I was stuck with a flat tire going from Coachella Valley to San Francisco when I got in an accident and my tire went flat. NBS to the rescue. Great service and very friendly and honest. Thanks AJ! read more

This place is top notch. Next to Patrick's auto where we get service, near the back. I was actually referred to by Patrick's. We had a leak from a previous repair in a bad spot. The other tire place didn't even want to touch it without selling a new tire. They didn't have the tire in stock but agreed to patch it so that it would last a few more months. I was so impressed by the initial service I called back and asked them to order the tire. They said it would arrive next day. We went Saturday afternoon and lucked out we didn't have to wait. Good idea to call ahead as this place does get busy sometimes. Genuine, helpful low prices, good tires and honest. Family owned and operated. AJ was great to work with. Would definitely come back for all our cars. read more

Good people work here. Super helpful & great pricing. Highly recommend. Had a blow out & they took care of it.

Shady shop with shady business practices. They do not stand by their word and take advantage of female customers. I was in a bind and needed one new tire, it was getting later on a Saturday evening. NBS tire sold me a tire that is not the right size. They informed me that I could come back the next week and exchange it for the correct size. I told them when I'd be back. When I arrived, the guy who sold me the tire wasn't there. He spoke with my boyfriend on the phone and told him that he'd give us a call later in the day. He never did. We text him 4 different times on 4 different days to set something up to get my tire exchanged, per their promise. He has never responded and is completely ignoring any message sent. The messages are confirmed to be delivered and it shows that they're being sent to an iPhone so I know they're just trying to ignore me and hope I go away. Now, I have to spend another $200 on another tire from a legitimate shop since they are shady and won't return calls or messages. Don't come here. They don't care about you or your car. I really wish they would respond to my messages and make this right. read more

Shady business. They sold my gf two used tires and charged her for two new tires when she went in to get a flat repaired. When we went back the person that sold the used tires wasn't there and they didn't do anything to help. They keep telling us they'll call us but they haven't done anything in weeks. read more

Met Ahmad today after being referred by JD at Patrick's Auto (Same plaza) to check out a tire that couldn't keep air. Was able to resolve the issue right away while also checking all the other tires. Very professional and knowledgeable. Offered advice but didn't try to sell me on more services that weren't needed at the moment. Great service and great prices. Will definitely be back for all my other needs. No hesitation supporting a local business that is honest and there to help the people. read more

I got recommended this shop from Patrick's auto next door to get me 2006 Luxus is350 checked out. I had warning lights on my dash from a problem with my tire pressure monitoring system. Lexus wanted to charge me about upward of 800 dollars to make the repair. Using my better judgment I chose to look elsewhere and I'm glad I did. NBS tire shop checked my car out and each of tpms sensors worked! The problem was because something I reset on my car. They kept it honest and repaired my issue with my system by re syncing something that's above my understanding. I'm glad I came here and I will be coming back when I need tires or any related issues. Honesty is hard to come by especially in the world we live in today. They could have made easy money on me and didn't. I'm very grateful, if your reading this review don't hesitate to stop by and service your car! read more

THIS TIRE SHOP SAVED MY LIFE !!! My Mercedes had a flat tire and kept leaking so I took it to a local small business and come to find out my whole tire was sliced !!! The owner was so kind he helped me get a new tire and even checked all my other tires for free and filled them to right pressure cause he was concerned over my safety ! During checkout he gave me a great deal and was very kind enough to help me with a good deal for my sisters tires. If it wasn't for NBS I would've probably been ripped off and stuck with a terrible tire. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS 10/10 service , 10/10 prices !! read more

Came here on a Tuesday to check out the TPMS that was on for about 2 weeks. The guy working here confirmed my suspicion that I had, one of the sensors needed to be replaced. Very good customer service however the reason for taking off a star was the long wait time which total was almost 2 hours. I don't blame the worker (Moody) he was the only one there with 3 customers including myself that needed assistance and he really was doing the best he could, I blame the owner for not having more employees working that day. A second employee would have really helped that day. read more

I got a flat tire and panicked so hard. When I looked at my tire I thought "you're gonna have to buy a whole new one". My day was stressful because I'm in the middle of taking finals and this was just the icing on the cake. So I called NBS because they were just around the corner from me. They are honestly the best and sweetest people you can ever meet! They were giving me different quotes for a used tire and new tire. He knew I sounded worried and panicked and he told me to stay calm, take deep breaths, and to make sure if I was in a safe area first. I was in a safe area and then he asked me if I need road side assistance that they would more than happily come to me. I told him I can make the drive. The whole phone conversation easy just perfect! You don't get that from many companies that often. I made it to their shop and they gave me different options that would best fit my quote and I would be comfortable paying for. For someone who just barely opened their shop knows exactly what they are doing from the phone conversation to being in person! I highly recommend this place! They are amazing! It is very affordable! And they make you feel welcomed! Thank you guys for helping me! I honestly appreciate it! read more
