Avoid This Place - Dishonest Pricing and Terrible Communication I would strongly advise looking elsewhere before using this company. My experience with them was frustrating from start to finish. I brought my vehicle in for a bumper and a Warn Winch installation. Here is why you should reconsider using them: Massive Delays: The job was originally quoted to take 4 weeks, but it actually took 9 weeks to complete. There were no attempts on their part to inform me why delays were occurring. Hidden Fees: The original quote was missing major costs. They added a $350 powder coating fee and a $300 shipping fee later. They do not itemize all charges on the quote, so read the "fine print". Unapproved Charges: While I reluctantly agreed to the $350 powder coating (6 weeks after the quote was created and the job was started), the $300 shipping fee was never discussed with me. Paid Under Protest: They forced me to pay the surprise shipping fee just to get my vehicle back, which I did under protest. Awful Customer Service/Blocked Communication: Feeling I was getting nowhere to resolve this issue, I asked to speak to the owner/manager and was told that he was ill and wasn't able to handle any of the business affairs. Amy, Jake and Alexandro Del Campo were making decisions on his behalf. During this time I asked several times to speak with Amy so we could resolve this issue. I was told that she was hard to reach. When I tried to resolve this, an employee named Alexandro Del Campo, refused to issue a credit for the unapproved shipping charge. I spoke to Jake, he agreed to speak with Amy and they would be contacting me within a few days. Five days later I received a call from Alexandro offering me $300 in store credit, which I refused. I informed Alexandro that a $300 credit was what I wanted as I did not want to deal with any future transactions with this company due to lengthy delays and poor communication. He said he would talk to Amy. It's three days later, and I haven't heard a thing. Save yourself the headache and find a company that honors their timelines, communicates, and practices transparent pricing, and doesn't rely on "fine print" tactics. (I am giving them 2 stars because the product is great, but the customer service was lousy.) read more

Nitrogen pressures were measured at a different shop and found out each suspension was not pressurized to spec and were all at different pressures. I had a great experience with Saints Offroad. I took my 2024 Silverado in to request a quote for front and rear off-road lights. I hunt and fish, and often times that means driving off-road at night with no other light. They customized the front with a great 20 inch light bar fit right into the grill, and fitted the rear bumper with customized, inset dual lights for the rear. There are also no street lights where I live and occasionally it's extremely dark at night. The back up lights on the truck just don't cut it, and these are phenomenal there as well.
