From the moment you pull up, they make the whole process feel easy and stress-free. One thing I really appreciate as a woman in my 20s is that they actually take the time to explain everything they're doing and walk you through the service without making you feel uncomfortable or pressured. Unfortunately, I know a lot of women my age feel nervous going to car service places alone because it can feel intimidating or like you're being taken advantage of. I never once felt that way here. They were honest, patient, and genuinely helpful. The customer service is honestly top tier. They even offer you a water while your car is being serviced, which is such a small thing but makes the experience feel that much more thoughtful. The fact that you stay in your car the whole time is also a huge plus. The service is quick, efficient, and the staff keeps the conversation going so the time flies by. I was able to get my oil changed and still have enough time to grab lunch all within my one-hour break from work. I came back to the office talking nonstop about how great my experience was. I'll definitely keep coming back to Take 5 and recommending them to everyone I know!

I had my oil changed here and the experience was terrible…read more After the service, the oil maintenance light was not reset and no service sticker was placed on the windshield. When I checked the dipstick myself, the oil level appeared low and the oil was dark with a burnt smell. I returned the next day to speak with the manager (Luis), who insisted the oil had been changed and showed me what he said was a new oil filter installed by the technician (Torres). However, when I expressed concerns about the oil condition and asked if they could redo the service for customer peace of mind, I was told I would have to pay again. The original manager on duty during the service was Mike. What concerns me most is not just the oil itself, but the lack of transparency and unwillingness to address a customer's concern in a professional way. When basic steps like resetting the maintenance system are missed and the oil appears questionable, it's reasonable for a customer to ask for reassurance. Unfortunately, I did not leave feeling confident that the service was handled properly. Luis refused to redo the service free of charge and at this point I realized that it wasn't doing anything by going back and forth. I would recommend customers going somewhere else.

She brought the car to him. He discovered the battery was bad and sold her a battery for $200. She was prepared to pay for a new alternator and Brian could've taken advantage of that but he didn't. Daniel took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and clearly explained what they found -- loose rear suspension hardware and a missing trailing arm nut that could have turned into a serious safety issue. What I appreciated most was Daniel's professionalism. He walked me through everything step by step, showed me exactly what was going on, and answered all my questions in detail. He was calm, knowledgeable, and transparent. He also stayed completely professional and never made negative comments about the original installer -- he simply focused on fixing the issue and making sure my vehicle was safe. They properly re-torqued and secured all the suspension components and performed a full alignment to ensure everything was dialed in. The truck now drives perfectly -- stable, smooth, no more clunking or sway. On top of that, their pricing was very fair and reasonable, especially considering the safety issue they corrected.
