Had a promo for 3 pre-paid oil change services. Always went early to avoid the wait times. Small waiting area inside with TV. Directly across the location is the Glendora Public Market, which is convenient if you have a long wait time as you can go eat. Staff was nice. I was in and out quick. Spent the morning running errands with my kids. We stopped at Jiffy Lube when I saw no wait and we were quickly greeted and showed to the lobby room area. Lots of seats, cold water and a restroom inside. It was perfect for us while we waited. Frank was wonderful! He explained everything about the oil change, let me know I was low on coolant and showed me my air filter that needed to be changed as well. He also offered other services like cleaning my lights and I will probably go back for that in the future since it has a lifetime warranty! I had a coupon and after the oil change, coolant and air filter changed it was a good value compared to other places I've gone for oil changes. I'm very pleased with the attention and detail. Frank was so helpful and showed me my engine and that the oil was all nice and changed. Service person tried to pigeon hole me into buying the most expensive oil change. Told him that I had been there the previous year and gotten a conventional oil change. But he said that he had no record of my visit. He said this after he had already punched up my information and the previous oil change visit was showing on his screen. When I asked him again if this was the only option, he doubled down. I don't have his name but he's a shorter caucasian tech with a goatee. Frank was super nice , but everyone else in this shop is super rude, I had to go to a different mechanic afterwards to double check their work since my serpentine belt was still loud and then David told me that my bolts on my skid plate were stripped when they just lost my bolts and refused to put it back on . I have lived in the area for 35 years and have used this location before. It has changed. Their current employees don't know what they are doing. I came in yesterday and the three of them were trying to change a bulb on a car and never checked me In. So I left and came back this morning. They were just as confused as yesterday. Went to get oil changed and they did it very quickly. However, a couple of weeks later my car starts to over heat and I looked at my coolant and it was bone dry. This after they told me they had topped off all the fluids in my car! It was over priced and now I'm not even sure they changed my oil. I will never go back. Having my regular mechanic check things out to see what else they missed. They also got me for an air filter I probably didn't need. read more

Great oil change service! There was no wait time, however, they kept on subtly upselling me on things like my car air filter needs to be changed and there needs to be an oil flush because my car oil was black. So, I don't know if this was recommended with genuine intent or because they wanted to just upsell me because I was a new customer. Returning on a future visit, I will stick to just only an oil change and not be gullible enough to give in to the other added service upsells. read more

Took my car for an oil change last year and noticed a leak that started soon after when the engine builds up pressure. We don't drive the car much so thought it was the drain plug that perhaps wasn't tightened all the way. Fast forward to my mechanic brother in town this week. I tell him about the leak... He looks under and says it's leaking from the rear of the oil pan and probably a leaking gasket. No biggie, get the car on the road... Fix it. He buys the gasket, some oil and a filter to oil change the car at the same time. Turns out somehow some of the oil pan bolts were loosened. I can't say who did it but jiffy lube was the last place that had the car before the leak started. read more

I had gone here for an oil change a month ago & got great service. I returned yesterday to get my coolant checked and I was just so pleased with the friendliness of the staff & management. They put air in my tires, topped off the coolant & even put half a quart of oil. All complimentary! I was so happy because I was on my way to a do a long drive and wanted to make sure my car was good. The staff here really go out of their way to have great customer service, something that is hard to come by these days. I definitely recommend to family & friends. read more

I came here for an oil change on a Sunday because my regular shops were closed. I was greeted by Frank the Manager on duty, he was very friendly and courteous. I asked him the difference between two full synthetic brands they offered at Joffy lube and Frank explained in detail the differences between the 2 brands and I chose to go with the better brand which was only 10 dollars more than the other brand. I was in the waiting room No more than 30 minutes and my oil change was completed. Frank walked me out to my car and showed me what fluids they tipped off such as radiator fluid and also advised me that my air filter needed to be replaced. I can change thae air filter myself so I declined replacement. Overall Service was Great. Will cone here again for an oil change. read more

WAY overpriced. Cost of labor is twice as much as it should be. Tried to charge me double the price of what the job should've been.

Johnny and his team, including Jorge and Isaiah are seriously the best and the nicest guys. B is for the best of service. I went in thinking I was just going to get and oil change but I left with the best of service and care. There were a lot of things that were brought to my attention I had no clue about. The team was not only knowledgeable but helped me find solutions . U is for the underrated ness of this place. There is a lot of things you think you might get scammed into but here they tell you and help you. This on the outside looks like just an ordinary Jiffy lube ,but they have the best team in the company. Z is for zzz is not what you get here. Everyone is working hard to help you make sure you're car is taken care and you're safe. Z is for zippy. They are efficient and again did say they were nice ? Really great group of guys here. Like any oil change, do set yourself up some time but know in that time you're getting taken care of! I did personally go mid week like mid afternoon so I was able to leave in 30-40min. This location was great. I was greeted by Johnny and he took great care of me and made the process seamless. They were a little short handed so he explained it may take a bit longer than usual. He recommended the breakfast bagel or smoothie from across the street. His recommendation was a good one. It took it a lot less time than he predicted. Overall, the experience was great. They got me in and out of there in a very reasonable amount of time. Johnny represented Jiffy Lube well. They've always been fast, communicative, and provide recommendations of what parts may need to be replace soon. He was Extremely rude and unprofessional. Not greeting me or even giving eye contact. Every question I asked about the services he blew me off l, as if I was bugging him. I am very disappointed in the service here. It sucks because I love this company even having family working at another loand never had a problem in the past. This has been my oil spot for about a year since moving to Covina. So after bringing one of my cars in for a oil change , I was told I needed a new oil pan gasket and valve cover gasket but no mechanic on duty. We went to this jiffy lube for the first time. I usually go to pep boys but decided to give jiffy lube a shot. When we got there, we were told to get out of the car and the service tech walked away while we stood there confused. He came back and didn't explain anything to us. Just said you have synthetic and synthetic blend. We had to ask the price as it was not offered to us. He seemed like he really didn't want to deal with us. Then when it came to registering, he was short and cold with his responses as if we were a burden to him. Jorge was an unpleasant service technician. The only reason I'm giving this jiffy lube 3 stars instead of 1 is because the PRICE was great and the oil change was QUICK. but as far as customer service goes, 1 star definitely. read more

They quoted me over $100.00, for an oil change. My hubs almost had a coronary when I called to tell him. He told me to high tail it outta there. Went to WalMart and my oil change was $33.12.
