The customer service at this auto shop is garbage, just like the people working there. When I messaged them on Yelp, the owner Bryon accidentally sent me a message saying "No idea what you're talking about". The message was meant for someone else, but the dismissive tone was not an accident. If you were more polite and humble with all of your customers, you wouldn't have embarrassed yourself like that. This was not my first interaction with them. Back in January 2025, I messaged Bryon on Yelp about an AC issue with my car. I also spoke to him on the phone, but after seeing how curt and rude he was, I had second thoughts about bringing my car in. In hindsight, I should have listened to my instincts and those warning signs. Recently, I brought my 2013 Toyota Corolla in to fix the horn. When I arrived, I said hello to a technician walking toward me and was completely ignored. I then told a middle-aged man wearing glasses that I had an appointment. He told me to go to number 4, where the office is, but did so with such an attitude, as if I shouldn't have bothered him. As a first-time customer, I guess I was expected to already know where everything is. There is no courtesy or basic professionalism at this auto shop. Other reviewer has described this same employee as "super rude and disrespectful". One review from August 18, 2025 even mentioned him banging on a customer's window and speaking in a very condescending manner. In the owner's response below, Bryon said he "wants them corrected" and "action will be taken on my part to ensure this doesn't happen again". Well, five months later, the same middle-aged man wearing glasses is still there and still rude to customers. So where is the correction, and what action was taken, NONE. Then there is Jason. When he called to tell me the car was ready, he sounded angry and unpleasant. When taking payment over the phone, his tone was rude and commanding, like "give me the card number". There were no customer service skills on display, and apparently no one ever taught him how to say "please". Most ironically, such behavior has been totally normalized at this place. It's clearly part of the business culture, and it starts at the top. In the owner's response below, Bryon sounds like he has no idea what's going on. But he knows exactly what's going on, because he is part of the business culture where everyone is acting like a douchebag. You guys should really travel outside of LA and America to see what genuinely good customer service looks like, because your service is truly just garbage. Just because you are auto mechanics, it doesn't mean you have to be douchebags. There are plenty of auto shops out there that can both get the job done and provide excellent customer service. While I appreciate your response, I don't buy it; it's a good PR move for others on Yelp to see. To say these guys helped me out during a car emergency, would be an understatement. My car broke down on me and my 3 yo daughter and in a panic I googled the nearest auto repair and gave them a shot due to all their wonderful reviews. Let me tell you they lived up to ALL of them! First with Bryon answering the phone and getting me in there close to closing time. Jason greeted me and helped calm my nerves. It ended up needing a new alternator and some belts. Sent owner an email, never responded. Two weeks ago, from yesterday, August 16th, I drove in to your service center to see about replacing my three inside door handles which were broken on my 1995 Toyota Corolla. Jason told they can be fixed and that he would call me back same day to confirm he could order the parts. Later that day he called and said he was ordering the parts, and we confirmed an appointment at 9am, Saturday, August 16. He asked if I could leave the car there and I said no that I would wait for it even though he said it make take an hour. I arrived at your service center yesterday, August 16 at 8:50am and went into the office. Jason asked me if I could leave the car, again, I told him no, that I was going to wait for it since I didn't have a ride. He said, ok and told me it will take about an hour. I said fine. After an hour went by, Jason said he was waiting for the parts. I didn't understand why because my appointment was made weeks in advance, and he told me he had ordered the parts. My car sat in the parking lot for almost two hours before it was pulled into an empty bay. There were two empty bays ever since I first arrived. No other cars were being serviced except one over the two-hour timespan I was there. At approximately 10:30am, my car was finally pulled into one of the bays and it took only 15-20 minutes for the mechanic to repair two of the doors. Jason came back and told me that I would have to come back at 1:15 for them to do the third car door (because he didn't have the third part). I had to wait almost two hours for the car, not because it was being worked on but because he was waiting for the parts to be delivered. Had he ordered the parts as promised, I would not have had to wait two hours, and it did not take an hour to replace the door handles especially when there was very little business that day. When I came back at 115pm, I waited another 20 minutes before they replaced the third car door which only took 5 minutes. I wasted two hours of my time which I will never get back. During the time I was there, I wasn't even offered water, a decent chair to sit (you only have uncomfortable stool-type chairs). My back suffered greatly from waiting so long and I wasn't even given an apology nor discount. I was charged close to $200 for the repair when I discovered from another mechanic that he could have done the complete job for $125 (had he had the parts ahead of time). He said it would have only taken him 30 minutes at the most. I was going to let this go and not send you an email, but I have been taken advantage before (many times). By reading all your positive reviews I thought your service center would have been better than most. read more

Bryon and Jason have been really good to work with. Before I was t-boned in an accident, I brought my Toyota Yaris hatch to them, and they were great with the repairs. Knowing that this shop has Ford certifications, I'm glad I brought my Ford Focus here to address an issue caused by a detailer. B&D saved me a lot and were able to do the repair at a fraction of the cost. If they're busy and don't answer the phone, leave a message, and they'll get back to you in less than 24 hours during business days. Those that know me know that I do most of the work myself and hardly allow other folks to touch my car. I am generally a DIY guy when it comes to vehicle maintenance. However, as life sometimes get busy, I decided to let B&D Auto Repair do normal service on my Honda. A few months later, I decided to bring my older Lexus for one of the major services. Although they were not the cheapest quote I got from multiple vendors, I chose them because I could drop off my car and get a good exercise walking home. I'm glad I did, because they so far have done great work and I have so far found them to be honest. I already knew one of my brakes were running low and have been keeping an eye out on it. They have knowledgeable technicians who seem like great people like Jason and most of the other guys , EXCEPT for ONE of the mechanics here who is super rude and disrespectful, he's a Caucasian middle aged whiteboy maybe late 40's early 50's, he wears glasses and usually a trucker cap. I was parked there 1 day a few weeks ago, he parked a customer's car next to mine then banged on my window when he stepped out (definitely not a regular knock) and told me in a disrespectful condescending tone "MOVE YOUR CAR, HIS PARKING'S OVER THERE" even though they were 10 minutes from closing for the day, (around 4:50pm), I was waiting for Kevin (mechanic next to them) to tell me to pull in to his bay to look at my car. Super uncalled for and unnecessary, the disrespectful Caucasian mechanic here trying to start fights over parking spaces is why I'll never give them my business again or recommend them. read more
