My experience with 4 wheel unlimited was not the best. The job I asked for was simple and…read morestraightforward: swap out my fox leveling kit and SPC UCAs with the factory bilstein kit and stock UCAs. I supplied all the parts and well aware there is no warranty for the parts. I also requested for an alignment. My biggest issue is that I dropped off my truck on time at 9am and was told to be at the shop by 5:30pm to pick it up. The store did not check in with me throughout the day so I called at 1:42pm and received an update that they weren't finished. Once 5:30pm came around I was at the shop again and came to see my truck parked on the curb. The suspension was successfully swapped over and I was excited to take my truck home. The staff told me their alignment tech went out to do some errands. I discussed with the staff that i need my truck back because it's my only vehicle i take to work and the response I got was, "we'll work late if we have to, but they shouldn't have told you it's a one day job." Instead of taking accountability for their alignment tech running errands while on shift the blame was directed towards the staff member who told me it's a one day job. From my experience with previous off-road shops getting suspension swapped out and a truck alignment in the same day is not a 8 hour job. Now even though every shop is different I expected more from this one given the previous review. I waited an hour at the shop before I got my truck back so I'm frustrated that I paid nearly $900 for this service. Overall, the job was done right and my truck drives how it should, but given my experience with the poor professionalism I will not be returning.

I came here to get the rear axle rebuilt on my 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This place is interesting…read more Me and my father take the Jeep and explain to Tim what we need. Tim is the guy who is usually at the front desk, hes a pretty nice guy, but "out of it". Some of the staff is friendly, but some are up right A-holes (These are the guys that dont do the front desk, go figure). The mechanics do very good work from what I saw and read online in jeep forums. If you come here knowing what you want, and knowing around what it should cost, then you will probably be happy. However, if you come here like most non jeep enthusiast will and not know everything about your jeep or about whats broken (like I did at the time) You will most likely get ripped off/taken advantage of, like I KINDA did. They charged me like 250 for labor to install the used axle which is totally reasonable, however the asked 600 for a USED dana 35! Too bad I didnt do my research! If only I had known that I could have gone to a junk yard and picked one up for like 100 bucks... Sort of my fault, but still its not like Tim didnt know he was ripping me off, and he knew I was on a very tight budget. All in all, bad management, bad people skills, bad area, good mechanics from what I saw. Would I come here again? Probably, knowing what I know now about repair work/jeeps in general. Just, do your research. Also, google this place and read some of the horror stories of people getting taken advantage of in the jeep forums. Partly the guys fault, but still. Also, they seem to like you more if you have one of the newer jeeps (jk's) and/or a lot of money.
