I asked tons of questions about the installation process, warranty and of course how long the process would take (it was quick). Truly felt like I was the only customer in this process. Communication was timely and at one point in the process prior to committing I asked Amanda to see the type of lights in action. Amanda obliged as did her customers. My request was very last minute and Amanda jumped into action; contacting previous customers so they could turn on their lights (some weren't even home but turned on the lights remotely so we could do a drive by). What we love about the system: lots of pre-programmed light displays or scenes, ability to modify and save your own scenes, ability to turn on remotely and of course the ability to auto program based on the holiday or activity of you choice. Had one minor issue with the system going offline and the team jumped into action to resolve it remotely. The best part of the system is I'm never putting up another light and if I ever sell this house some family is going love the fact that this house is holiday ready. Highly recommend Amanda for her thoroughness, patience and follow up. Oh and btw, we did 3 quarters of the home and fully expect to do the rest of the home next year for a full wrap.

We contacted EverLights in January of 2026 to request a repair on the system. It is now April 2026 and still no repair is made and no schedule in sight of when we will be assisted as they state they don't know when the person doing repairs in our area is available. Theses light are far too expensive to receive this type of treatment. We've spent close to 5k on our system and we're only able to use it for one year. I would not recommend any one to purchase EverLights ever. They do not back their warranty. My next step is a lawsuit to try and recoup some money we've lost from installing these lights.

I reached out to Anthony on Saturday, November 9, to inquire about light installation for our home. This wasn't for the holidays, but for a special family wedding event on Saturday, November 16. Anthony initially told me he hadn't scheduled his week yet and would let me know if he could fit us in. I understood it might be a busy time with the holidays approaching and appreciated his transparency. A few days later, he confirmed he could install the lights the morning of the event. I even texted him several times during the week to ensure everything was still on track, and each time he reassured me that he would be there as planned. On the morning of the wedding, I reached out one last time to confirm. I sent him a text and followed up with a call, but received no response. As the hours passed with no word from him, I began to worry that he was going to cancel. At around 1:00 p.m., Anthony finally texted me--after I had already rushed to the store to purchase lights and materials--saying he couldn't make it due to his schedule. Here's the bottom line: If you're not sure you can honor a commitment, don't make one. Had Anthony simply told me a day or two before that he couldn't make it, I could've made alternative arrangements. But to cancel the day of, especially when a customer is relying on you for an important event, is not only frustrating but unprofessional. While skills and expertise matter, reliability and communication are far more important. Anthony was neither reliable nor communicative. I understand that things come up, but when that happens, it's critical to be upfront and transparent with customers. I sincerely hope that moving forward, Anthony will improve on these key aspects of customer service. I am giving him two stars only because he did a decent job installing lights for us a few years prior.

    Had lights installed in November 2023. We're closing in on November 2024 and Anthony has not…read moreremoved the lights. After several promises to remove the lights earlier this year, he has not fulfilled his obligation. I've made a few recent attempts and he has ghosted me. I've used his services in years prior but will not be using his services anymore. If you are reading this Anthony, please remedy the situation or I will be forced to take proper action. I prefer not to go this route.
