She apologized profusely for the delays when ever she would get stopped by other customers, nonetheless she kept on locating my parts and made sure I had my order completed. Once I picked up what I needed, I headed towards the register. As I was standing right in front of the computer waiting to pay, I noticed a female associate with bright pink hair walk out from the rear of the store. As she walked towards my direction, I smiled, and assumed she would assist me with my purchase. Nope! She walked right by, and DID NOT acknowledge me. She went in one of the sections behind the desk, and walked back out. And again, passed by without saying a word. By this time, I noticed Abraham walking in my direction, and from a distance stated he would be right with me. He then approached me, and greeted me with a smile, followed with a smooth purchase. I was not expecting assistance from the female but a greeting or acknowledgment would have been nice. I Don't think I will be returning to this location for that reason. Customer Service is big for me, and that was missing from that female employee. I'm sure Abraham noticed because he looked a bit confused as she walked right by me. Great job Abraham. You should be recognized for your great customer service.
