I had never been to Kelly Paper Store (now Kelly Spicers) and was blown away by my experience. I was greeted by Chris (the branch manager) and he was so incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable and kind throughout my time there. Initially, I came to find a paper and print solution for some invitations. I loved the selection of quality paper offered and had a hard time picking what I wanted because I wanted them all! They don't have any print services, but Chris kindly recommended 3 in the area. I didn't end up buying anything during my first visit, but after I was able to talk to one of the printing companies (which was a great rec!), I came back the next day to buy the paper I wanted. Chris gave the best customer service I have ever encountered and while I didn't interact much with the rest of the team, they seemed very nice as well! read more

I've relied on Kelly Paper Store throughout high school and college for my projects. They have a wide variety of high quality paper in any color you would need and it varies between regular paper, laser printing paper to cardstock -- all that fancy stuff.. I have bought paper here for scrapbooking projects, and most recently I have bought paper here to custom make some crafts and games for my cousin's wedding shower. It was very easy to find colors to match w her wedding colors. The cardstock I chose definitely gave it that FANCY/EXPENSIVE look :) The guests were impressed and people kept asking me where I bought the games... They were shocked when I said I made it myself!! If you want to save time, I know they also do custom invites for whatever occasions. I saw some samples in the back when I was browsing around and it was definitely fancy looking. They also have resume paper, thank you cards, filing boxes, ink, and packaging stuff.. You name it!! The thing that really bothers me is that their hours are so minimal and they are always understaffed. There is usually only one or two people there. If I was the ONLY person walking around, they are definitely friendly and helpful... But if there was other people too, I feel like the staff gets a bit overwhelmed. If you're willing to browse through aisles and aisles of paper without being too indecisive, you should really check this spot out for some fancy paper :) read more

Our letterhead paper that we use were no longer available via Quill or Office Depot so called this place and luckily they carried the ones we needed. Walked in after ordering and they helped me get the order I placed and was out of there in 30 minutes. The guy that ranged me up helped me load the boxes of paper into my car as well. Was very pleased how nice they were and willing to help you out. It's located inside the boot barn mall. Kind of hard to miss. Parking is plenty and when you walk inside the place looks like a paper outlet with bunch of shelves that has different types of paper. From what I saw. It looks like they do banners as well as prints. If you are in a hurry to look for particular item you need you can always count on Kelly Paper to either get it for you or they'll most likely have it at the store. read more

Completely unprofessional website. After spending over an hour online completing my order, due to their website; not only I receive the shipment late, it only had one out of 12 orders. After I call to inquire, they claim to only have one order under the invoice #. After sending them my invoice, then they claim that all the other orders are out of stock and they do not carry them anymore, and they were listed on the site by mistake. That's 12 separate paper products listed by mistake. A total waste of time! I highly discourage anyone from using their site. read more

It was my first time here...I was told by some ladies at my scrapbooking store that I take cardmaking classes at to go to Kelly Paper to buy paper in bulk. I came here needing some paper for my Cricut Explore print then cut. The guy helped me out with all my questions with weight and which one would be better. I unfortunately was looking for another brand but he showed me one that was 110lb and I used it that day I got home and it works great! Then I also bought some paper for Copic markers 110lb Neenah Solar White it's nice thick paper. The prices are pretty good but the customer service was wonderful. I will definitely be going back when I need to stock up again! read more

Called over the phone to ask if they carried good bond paper for using on a Typewriter as using paper for printers or copiers has a coating and makes for correcting errors challenging with both Carbon and Nylon Typewriter ribbon. The gentleman who answered the phone was very pleasant and informative. I was a bit surprised by the pricing on paper and understood specialty paper has a bit more of a premium price. I stated Amazon had the same type of paper for $10 less and even though I would not get it until the next day, I would order it. He then offered to price match it which was a pleasant surprise. I accepted the offer. Upon arriving, both him and the other young lady working in the store made my visit extremely enjoyable. I did not venture out into the rest of the store as what I had asked for was waiting for me up front. I will surely return to this business when my Typewriter paper needs arise as well as other specialty requirements. read more

Excellent line of products and always helpful staff. I save quite a bit compared to other sources including amazon and shoplet.com when purchasing in bulk. Ask for discount / bulk pricing. We plan on waiting a day to receive our items at our local store when ordering more than a few reams. As a small business owner I greatly appreciate the free delivery. ( I think there's a $250 minimum for the delivery and they can not deliver to some residences due to large truck restrictions) read more

I have been asked by the local church to run the printing and design department, what an awsome task. We have a Xerox color copier that was recently delivered, set up and the tech refered me to Kelly Paper... The Store Manager and his paper rep. came out with samples and once we ran them the incredible color and speed of the machine has me looking good. Thanks Kelly for the education and service afterwards... our last delivery the driver took the Kelly Digital up stairs for us and staged it next to copier all at no extra charge. read more

To my delight, Kelly Paper store carried the paper i was looking for and they even let us come in 5 minutes after the store closed to get it:))) I would definitely recommend this place!
