Honestly every time I have an issue at this store I always get the "tough shit" attitude…read more I placed an online order and was trying to wait to pick it up but I had other errands to run in the area. So I stopped in.. The store was busy today. There were people in line and at a point 2 cashiers. As I was waiting in line, the 2nd cashier steps off to stock more candles...as if this store needs anymore fuckin candles. when I get to the front of the line, the woman informed me that my order hasn't been picked. Mind you it had already been like four hours since I had picked my order. She tells me that my order will probably be ready tomorrow. As I'm walking out of the store, I noticed that the employee was stocking the candles and asked her if she could possibly pick my order while I was here. And she told me that there were over 100 other orders in the queue and that they couldn't jump the queue. Make it make sense. How is it more important, stocking candles, and fulfilling orders? I'm super annoyed that I have to go back. It's been about seven hours and then my order still hasn't been fulfilled.

Since it was such a big purchase I took my time and kept paying the watches a visit. Each time I came in I was greeted by Sophie. She was patient with me each time I came in even though it looked as if I was wasting her time. Each visit , Sophie would take out the same watches I would ask for the week before and continued to give me services with a smile. Most people would get frustrated, instead Sophie helped me find watches on sale that would fit into my budget. I left the store with two bags full of watches and I didn't break the bank. Thank you Kay jewelers and Sophie for making this purchase quick and painless.

The pricing is good and they offer financing as well so it makes it easier to get a gift and not worry about paying all up front. Perfect jewelry for any occasion: holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations. You name it and they can help you. My husband had a jeweler in downtown LA pre- Covid that he would get my rings dipped. That store closed unfortunately. I went to another jeweler in Glendora and was charged over a $100 to have it done. When I needed it done again after 8 months, I went with Piacere. I met Fabiola (Fabi) and was absolutely impressed by the knowledge and kindness. They took care of my rings at a much lower cost and they looked brand new. Victor goes above and beyond when it comes to your jewelry. He checks prongs and puts the rings thru a rigorous cleaning before he returns them. I was even given the opportunity to look at my rings thru a jewelers loop. They did that just in case i wanted to be sure my gemstone was mine before and after the cleaning. It took only one full day for the rings to be restored to brand new. Since that meeting over 2 years ago, they have been our go to store for all our jewelry needs. Victor does such amazing custom work! Bring him an idea and he will make you a beautiful custom piece. Fabi is constantly taking classes to improve her knowledge of gemstones and jewelry. They take such care and go above and beyond when you're looking for a specific stone or piece. Definitely our jewelers for all our needs.

I initially stopped in for a watch bracelet and an eye glass necklace--but thanks to Ligia's kindness and attentiveness, I walked out with a beautiful collection of well-deserved goodies! I've visited this location several times in the past, but today was completely different all because of Ligia. From the moment we walked in, Ligia welcomed us with genuine warmth and a joyful spirit. Her customer service was nothing short of outstanding--truly the best I've ever experienced at Brighton. She offered thoughtful suggestions and made us feel not just seen, but truly cared for! She took the time to connect with us, speaking our language and engaging not only with me, but with both of my parents. She listened when I mentioned the little things that would make my elderly dad feel at ease--cookies, a restroom, and a place to sit--and she made sure every detail was taken care of. What also really stood out to me was how she took the time to share helpful tips on how to maintain and care for the items I purchased--something no one had ever done before, despite all the times I've shopped here. She also explained which items had warranties, which was incredibly helpful and so appreciated! Thank you! At the end of my purchase, I walked out with a beautifully gift wrapped Brighton bag! Before leaving, I asked for an extra bottle of water, and to my surprise, Ligia handed me a small bag with cold waters and cookies for my parents as well. It was such a THOUGHTFUL gesture and a perfect reflection of the genuine care she extended throughout our time there. Ligia went ABOVE and BEYOND in every way, and because of her, I'll be returning as her customer from now on. Thank you, Ligia--you truly made our day.
