This location was cool. It was fully stocked, and they had bargain sales with really good prices. I did find what I wanted but overall they had some good things for the house..I love that they have a variety of holiday celebration themes. Customer service is lacking I asked to throw out something and the clerk said to go outside when I'm sure there was a trash at the register so that was a bit off putting. Store is well stocked and I really like this location way better than the one closest to me so recommend it for that reason if you are looking for something. Fantastic Black Friday sale. Christmas decorations 50% off! Candles, including LED candles were 40% off. My oldest daughter was saying we needed more Christmas decor. We were so impressed with all Hobby Lobby had to offer! It was even better to see how much money we saved! From exterior home decor to interior home decor, also Christmas sweaters, throw blankets and pillows. I think we are definitely set for a while! She was also excited to find a pair of Christmas-themed Snoopy pajama pants! We didn't get a cart because we didn't think we'd find or buy much. That proved to be a fail! With both our arms full of finds, another shopper asked if we didn't get a cart because we didn't want to buy very much and we all just laughed at that logic! Love Hobby Lobby and this location! First time at this location and it was a great store because it was organized, stocked and clean. I came here specially for the faux flowers. They're starting to transition to the fall decor but they still had a decent selection for the spring/summer flowers. I came on a Thursday early evening and the store was kind of empty. I didn't have to wait long for the cashier (compared to the weekend). Hobby Lobby always has sales and definitely worth it. The quality of products are good too. The faux flowers I bought here looked more realistic, bigger & fuller compared to the ones I bought online from AliExpress. read more

Stopped by to see what Christmas stuff they had left. Everything was 60% off today. Grabbed a few holiday bags, stickers, and ornaments. The service was decent today. They actually opened up multiple lines because the line to check out started getting long. The value of the items I bought today were a steal. My only negative comment is the cashier almost shorted me $10. I gave her $100 and my today was $18.10. She only gave me back $70.10. It could've been an honest mistake but the way she counted it out was what made me question if she shorted me. read more

This place is a mess! Both inside and outside in the parking lot. Maybe 2 to 3 registers open for a super busy store and they take forever! Service is slow EVERY time I've gone, which is not often. I must admit that the prices here are cheaper than the local competitor. They do however carry a ton of items from fake plants to party items and small furniture pieces. read more

After the one time I had a accident hobby lobby had some wonderful things today on clearance for great deal, but this 1 last star isn't going to happened because Debra the older lady was rude so there was a plate I wanted berried in the clearance and she's like someone just threw it there, and I'm like no that didn't happened it was to far in there to be just thrown in there, so I went to the manager and sure enough I was right it was on clearance so, I would really recommend either telling Debra to change her attitude or replace her, and as for the front end manager great job you have the greatest customer service ever read more

Big store. Parking sucks since it's a busy shopping center, and the parking aisles are narrow. But my main complaint was the bathroom. The store closes at 8:00. I heard a dad telling his wife that he had to go to Target with the kids because the bathrooms were being cleaned. This was about 6:45. I had to go also but I just waited for a bit. I went back every 15 minutes and it was still closed. About 7:30, I was about to go take a piss on their Christmas tree displays! So we just stopped shopping and went to Target to go do my business. I understand to keep a bathroom clean. But for a hour?? And the store was busy. So you know other people probably needed to use it. And the employees weren't even the restrooms. They were hanging out in the storage room. read more

Bathroom was horrible, no one is concerned with the status of the woman's restroom. Besides that, this location is awesome they no longer have the coupons available online so all of the specials are now in store. The staff is a little less social but they will help you if you ask them a question. I love that they are a Christian company and I would rather support them than Michael's. So therefore I always go to Hobby lobby because they have way better specials number one and because you're supporting a company that actually supports your beliefs. They have the cutest decorations and they have every arts and crafts supply you could possibly want!! read more

I'm not surprised the store is going out of business. They have 3 registers open with a line full of people. The 'manager' or someone tried to make the lines more efficient but she just made it worse. The check out process is antiquated. They don't scan barcodes so everything is manually entered. So if you're expecting items on sale, make sure the cashier didn't miss it. You can't pay by just tapping your card, you have to insert your chip card which is slower process. I like their variety and general cleanliness but the checkout process is becoming more of a hassle and it's not worth it. read more

I took my custom diamond painting to their custom framing department. I had always gotten my custom framing done at another craft store, but I wanted to price compare. To my delight, Hobby Lobby was almost $100 less, and they got it done for me in a week! I was on a time constraint, so I was so ecstatic when Vincent told me he could do it for me in that time. I went to buy wedding favors to put together. As I was going through mini jars there were 2 boxes with broken glass. I spoke with Celeste & she went through the boxes for me. She called the manager & the manager seemed bothered as if all I was worried about was a discount. I told her I didn't care about a discount that I cared about the product I was buying. They both had no personality. As I said thank you multiple times for going through the product they didn't acknowledge me. I was handed back a box with jars that weren't broken but they still kept the broken glass in the box. I told the manager there was broken glass in the other box I needed to purchase & she didn't acknowledge or care about it. She just stayed quiet. I came into Hobby Lobby today and probably will not be coming back. I went in after my mom had left some items on hold for me to purchase. The associate told her that her items would be held until 7pm. When I arrived to the store at 6pm, I was told that her items couldn't be found. The customer service manager, Alex (young lady with glasses) assisted me after the cashier couldn't find the hold. Alex was SO RUDE and hardly looked for the items and simply told me that the items weren't there. I asked her why would the associate tell my mom to come before 7pm, if the items would not be here. She gave me no response and didn't even apologize for wasting my time and money to pick up something they failed to place on hold correctly. Crazy that a "customer service" manager lacks exactly what she needs to do well at her job, customer service. Definitely will be going to Upland from now on. read more

My first time here. Already I am loving this store. Wow! The selections of arts/crafts are amazing. I can already feel my purse gotten a lot lighter lol!! So many items my children would love to buy. They too were mesmerized by the huge selections. My son comment, why haven't we been here before? We pass by this place all the time. It's only the first week of August, they already have Halloween and Xmas decorations on display. Makes me want to channel my inner creativity. Their fabrics selections are not huge like other fabric stores. My gosh they have plenty of quality designs, Such gorgeous patterns. Went in today for frames and a rude elder cashier lady named Debra was so rude. I thought the frames said 50%off, which apparently they weren't. Which is totally fine but she got really defensive right away and said " No it didn't " in the rudest tone. I was like " ok i'm not lying for thinking i seen that sign" . Then she looked at me so condescending. A simple " No they arnt this week" would have sufficed without the condescending attitude and looks.
