I called a tow truck to tow me to Jiffy 's location and was expecting them to say one of two things: "YOUR CAR IS TRASHED, OR IT WILL COST YOU A AND A LEG FOR WHAT WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO DO TO GET IT BACK ON THE ROAD. But, with the honesty I felt from the manager " JORDI" he told what the problem was, fixed it and it didn't cost nothing as what it was thing.... Waaaayyyyy lessss!. The staff here at Jiffy Lube always give us fast friendly service whenever we come back from a trip and we see the odometer is barking at us to do our regularly scheduled maintenance. They check all of the fluids and top them off as needed. they rotate the tires and they are amazing at getting us in and out without any issues. Already reasonably priced, you can get extra dollars off if they have your email - the promotions are perfectly timed for when our maintenance is due. We'll be back! read more

UBER DRIVERS BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! I went there for my Uber inspection. It was a $60 charge for the Uber inspection here and $69 at the Route 66 location. They told me they had the Uber inspection form. The guy told me I needed new rear brakes (I didn't - my brakes and tires are in great condition) I told him my brakes were fine and to just so the inspection but he said he couldn't pass me unless I bought new rear brakes. I knew they were trying to take advantage of me and I left. I went to Pep Boys on Azusa and Mike there helped me. He took out the actual Uber vehicle inspection form and I passed with flying colors. I asked him afterward about the rear brakes. He said they were fine. In and out the door in less than a half hour for $40.90. Hide your valuables! absolutely no integrity in the employees. I payed over $200 dollars for an oil change and some filters only to find out as I drove away someone had gone thru my personal belongings in my car. 3 worked on my car so I can't pin point who it was, as I waited in the sitting room. It looks like they tried to take my jewelry chain from my center console but bc it was tangled up w a large keyychain,it was left behind, maybe in a panic, it was randomly shoved in between my cup holder. As I drove off I noticed it forced into the side of the cup holder forcibly tucked. Not where I had it at all! This means they go thru your personal belongings when you're not looking. That is not part of oil service. Disgusting and invasion of privacy, lack of integrity. I wonder if it would of gone missing if it wasn't tangled w a keychain! I will never return to this location. I got my oil change here a few weeks ago, I drive from Azusa to Ontario for work 4-5 times a week so i got High milage synthetic oil which was a pretty penny, I have about 110 miles til my next service is required. Today as I was driving my low oil light came on more than a few times so I stopped to check my dip stick and lo and behold my engine had damn near no oil in it. It was almost dry. I paid over $100 dollars for an oil change and I have no leaks and my oil is almost dry, it only coated the tip of the dip stick. This is ridiculous and I will never recommend nor use these services ever again. That's bullshit your company is charging so much for an oil change and you don't even put enough oil to cover the car til the next service is due. Your workers are rude and untrustworthy. read more

Strolled in at 11am for a much needed oil change. Was first greeted by Carlos who is very friendly and attentive to my inquiries. Had me sign some paper work so I can leave and get a coffee at the nearest Starbucks while they service my car. I had brought my dog so the walk was definitely needed. Upon my return, I met Francisco, James and jack I believe is his name. Everyone here had good energy and good vibes. Once they finished, they had asked me if I wanted coolant, and washer fluid topped off, I agreed. I'm sure that's part of the procedure, but the fact that came over to ask me was superb. Complimentary window wash and carpet vacuum, I was amazed, I have never in my wildest dreams ever think of having or be offered such great customer service at my local jiffy lube. The management may have changed since the last time I was here, because I didn't recognize the staff, and they were all MUCH more positive and friendly than any I've dealt with at this location before. I've been to this location a few times & finally decided that enough is enough. I should've gotten the name of the guy at the front counter because every time I'm there he's impatient, patronizing, & just straight up rude. I decided to go in the other day for an oil change & i found a coupon on the jiffy lube website for $25 off a synthetic oil change. When i came in to ensure that they'd be able to accept the coupon before my service (because they've screwed me out of valid coupons before) he didn't even look at the coupon & said it was expired. I told him that i just got it that day, but he INSISTED that it was for an expired Labor Day coupon. The expiration date is over a month out on this coupon. That on top of his tone was enough for me to just leave completely. There's another jiffy lube down the road at 546 e Route 66 that i went to instead & they were sooooo nice & readily accepted my valid coupon. My husband and I both took our vehicles to this Jiffy Lube location for an oil change today and left pleasantly surprised and their speedy service! We were out of there within half an hour! I also appreciated that they weren't pushy about trying to sell us other products and services. We actually did make an additional purchase but did not feel pressured to do so at all.
