I purchased these tires just a few months ago from their 101 W Baseline St location and had a good experience there. Unfortunately, the Azusa location was the complete opposite. We chose Azusa for the rotation because my wife was going to be in the area and planned to take the truck during her lunch break. I called the day before and made a 1:00 appointment for a tire rotation and was told it should take about an hour and a half. She arrived on time but waited about 30 minutes just to be helped. After she had been there for roughly two hours, an employee told her the truck was "next." Another 30-45 minutes passed and they still hadn't gotten to it. After nearly three hours, she finally had to call her dad to pick her up. They didn't call until 5:30--four and a half hours after her appointment for a simple tire rotation. I understand shops get busy, but this defeats the purpose of making an appointment. If they were running that far behind, they should have told her when she arrived instead of leaving her sitting there for hours and then saying her truck was "next" when it clearly wasn't. This experience has convinced me to go back to America's Tire, where I've always received excellent customer service and felt like my time was respected. The extra drive is worth it. I'll also be sharing this on Google Reviews and with the truck community so others know what to expect when making an appointment here.

We all know this... But the true measure of a business is how they treat you when something goes wrong and it's their fault (which is very rare to happen here but it did in my case). My wife visited the store because we had bad vibration at high speed with our Tesla Model Y. I specifically told her to let the mechanics know that I suspect that vibrations were caused by loose foam within our EV tires. The mechanics (multiple staff members) completely dismissed my wife and said that loose foam was unlikely to be the cause for vibration. They proceeded to try everything else (alignment and balancing). Anything but what my wife told them was my main suspicion. While I am glad AT provides free alignment and balancing, they simply ignored our concern and treated my wife's suggestion as unreasonable. It was frustrating that they wouldn't make any attempt to remove the tires from the wheel to check for loose foam. As it happens, the vibration continued after getting our tires realigned and rebalanced by AT. When we visited another local tire shops for further inspection, they found that 2 of 4 tires had loose foams, just as I had suspected. When the mechanics detached the tires from the wheels, it was very clear 2 tires' foam were completely detached. Not sure if its laziness, ignorance about EV tires, or subconscious sexism, the staff at Glendora AT should listen to their customers more and be more attentive and thorough in their inspection, especially when a customer provides a very specific and clear instruction to a potential issue.

The tire delivery was super quick, and scheduling the install was insanely easy. When I arrived, the lobby was pretty full, which actually made me feel better seeing how busy they were. I went on June 1st around 1:30 PM, and the guy at the front counter (sorry, didn't catch his name) was fantastic. He greeted me right away, kept me updated throughout my wait, and stayed professional and friendly even though the phone was constantly ringing. The techs were great too. They didn't try to push unnecessary work and only recommended an alignment, showing me picture proof of why it was needed. I'm a young girl, so of course I still call my dad and ask him about everything lol. I showed him the photos and price, and he told me it was a great deal and to go ahead with it. When I asked if they could do the alignment that same day, they fit me in immediately with no hassle. I also appreciated that when I paid cash and they didn't have the exact change, the guy told me not to worry about the small bill.
