They took the time to explain the coupons, rewards program and helped me download the new app without making me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. So I stopped in.. The store was busy today. There were people in line and at a point 2 cashiers. As I was waiting in line, the 2nd cashier steps off to stock more candles...as if this store needs anymore fuckin candles. when I get to the front of the line, the woman informed me that my order hasn't been picked. Mind you it had already been like four hours since I had picked my order. She tells me that my order will probably be ready tomorrow. As I'm walking out of the store, I noticed that the employee was stocking the candles and asked her if she could possibly pick my order while I was here. And she told me that there were over 100 other orders in the queue and that they couldn't jump the queue. Make it make sense. How is it more important, stocking candles, and fulfilling orders? I'm super annoyed that I have to go back. It's been about seven hours and then my order still hasn't been fulfilled.
