    Radiator fan assembly completely broken off.

    DO NOT BUY FROM ROCKAUTO!!! packaging is extremely poor and both of my over $200 parts were received completely broken. They looked worse than the parts I initially took off the car. Repairs for my car will now be delayed due to rock autos poor packaging and shipping. Reached out to initiate the return process and I was told my claim is "under review. See attached photos to judge for yourself.

    Bashed, bent, punctured, torn, open, and who knows what else.

    They clearly don't care if your parts arrive damaged or in one piece. It looks like a chimpanzee packed and handled my packages. Not ordering from Rock(bottom)Auto again.

    Catalytic converter for a 2001 Hyundai Santa Fe

    I ordered a CARB catalytic converter for my 2001 Hyundai Santa Fe. The part arrived rattling around in the torn cardboard box with no packing, but appeared to have no physical damage. Comparing the old and new front catalytic converter appeared to be identical. However the AO number engraved on the new Catalytic converter (D-698-7) does not match the part number (771321). Should be (D-698-9). Due to this manufacturer defect, I have a $700 catalytic converter that RockAuto will not honor the warranty and replace. My vehicle will not pass California smog. RockAuto needs to be held responsible for products they sell that are defective and honor the 5 year warranty as stated on their website. I will never do business with this company again.

    The sent me an obviously used solenoid for my transmission. The serial numbers were even sanded off.. Refused to do anything about it.

He told me I'll need to go to a mechanic shop because there might be something wrong with the wiring. So the next day, before taking my car in to a shop, I thought I'd try one more time. Well thank goodness I did! When I decided to stop at this location, I bought brake lights again and this time came across Steven who was knowledgeable. He said it was just the cable that came off and fixed it in a few seconds. He saved me a trip to the mechanics where they most likely would've charged me $$ just to diagnose the problem!
