I've been coming to this tire shop for years with my mom, who's a mother of three and not familiar with cars or tires. The owner's father has always treated us with honesty and care -- he never took advantage of our lack of knowledge and even went out of his way to check my brakes when I first started driving. Because of that trust, I've continued to drive 45 minutes just to support this shop, even after the father stepped back from working full-time. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing. I came in needing two tires and spoke with a worker named Adrian. When I asked for the price, he said two used tires would be $120 and new ones $155. He never specified that the $155 was per tire, which any reasonable customer would expect to be the total price for both based on how it was presented. Later, when I found out it was actually $155 each, I felt misled -- that should've been clearly stated upfront. When I said I couldn't afford the new set, they still tried to charge me even though the misunderstanding was on their end. Things took a turn when I told them they could call the police if they intended to hold me there over the misunderstanding. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, Adrian responded by calling me "stupid" as I was leaving -- simply because I questioned the unclear pricing. If there was a language barrier or miscommunication, I would have gladly spoken in Spanish -- I understand both languages. But to handle a customer this way, especially one who has supported this business for years, is deeply disappointing. I can't imagine the father who built this shop ever treating customers like that. These were not expensive, top-tier tires; they were Kumho tires, a more budget-friendly brand Talking about a customer in Spanish right in front of them, when they clearly understand Spanish, is disrespectful I'm sharing this experience so others are aware, and I'll be reposting this review across other platforms to ensure my story is heard. I've been here twice for a nail and screw in my tire and the first time they fixed it in a timely manner and the second time the guy let me know that the screw didn't puncture the tire so he took it out and checked it out and then checked my tire pressure on all my tires and didn't even wanna charge me ! I felt so bad and I didn't have any cash on me, but I do promise to make this my number one location to go to. I highly recommend. read more

Came in around 8:30am on a Sunday morning. They were one of the few tire shops open at that time. Blew out my tire the night before. They served me right away. Got me a new tire and had to come immediately back bc my tire sensor was bad. They replaced that and gave me an alignment. All that before 11am. Great service and efficient indoor shop. read more

I called them up on Sunday if they had a tire size that I needed and asked for a full set. I went there early Monday morning and they took care of my two cars. One got new shoes and the other needed a tire rotation. I was in and out. I also asked if they can order a specific tire. No price was given. But when I cross that road I'm curious if I'll get a good deal on a set. I'll be comparing it to the old shop that I used to go to. If it's the same price I'll be go here from now on. read more

This place is not your high end tire shop it is full service but they mostly sell cheaper brand of tires I would not recommend to bring your expensive rim or Mercedes Benz here the shop is more like what I consider a working man trie shop and by that I mean don't expect 5 star service it still good spot to fix tires or buys a full set I myself have bought 3 set on 04 mustang and have ask for discount I have got one every time. read more

I came in to get tires dismounted off my new wheels I left them came back to see 2 of the wheels were scratched on the lip I saw one of them put the next rim to get dismounted I asked where's the rim guard for the machine ha said oh I have one in the office I told them that's why the other 2 wheels got damaged you guys never put the rim guard on the guy started screaming I didn't scratch your wheel they came like that why would I scratch it smh bad service they don't know what they are doing save your self a headache go somewhere else read more
