We cannot recommend Joanne at Cloud Nine Printing enough!!! She is friendly, professional, and incredibly talented! It can be tricky to time printing a wedding seating chart since guestlist isn't finalized until just a couple weeks before the event, but Joanne happily answered my call and advised me on what to provide her so she could get working that same day. The proof she created using our invite and my verbal description of our vibe was amazing and she was so responsive to some small formatting changes we requested before printing. We also realized last-minute that we needed some signage for our dietary restriction desserts and Joanne promptly got those done and insisted they be an extra gift for us. The prices range from $13 to $19 for a pack of ten cards. They also have some great greeting cards if you are on the hunt for something other than your generic Hallmark. I was rather disappointed with the poor service. There was only one girl working, she was on the phone with a customer when I walked in. It was clear that she was trying to rush them off the phone (I thought this was to assist me). No, I waited a while for her acknowledgment and when she finally did she rushed me through my selection and gave me wrong information. These guys did my wedding invitations, and I could not have been happier. It was so much fun picking out the type and color of paper, the design, the format...the gal who designed them for us did such an amazing job and listened to everything I wanted and came up with something better than I could have imagined. When I saw the finished product, I was blown away and took so much pride in mailing them out. I know when people got them, they were all very impressed and I feel it really sent a message what kind of event I was going for. And not to sound braggy, but of all the wedding invitations I've seen and received, I really feel like mine was a step above all the others. I first stumbled across Cloud Nine as a referral from Periwinkle in Glendora. I was trying to find somewhere to create custom invitations for a surprise party that we were putting together for my mom's 50th. Long story short I ventured over to Cloud Nine and was pleased with the selection of samples that they showed me. After deciding what I wanted to do with the invites I decided to go ahead & place my order with them. The invitations came out very cute and everyone loved them! After having a pleasant experience with them I later decided that I wanted to place an order for my own birthday. After going through the process before I came prepared with all of my ideas so that I could place my order that day. Donna had assisted me & took further notes on the printouts that I had provided them with for further explanation of how I wanted my artwork to look. I was beyond excited for the finished product since the invites were for my 21st birthday! As time came closer to the expected completion date I received an email from them with my attached invitation proof. Immediately when opening the pdf I was more than disappointed. The wording was spot on but the artwork was nothing like I had requested. I was even more disappointed since I had provided them with the two sheets of images with my ideas and figured it would make their job easier since what I wanted was right in front of them. I replied back to the email asking if the artwork could be altered as it did not match my initial desire. What they selected was far too cartoony and juvenile, far from what I had in mind. I then received a phone call from I believe her name was Nellie and she explained that they were unable to find any artwork that matched what I had requested. She further explained that they had already paid for the artwork & that if I wanted to change it I would have to search for an alternate image, pay for it myself, and then submit it to them for usage. I thought this was beyond ridiculous because by no means was I going to put down additional money for something that was their mistake. When placing my order I had initially put down the $25 setup fee and another $25 for my deposit leaving me with a remainder of about $30 for the remaining balance. After expressing my concern she said that she would speak with Joanne and see what could be done. I appreciated her calling me and was hopeful that Joanne would do something to provide me with a fabulous fixed invitation. Clearly I was wrong as I did not hear another response from them until a week later (mind you, my expected pickup date had already rolled around & it was pushing back my schedule in terms of mailing them out & adjusting the RSVP date). I think I would have been more understanding in this situation if they had maybe notified me prior to the invite proof that they were having difficulty finding artwork that matched my request. Anyways, I decided to call them versus communicating solely over email and spoke to Joanne directly. She seemed a bit peeved about the whole situation then went on about how they already purchased the artwork and that it was even more than the money that I had paid for my setup fee but that she wasn't going to haggle over that...I'm sorry but I don't think her approach or anything of what had transpired had been handled in the best way. I kept my words to a minimum and told her that I would gladly just swing by the shop to pick up the paper materials since that was my only other option. At this point I did not want to go through with the printing of my invitations since the results were far from satisfactory. Plus aren't we always told that when it comes to customer service the customer is always right? When I went to pick up my paper Joanne was helping another lady then excused herself while she sneaked to the back and I could overhear her cutting the paper. At this point Donna came over to me, went back to check, and then came back with a bag full of the paper goods. I found it a little ironic that Joanne was too timid to even hand me the paper goods herself. I had been completely compliable up to this point and had only merely expressed my disappointment in them not being able to find artwork similar to my desire. All in all, I give Cloud Nine a 3 out of 5 because I was pleased with my first invitation order with them but when it came to the second order I was extremely let down. I ended up having a friend redesign the invitation for me and I was more than pleased with her end result! After this experience I unfortunately don't think I will be providing Cloud Nine with any more business. read more

I have ordered graduation invitations, announcements, and military send off invitations. Joanne has a true gift and an eye for creativity that I could never imagine. Since 2009 this is the only place we go for any invitation or announcements. The quality of products made by the Cloud 9 staff is second to none. Everything is personalized as much or as little as the client prefers, they have a HUGE selection of colors, patterns, examples, ideas, options....the possibilities are only limited by your imagination. She even did Swarovsky crystals on one!! I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied with anything we've gotten and it's all done by really nice people. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for announcements or party celebration invitations. Even the envelopes can be personalized. Joanne and her staff truly do put their hearts into what they do and it more than shows in your finished product. I'm a young bride with a military fiancé. I came here today determined to order some sample invitations for our wedding to send to my deployed Fiancé so we can choose the invitations together. When I came in to the shop today knowing how great the work could be coming from Cloud 9, I was already sold on the invitations and was ready to place an order as soon as we found something we liked. But I was not even given the chance. I came in with a picture of an idea of a style that we like and she had the audacity to tell me that she refused to steal another's work. Which was not my intention at all but we didn't even get that far. I showed it to her and she said that that's not the work she does (meaning water color paper) and that it would be too much work for her to try. She refused to show me alternatives, suggestions, or ideas that she could have sold me on that were a similar style to what I had showed her. After she had said that "I don't want to turn you away but that's not the work I do" I asked her what do you do, attempting to see some samples of invitations that she had and that she specialized in and to find out what the major difference was between what I wanted and what she did that caused her to refuse to be of any help, and she stated that she did invitations for some time and in order to help me with my invitations it would be too much work. She could have showed me any of the invitations she had in a box right in front of us at the desk we stood at but that would just take up too much ignoring her time to show me even ONE. I am still so infuriated and I can assure you that Colud 9 will never recieve my business again, and pissed me off so much that I wrote my first review ever. I understand I am a young bride but she shouldn't have written me off and treated me in such a rude and horrible manner. NEVER AGAIN will I even stop in, after being treated like that. read more
