Shop online skip the line false advertisement it's always no workers helping u and the online line is so long everyone complaining and standing under hot sun and workers take 15 min to go get the parts from the back

This is the 1st starter Mark gave my husband.

This is a lengthy review, but I feel that it is necessary because I do not want anybody to get taken advantage of. On May 21st, my husband went to Auto Tech Warehouse to buy a starter for our car. Mark was the salesperson helping my husband. The starter that he gave my husband looked a little different when my husband told Mark about it, he said that it was the correct one. At this point Mark put the old starter in the box and gave my husband the starter without a box even though the receipt states that in order to return an item you need the box. My husband brought it home installed it and from the get-go something was wrong. My husband parked the car and this Sunday Jun 6th he took the starter off so he could take it in on Monday because he figured it was defective. We figured that there would not be a problem because it had a warranty. When he went back on Monday May. 7th. The salesperson that helped my husband asked him for a different receipt because apparently the receipt my husband had was not the correct one. The receipt Mark gave my husband had false information. Then Mark walks over and states that that part is not from their shop. My husband tells Mark that, that is the part he gave him. At that point Mark accused my husband of bringing a different part. He then told my husband that our mechanic probably scammed him and switched the parts. My husband stated that he did the work himself. At this point my husbands asked to speak to the manager and Mark with an attitude tells my husband if he speaks English as to which my husband replied with a yes. Ignorance is a bliss. When Payam the manager came out he stated that that part was not from there because it did not have a certain sticker or marking. After arguing back and forth and my husband telling him to check the cameras. Payam said that he would call the Manufacture and ask them if its their part and if it was then they would exchange it. He told my husband that it would take 2 to 3 weeks and that he would check the cameras. When my husband came home and told me I was a little uneasy, so I decide to call Payam myself I gave him a call I didn't not scream as he says but I was firm. I told him that something was going on that his employees were probably shady doing stuff behind his back specially Mark. A few words were said I continued accusing his employees as he accused me of going to the junk yard to get the part. After a 30 min. conversation and me telling him that I would call BBB to investigate. He said it would take 2 weeks for him to talk to the manufacturer and 48 hours to check the cameras. I continued not agreeing because I feel it could have been resolved faster. He then said that he would check the cameras by the end of the day. I proceeded to tell him the exact date and time on the receipt so he could narrow it down. We ended the call. I called my husband and about 10min into our conversation who calls with the issue resolved Payam saying that he checked the cameras and talked to the manufacturer and it was their mistake. A few minutes after Payam calls my husband Mark calls as well. Coincidence I think not I feel they just got caught. My husband went to pick up the part yesterday June 8th. And mark once again apologized. Payam sent my husband a short clip of the video and said he would send it to the manufactures as proof. I do not understand how when my husband returned the part Mark knew in an instant the part was not from there but when he took it out of the box saw it and held it, he didn't. To me all this seems dishonest I read through all the reviews and 3 people had the same experience I did and a little more than a dozen had issues with defective parts and wrong parts. Remember you get what you pay for and if you want to take a risk on them, please make sure that everything is legit when you walk out. Also, if you got a defective part or wrong part its their mistake and they should not charge a restoking fee.

Now I get to drive 36 miles home an wait.

It sucks that it burnt down but hopefully open soon. Very good prices I'm close to home wish they were open still

They start helping customers 30 minutes after they open. Worker that helped me was rude. Parts are inexpensive tho.

They installed an Eibach Pro-Truck Lift Stage 2, paired it with ELEVATE upper control arms, and mounted Method MR703 wheels with Toyo Open Country AT3 tires--the truck turned out absolutely perfect. Ken also tracked down the Heritage Wheel caps that I wanted. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knows their stuff when it comes to off-road and suspension setups. Fitment, alignment, and overall attention to detail were spot on. The LC250 rides smooth, handles better than stock, and looks incredible. Communication was clear throughout the process, timelines were met, and the quality of work speaks for itself. Called over the phone for a price on a BMC and a new set of tires. Got the price. Came in 2 days…read morelater and now the price has magically went up by 300. On top of all of that my wheels came back scraped tf outta. I understand if scratches get on the rim but they made sure to get scratches in the center of the wheel as-well. Looks like they weren't careful with it. The guy in the front likes to do a bait and switch so make sure you get your pricing in paper trail. Edit: the owner responded with bad reading comprehension. I said the TOTAL price of a BMC AND wheels was changed between the dates of me calling and me coming in. Please at least read my review before accusing of fake reviews lol.
