We bought an electrical part here for our car that had broken down on the advice of a coworker who recommended this place. After installing the part, our car still wouldn't run, so we had to pay a mechanic to do a diagnostic. He told us the part we bought from here wasn't viable. We called the shop, and we were told to bring the part back for a return. When we took the part back the next day, the manager was combative, argumentative, and condescending. We explained that we called and were following the instructions we were given over the phone in order to be refunded. He still didn't want to give us our money back. Then he turned to an employee next to him, and started asking him in Spanish if he told us we would be able to get a refund. My husband and I both speak Spanish, so we were insulted that he assumed he could have a conversation about this in a language he thought we wouldn't understand. We ended up getting our money back, but it was an awful experience. When we shared this experience with a friend who also lives in the area, he told us he used to buy parts from this shop, but he also had many times bought parts that didn't work from here so he no longer buys from this place. I wouldn't recommend this place based on the experience, and lack of professional customer service. read more
