising is messed up. People would appreciate knowing what they pay for. I brought it up to the staff and they state the "acrylic price tags may have been from customers who switched it around". I'm not convinced that customers would be doing that rather than shop for what they're looking for. It sounds like the Miniso staff may have purposely marked it down but kept the items to be at a higher price upon purchase at the register. read more

This is the largest miniso in the USA (as of now April 2025). The store is divided into sections (which is rarely the case for most miniso stores) so it's quite easy to navigate. I like that they have large sale section and it's starting from $1. The blind box and beauty sections are especially large here. I went on the grand opening and they had free prizes and free samples given away. Staff was not very friendly in general but they might just be tired from the event. read more

Don't go here if you don't wanna be accused of stealing. I haven't stolen anything since I was in pre school and my mother had me return it and apologize. I walk in with a tote bag because I was going to shop at 99 ranch next door and didn't wanna walk it back to my car inbetween. Came here to shop for my partners birthday. Going about my business and the manager with stretched ears asks if I want a basket and I point at the bag and say I'm okay. Thought all was well and continue shopping. I buy a candy and a blind box and pop these in the bag thinking that would be fine. I grab a charger and drop it in the bag and then I hear a women ask if I'm gonna pay for that at the front. I say yes obviously and then realize she thought I was stealing it. A little taken a back I ask if I she's accusing me of stealing and she claims she isn't and I hand her my entire bag to show I'm not being shady. I decide I'm done with this place and pay for my stuff but tell them that I don't wanna make a problem but that I feel very uncomfortable with being accused of stealing. Stretched ears pony tail manager starts talking very rudely and saying I wasn't accused of anything and she was just "asking questions". If you aren't allowed to have bags I would understand and obviously comply with that but nobody told me anything. Great customer service guys. It's a cliche but I won't be back. read more
