I'm extremely irked! My daughter brought her 2020 Honda Civic in for an oil change a few months back. At that time Amir informed her she needed a new air filter and replaced it. Well, it was replaced with a makeshift oversized filter, that was stuffed in. She started to have AC issues in which the filter wasn't working correctly, and blowing particles into her eyes while she drove. I took it to the dealer where they found the issue. The AC Fan was shredding the oversized filter. I was enraged, not only because my daughter was charged for the makeshift filter, but because it jeopardized her entire AC unit!
