I had a flat tire from a nail and I came feeling really stressed because I just drove from American tire which I was waiting in line for 20 minutes to be told that it was about an hour wait just to get my tire fixed... I googled a nearby area and called to see if they could look at my tire. Literally within 10 minutes I was on the road with my tire patched. Ruben was so sweet and very caring and I feel like the service here is superb. I am definitely coming here with all of my tire problems and I just wanna thank all the employees and the business for taking care of me.. Amazon delivered my tires to a reputable tire store, however when I went there the technicians couldn't change my tires because my car was too low. They tried every jack and a lift but no luck; they are unable to do the service. This is where I called Ruben to see if he had time to quickly changed my tires. He told me it a simple job he can quickly do and told me to come over. I drove down there, parked my car, got my 20 inch tires mounted and replaced and paid Ruben all within a few minutes. Terrible I bought tires here with the extra to fix flats and get tires rotated for free . 35 mins till close and can't not rotate a set of tires for a customer . I asked the guy at the desk and he said he can't rotate tires in 35 mins . Joke no respect for customer service I just went to Mike's that's right next door . Went to get gas and noticed that one of my tires was really low. The gas station's air station wasn't working, so I slowly went to the place that sold me the tires, and there was a three hour wait to have it checked. The guy said to pull around back, and they'd air it up for me. Well, the tire pressure was so low that their machine couldn't air up the tire. I asked Siri to take me to the closest tire place (after the one I was at), and she said to go to Tire Zone - Glendora. There was about a three minute wait as they were finishing up on a customer ahead of me. I saw the other guy drive off, I heard the WHIR-WHIR of my tire going off, and about five minutes later, the same sound again. The owner comes into the lobby and says that I'm good to go. That was it. No charge. I've never been there before, I didn't have an appointment, and they fixed my flat tire free of charge. That was just over a week ago, and the tire is still just fine. July has been a crazy month of adulting it for me! 1st the shower was leaking and needed to be replaced, then the garage stopped working and to end the month my car needed new tires, new tire pressure monitoring systems and an alignment! I wanted to see if my review from 2 years ago still stands true about Tire Zone having the best prices. So I called 3 mom and pop tire shops and 2 big box stores and guess what Tire Zone still came out on top. I dealt with George from beginning to end and he was AWESOME! Right when I walked in at 8:35ish, he said, "Hi Maylene"! Like whoaaaa how did you know it was me, lol syke. I told him I was going to be there right when they opened, but still, caught me off guard. So call George for a quote and mention you'll be paying with cash (3% off) and also want to use the yelp $10 off deal. What you get quoted is what you pay out the door tax and all. read more

Beware of the bait n switch. I came here like many other times to find a new face at the counter. I asked if I could get a screw removed from my tire and check for leaks. The guy looks at my truck and quickly tells me how they have new tires for my truck. After I decline his options, he then advises me of the condition of my tire and will not be able to remove the screw. Wonderful scam for the owners but as a customer already debating if I should drive with a screw to a shop or figure something else out is quite deceptive. Hoping someone in management sees this and addresses it accordingly. Nonetheless I will never return to this place. I will also be truthful when I'm asked for a reputable tire service business.
