    1/5/25 Can I pass up a 70% OFF event/sale?! Hell nah!! I thought I missed out on the sales for after Christmas but here I am!! Hubby was in the market for Sharpie & filler notebook/paper & I went along. My luck!! Whew! 70% OFF Christmas cards, gift wrap stuff, I went nuts! The area for this merchandise was well organized even at the end of the day, near closing time, Staff were helpful & friendly. At the self checkout, I could've done it myself but the kind staff offered to ring me up. I love this location! Plenty of free parking, I saved $55 from the regular priced items. So happy I stopped by. I am happy as a clam. Bought Christmas cards, tissue, gift bags & gift basket fillers. The sale prices are astounding! I might return to buy some more!! 14 items for $28 and the most expensive is the box of 10 cards for $3-what a steal!! Like Hubby says, made out like a fat cat hahaha

    It's absolutely ridiculous. How you have an in-store item that's only available to pick up at the store for a set price of $20 online but when I go to the store it's $44 after tax.. why even have online prices available to customers if I have to use pick up which requires an additional two hours to get the item ready if Michael is going to advertise it for online for $20. And ITS IN STORE ONLY. And the employees that have a smug attitude because they don't wanna honor the price because it's part of " Michael's policy" understand that you're only making $20 an hour if that

    Came here to pick up a few Easter items and stumbled across a huge Christmas clearance. They have huge mystery boxes for $10, I ended up getting these 23.00 garland for $1.00 each. There just isn't enough workers there, so trying to get help is a little difficult. They do have good stocked shelves, and the store appears to be clean. We do have a few workers at this location that do stand out and are very friendly and helpful. Once you get to the register. The key to Michael's is waiting for the items to go on sale checking your emails, or going onto the website to grab a coupon.

    I can spend hours in this store! From paper, to knitting materials, glue, glitters, wood, paint, scissors, creative magazines, cards, or all the tools to store it in. The staff is real 'on point too! If you are the 'DIY' type of person, go!

    Today, we put our order for Michaels curb side service. We ordered canvas packet and acrylic paints. And they email me the same day. I was excited about picking it up on the same day. We get to their store, in front of their store. And I parked on #1 stall. I called and notified them I was so #1 parking and they came out shortly with my order. Fast and easy.

    Nothing is ever in stock here it seems. Line goes by super slow and they seem to be very short staffed.

    After 27 years in Customer Service, I have never been SOOOOOO angry at an employee of a company. I…read moreusually chalk it up to training or personal issues, but today it was truly a personal power issue. Kaylee the manager opened another line, she then told a woman waiting in the first line to go over to the line she just opened. I proceeded to go after her, Kaylee then stopped me and told me I had to wait until 4 people who were in back of this lady, but hadn't moved from the first line yet, When she stopped me, she then called the other people(all except one who had several items as opposed to my few items). To avoid a scene, I allowed them to go ahead, one of the ladies in front of me even looked at me like it was strange, and said "that manager has bad customer service skills." and asked me if I was in a hurry, and signaled for me to go in front of her. I thanked her but declined, because she only had a few items too. Kaylee decided to rudely w/ a nasty Attitude chime in, I immediately stopped her, and told her not to say anything else, because she was just coming across as I made the decision and that's that!! I will NEVA shop at this Hobby Lobby, and will probably just give my business to Micheal's, the discounts are better also! Hobby Lobby, Kaylee is not representing your company's culture very well. **Update**: I just got a email on this review, only to see a heart emoji?? I can only imagine someone being a smart a$$, what is there to about you being a miserable person, and misrepresenting your company as a whole! That's why me and 100+ family members, their friends, etc won't be shopping here! that!
