I was experiencing inner tire wear on vehicle lowered on coilovers. Unfortunately, this is a common issue with my vehicle. I told him my concerns and he was able to come up with a solution. He made some adjustments and road tested the vehicle. I was also happy to see that he was able to do a custom alignment on a lowered vehicle. I also received a printout of the specifications of the alignment. He was reasonably priced and very quick. When I got home, I noticed that my steering wheel was off center. I recently brought my 2014 4RUNNER here for a suspension install. I made an appointment with Jerry, and I was accommodated with in a week's time. The job took about 8 hours including the alignment which is also done in house. I basically brought in all the suspension parts and had them expertly installed. The cost was reasonable as compared to other 4X4 specialty shops but without the crazy 2 month wait time. I hate that I put it off this long when I could've come here. Shop is behind a thrift store with a bunch of other mini auto spots. It's easy to miss but not too difficult to find. There's a mini office with about 6 chairs here. Nothing too fancy but I don't care about that. I'm here for my car to get done correctly and in great time. Because of the yelp review, I thought they are very good but guess not. I think if it is just a simple oil change or brake jobs they will be good. But when it comes to alignment or other mechanic issue they are not as experience as other mechanics. Long story short, I hit a curb so I did an alignment and replaced a tie rod with them. Afterwards my car's steering wheel was so heavy and it would not self-centered after a turn. Of course, there could be a lot of reasons but seems like they didn't care after I drove off. I took it to another shop and he told me whoever did the alignment for you had no idea about German cars. They had me realign it and re-calibrate it. Now it drives so much better than before. I wouldn't really recommend them when it comes to more difficult jobs and I only realized this when I had comparisons. read more
