Ray, was highly recommended by a friend of mine, and I can see why they have so many great reviews. I have found a new auto mechanic, and they are worth the 15 mile drive for me to get such great service at an honest price. read more

So helpful and so kind I really trusted what they told me and everyone was so helpful and answered all of my questions! As a woman it's so hard to find a place where you can trust and I 100% will be going back! read more

This was one of the only shops that I can honestly say fixed my jeep and I have not had any problems with it since. And that was over 6 months ago! They are all very honest and great at their job. They let you know exactly what the problem or problems are with your car and will let you decide on how you want to handle it. Their price is unbeatable. For the service you are getting you can't go wrong! I am never taking my cars anywhere else again. Thank you Haas bros. read more

Take your car to Haas Bros Auto and NOT the dealership. I got an estimate for maintenance and potential repairs at a Toyota dealership for a used car I bought. They wrote up a $1000 estimate. I sent the estimate to Haas Bros Auto, and not only did they give me a better price, they also told me what actually NEEDED to be repaired versus what Toyota just WANTED to repair. I ended up saving at least $500. Thanks to Mark and Ray at Haas Auto for being honest and reliable in assessing and repairing my car. I don't think I'll ever go back to Toyota for maintenance and repairs as long as Haas Auto keeps up their excellent customer service and reliability 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

Mom and I have been going here for a few years. Oil changes and whatever needs fixing. Everything is reasonably priced and quick. Last week mom's car wouldn't start, she called to find out if she could have it towed there. The call dropped but mom got a call back a few minutes later from Carl. He recommended AAA to jump the car as it sounded like the battery. Long story short-AAA fixed the problem But I'm giving an excellent review to Haas Bros because of his follow up with excellent service. Thank you for helping a little old lady out in a jam! read more

Mechanics and staff are reliable and take the time to go through explaining their work and next steps. I appreciated the service and professionalism. read more

Highly Recommend - Honest, Fast, and Reliable! I originally took my car to another mechanic who told me I needed a $1,300 ABS system repair. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion at Haas Bros. They quickly diagnosed the real issue -- a blown fuse in the vacuum pump -- a much cheaper repair. Their honesty saved me from an unnecessary and expensive repair. On top of that, they were incredibly efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem. I'm beyond impressed and will absolutely be a returning customer. Thank you, Haas Bros! read more

They are honest and friendly. They have never overcharged us. My bf has been using them to keep his old beater car moving for more than 8 years and he is very picky, he has not once had a bad experience with them. read more

Haas bros is our trusted mechanic shop. They always do their best in providing the best prices with honest work. Highly recommend!

Honestly the most sincere and genuine mechanics I've encountered. They're really transparent with you and help you understand what's going on with your car without being pushy, or condescending. read more

Haas Bros Auto has provided excellent service to my family. Their prices are also excellent.

We started taking our cars to the Haas Bros about 10 years ago when our current mechanic, who is also a close friend, recommended them for checking out a used car we jut purchased. They gave us honest feedback about a few issues they found with our Honda Odyssey. Karl made recommendations as to what should be fixed right away versus what could wait. When possible, he recommended after market parts to help reduce costs. Not only do we continue to bring our Honda Odyssey here for repairs, but all of our other cars as well. I actually enjoy visiting the Bros and have my special corner in the waiting room. :) Top notch customer service from reasonable, honest mechanics. I highly recommend! read more

Helped me with an issue in 5 mins that Toyota was gonna take 1.5 hours. Saved me $225!!! You are the best! Tucker Tire recommended you too! Soooo awesome! Thank you! Best car service place around! 100 stars! read more

I have been taking my cars and my daughters cars to Haas Brothers for years but thought it's time to write a review. These guys are just amazing. Not only are they experts in their trade, they are friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and down to earth. For example, my Acura MDX had a failing tailgate that the Acura dealer could not diagnose accurately ( they told me they had to do some trial and error and could not tell me the cost, albeit they gave me estimates but no guarantee of correction of the problem). Haas brothers diagnosed it the first time and corrected the problem. Just recently I had another annoying noice (inside the motor area) that would not go away... Haas brothers found the problem and did not want to charge me any fees. Are these guys honest and nice or are they honest and nice. My daughter had a problem with her key lock and again, they solved it and no cost to my daughter. It's good to know that you can trust your mechanic, and these guys are truly trustworthy. read more

I am thankful to have found this place on yelp! It lives up to all the great reviews. The pricing is reasonable and the customer service was great. They explained in detail the issues wrong with my vehicle and include a video of the repairs that were necessary. I drove off feeling like my car was running like new. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend them read more

Been going to them for over 10 years. Price is fair, and they always try to give you options (waiting on non-emergency repairs, used parts, aftermarket parts, etc.). Busy shop, but really easy to deal with. I recommend them to everyone. read more

Highly recommend this auto shop! We've brought our cars here a few times and have always had a great experience. Most recently, we had a catalytic converter stolen off our car and Karl helped us navigate our insurance claim and answered all of our questions regarding our options. They are trustworthy, honest, and do great work! They also present various options so that you can make an informed decision regarding what work you'd like to get done. Thanks for taking care of us! read more

Best mechanic in San Dimas. Fixed my Mercedes' electronic problems without going to the dealer. Highly recommend.

I've taken several cars to Haas Bros. I was referred to them by a family member. I know zero about cars, but trust that they will guide me in the right direction and will help me make the best decision based on our families needs. Based on the reviews here on Yelp I decided to give Haas Bros a try. I was not disappointed. Karl was friendly, professional. As far as price it's really impossible to measure as all repair shops seem very expensive. What I can say having been here only once is they seem honest and fair. I also watched his interaction with other customers and liked that he listened and worked with them regarding time restraints. He realizes that people work and try's to work with them. I will definitely come back in the future. Oil/ filter changes are reasonable. read more

Came back for a tune up of my Audi. Always much less than what any dealer or German auto specialist would charge. Clean and organized facility along with a clean and cool waiting room. Fresh coffee, tea and cold water available in their waiting room while the service takes place! read more

My brake switch was broken and I couldn't my transmission and needed it fixed asap. It was my first time coming here and looked it up since it was near my work place and called ahead of time explaining my problem over the phone. Carl is super nice and clear about the problems in the car and why problems occur. This auto shop is so clean! They keep their entire workplace very organized and clean. He told me it'll take up to an hour but legit, he finished in 15 minutes. Amazing! Would definitely recommend to others who have car issues and need oil change. Most likely coming back. read more

It's hard to find a reliable mechanic, Haas Bros is the only place we take our cars. They are professional, reasonable, and honest.

I am super glad I stumbled upon this place. After having many issues with my car within a span of 2 months and juggling between mechanics and trying to figure out what to do, I am super happy I landed here. They were super helpful with suggestions and were very honest about what needed to be done asap and what could wait. as someone who knows little to nothing about cars, I felt very comfortable with their kindness and honesty. They checked in every time they stumbled upon something with suggestions and questions and I trusted them 100% with their advice. They were super quick too! Can't thank them enough! read more

Really good mechanics. I have used them several times. They have always fixed it and fixed it right. From small electrical to full engine replacement. I could go on, but the bottom line is ... "they are really good mechanics" read more

What can i say other than it was a fantastic overall experience. My 2013 Prius V had a leaking cylinder and for the miles I had it on it that was unusual. I had called around to multiple shops that all had high ratings to discuss my issue, but the majority of them just basically wanted me off the phone and threw a price my way. Haas Was extremely attentive explained everything to the last detail, Carl and Ray were very informative and gave me all the scenarios and what if's, etc. and still came under budget by about $500. My car runs Fantastic and I will never go anywhere to have my car taken care of but to Haas Bros Auto!! Thanks again for taking care of my guys!! read more

Haas Bros Auto - The Chuck Wagon misses Ray and Carl touching him, because they did such a great job working on him - Auto Repair Near Me - San Dimas, California

Carl and his team are the best and most honest people in this area no doubt. Had a issue with my truck awhile that every other mechanic nearby tried upsell me 3x without looking at my truck and quoting stuff that wasn't apart of the issue. However by referral thankfully when I came here a quote wasn't mentioned at all until Carl and his team were able to diagnose the issue first. Once found he was very straightforward about what it was explained exactly what would be done along with the cost. My truck is a service truck that I use on a day to day basis n I was able to tell the difference immediately once it was back on the road will be back in the future!!!! read more

I never ever thought I would feel comfortable getting my car worked on anywhere. I have had nothing but disasters and bad experiences when it comes to automotive repair. That being said, I was referred to Haas Bros and I was blown away with the service! Carl and Ray where always available to answer my questions and I was never left guessing as to the status of the repair. They do the repairs in a timely manner. Actually I would say expediently. When I went in to pick up my car ( I had it towed there so I didn't see the shop until after the repairs were complete ) I was so pleased to see a clean and organized shop. The area where they do paperwork was clean and organized as well. These gents take great pride in their service and shop and it shows! Now let's talk money. I never once felt taken advantage of. They are honest with their pricing and their labor cost is excellent. I will never go anywhere else but to Haas! read more
