I've gone twice for wheels and tires for my Tacoma here as well as alignments. Both times the…read morestaff was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done for my offroad vehicle. I made the mistake of taking my truck to a local shop to get an alignment and it came out worse then it went in. They couldn't align it due to it having an oem lift. 88 rotors saved the day for my truck running right. When I got oversized tires for my truck they made the appropriate cuts/modifications to the truck to make it look right and have no rubbing. I would definitely recommend these guys for someone who wants the one stop shop who will make their truck look nice!

On top of all of that my wheels came back scraped tf outta. I understand if scratches get on the rim but they made sure to get scratches in the center of the wheel as-well. We're going to go get something to eat. Please call us when it's done. They said OK we left. Approximately 2:45 PM. This chad person calls my girlfriend stating that they cannot do the diagnosis as originally planned because the technicians leave at 4 PM. He was telling her that he can reschedule her for a Saturday morning. after she hung up and told me that just did not sit right with me so I had to speak up because my girlfriend had to leave work early-frankly it was a waste of time. I called back and I spoke to the service manager Mr. Liu, I gave him the information. He then stated that even if he was scheduled on Saturday, the service that we wanted would not be available- wth??? So I don't know why Chad tried to schedule the service and had do we showed up on Saturday, It would've been another waste of time. Mr. Liu, attempted to give us a loaner but at this point, we were frustrated. I just did not feel comfortable having them work on the car. they all need to be on the same page. We end up going back to them and picking up her car. We were unhappy with their service and lack of professionalism. I told them that we were go to a dealership in Ontario. Not going there again!! One time I bought chips from this location and they were stale and expired. Another time the cashier came out from the store and accused me of leaving a car abandoned there. If it sounds crazy, I know. Today I went in with a gift card and he told me they do not accept shell gift cards. He said they don't accept Shell gift cards for the gas pump or for inside the store. They were not willing to accept my card. This place needs an overhaul or it needs to shut down. It carries the Shell name but it does not conduct business like a proper establishment. I will be reporting this location to their main corporate.

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGE DONE HERE. I would get my oil change done here because it was more…read moreaffordable but it turned out to cost me way more. Julio (the owner) did my oil change one day and he left the cap that needs to be SECURELY CLOSED AND TIGHTENED open. When I moved my car from my parking spot the next day I noticed a large oil spill. I quickly took it back and he noticed what he had done and admitted to what he did. He said that Volkswagens need to be "tightened more than other cars". I asked him if he was going to add more oil and he said no because he had "added a little extra" so it didn't need it. A few weeks later my car started shaking when I would be at a complete stop so I took it to a mechanic. They said the oil level was low and that there was damage due to driving it with low oil. I HAD TO PAY $1,170 at the Volkswagen dealer because a regular mechanic told me to take it there because he could he could not perform this extensive repair. Even though they fixed this issue they said there is possible engine damage due to driving it with low oil. I spoke with Julio (THE OWNER of JC TIRES AND OIL CENTER) and asked if he was going to take accountability for HIS MISTAKE. He said that it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to be checking the oil and that my car probably burnt the oil. The mechanics that checked my car said that Volkswagens do not burn oil and besides that it is just a 2014 it is not that old to be burning oil.
