I send my son to this location because he needed a quick patch on his tire.. I guess this guy saw that my son was young so he tried to lie to him saying that the tire was really bad and that he needed a new one.. this guy seemed to get upset when my son told him it was just a nail so all it needs was a patch.. so this guy charged him 35 dollars for a fucken patch and didn't put the valve cap back on which obviously he did on purpose.. I won't be going to this place nor sending anyone I know.. read more

Mike quoted me for a water pump and thermostat replacement on my Lexus ct 200h. It's a good thing I know a thing or two about cars because, after the initial feeling out phase, he would definitely have over quoted me if he realized I couldn't talk about cars. Heck, his main line of work isn't even doing mechanical work. Long story short, he gave me a reasonable quote. I told him I would think about it and shop around as is every educated consumers' right. He tried to fear me into keeping my car with him by overemphasizing how damaging a failing water pump can be. When I went back to Mike's, he told me he could no longer honor the initial estimate. He gave me some bullshit like someone else touched the car, and I don't want to be liable when the car was basically in the exact condition I brought it in the first time. Waste of time and just shows his lack of confidence/expertise in his mechanical skills. read more

Anytime I need new used tires this is the best place to go due to the fact that they price their items decent and they don't give you crappy tires. Also if you need a quick fix because you have a nail in your tire they charge $15 to patch it and they make sure all your tires have air. Mike is super guy when it comes to getting you in, fixed, and on your way at a super reasonable price. I had a low tire on my old 2002 MB 320 that I managed to get to Mike's on a rainy day. I had been trying for a week to find the "leak" but no results. Took it to him because it was getting worse. He jumped right on it and kept going until he found it finally after putting the tire in a tub of water. He repaired it and remounted the tire on the rim. Carlos took care of me by checking my tire for holes and noticed it was the screw was loose, creating a slow leak. He fixed it and had me on my way. Went to this place on a Saturday around 1pm. Someone came out and asked what I needed. Told him I what I was looking for and he said that him and the other guys working were all at lunch and couldn't help for another hour or so. Mind you no signs or anything mentioned closed for lunch also do they all have to take lunch at the same time.
