I have to be honest, I was really disappointed with the service I received here. I brought my vehicle in for a four-wheel alignment and was told everything was good to go. However, I was not given any alignment report showing the before-and-after measurements for toe, camber, caster, etc. About a month later, I started noticing a strange noise coming from the front of the vehicle, so I took it to a different alignment shop to have it checked. They told me the vehicle was badly out of alignment and that the wheels were significantly toed in. I was able to see the alignment measurements myself, which was very frustrating after having just paid for an alignment. I understand I could have asked more questions and requested the alignment report at the time, but I trusted that the job had been done correctly. Unfortunately, based on what the second shop found, I don't feel that was the case. Very disappointed with the service and expected much better, especially considering how highly this place is recommended. read more

Took my vehicle down there to get an alignment done I just installed a brand new steering rack assembly. They don't even use the proper points to turn the bars. They went straight to the bars with them pipe wrench and scarred my bars. Charge me $100 to do tow and Center the steering wheel. They left my steering dampener bolts loose. There was a big grease stain on the center console. Never going back here again. I called to speak to the manager. He just tells me to bring it down. And he would have a talk with Tech this place is a joke. I had a rattle in my front end I drove all the way from Fontana to come to this place cause I thought that they could help me out he took it for a drive since they heard the rattle had a guy looked at it. He looked at it for about a half an hour drove it up to me got out and said get this thing out of here. I can't find the rattle and I'm not looking for it no more I've never been treated or rude in my life. I would never recommend this place or bring anything here again there's about 10 guys standing around doing nothing but yeah, I'd rather not make money if you're paying by the hour who cares how long it takes. that guy would rather go back and sit on his ass and do nothing. It's hard to find mechanics you can trust these days, so I feel lucky to have been recommended Bear Frame & Wheel! They are genuinely all very kind and honest people. I come here often to get my alignment fixed, and if the issue is small, they won't charge me anything. In the several years I have been coming here, they have never tried to upcharge me or scam me in any way. They get busy on the weekends and later in the day, so I try to come right at 7:30 AM, they're usually done within an hour. I went to Bear Frame and Auto today after I received a quote for new shocks and struts because of sound coming from carriage area $1,,200 on my vehicle. I felt they did not diagnose properly as suspension seemed to be fine. Bear Frame and Auto did a few test drives and adjustments but sound was still present. They pulled vehicle into brake bay and took off all four tires and they found the problem. I had a $8 part that apparently was left out during brake repair by someone else. Had a thumping noise in front end. Husband took car here to get diagnosed and fixed. Replaced control arms and hubby picked up car. While driving home he noticed it was still doing what we took it in for. He went back and said he just paid a thousand dollars and it's not fixed. I guess whoever helped him has poor customer service skills. When hubby asked what could be done he responded with " I can put your old users back in, give you your money back and you can take your business elsewhere". Pretty sad. I went to have an alignment on my truck today. The young lady in the office was nice and I asked her if it would take long. she said no and said you can wait in the waiting room over there pointing to the building. There is only one door on the building that says "private". I was walking towards the door when a very rude mechanic yells "that door says private!" Can't you f*cking read?" I wasn't told to walk through the chain link opening to where the waiting room was. Always great service! Pretty quick service with a minimum wait time. The techs are always on the move to keep the vehicle line moving. Might be a 20 minute wait. It's never really a long wait. I was referred to this shop from 88Motors to get an alignment. I've had alignments done before with the latest and the greatest precision alignment machine with computer and laser measurements. However, that really didn't align my car properly. These guys do it the old school...all manual measurements and test drive. Within 20 minutes, my 2023 4Runner was aligned properly....straight as a nail. I live more than an hour away but it was definitely worth it and I'll be bringing my Lexus GX460 next...because after 3 alignment...still pulls to the right. I've been coming to Bear Frame and will for years and I've never had an issue but today I took my son's Chevy Colorado there to get a wheel alignment which I have brought this truck there before and never had an issue I got called by the mechanic he told me that he does not align Chevy Colorado's I told him it was done there before he said well he'll look into it and see if he can do it but if all the lights on the dash come on it's not going to be his fault and I have to take it to the dealer and have it redone at the dealer on their computer so I said well let me just come and pick it up then I'll take it somewhere else he said no I'll try my best like I said but if the lights come on you're going to have to take it to the dealer and it's not my fault I didn't like that cuz it was done there before and didn't have an issue so he's trying to make up problems anyway when I show up over there the guy comes up to me and I said I don't appreciate being yelled at like that on the phone he says I'm deaf I'm sorry about that I said well being deaf doesn't have anything to do with lying about the truck not being able to be aligned when you guys have clearly done it before anyway they align the truck looks like a 12 year old used channel locks on my tie rods now I got to go down there and spray paint it or whatever cuz it looks like shit I talked to the other employees they all said the dude is not deaf he's just a liar and he treats everybody like shit after reading the reviews it seems like this guy is going to run this place into the ground with his attitude and treating everybody like we're a piece of shit and we're stupid when here we are spending money on this business I will never go back to this place again it was always my go-to place but I will never go back I will try any other place before I go back to this place I've never been treated like that before and yelled at and all the other employees solve the guy treating me this way and they all came up to me and said just don't worry about it he's death is just a liar so anyways this liar is going to run this business to the ground I will make sure to never recommend this business to anybody ever again horrible customer service and my tie rods look like kid went under there with channel locks and fuck them all up read more

I have a friend who drives over 15 miles one way to have this company work on his cars. He referred me to Gary & Greg. I am a few months late on this but had to share my experiences. I took my 2018 Chevy Traverse to have shaking issue addressed when I would use the brakes at a higher speed. Gary (one of the owners) assessed the issue and had one of his techs fix my warped rotors. Then they sent it over to another area and had the alignment fixed. All completed within an hour or so. A couple days later, I took my son's 2012 Toyota Corolla to inspect struts/shocks due to a little knocking noise. They tightened up a few things then did the alignment. All completed within 20-30 minutes. Car knocking noise went away. Everything about this business establishment is reminiscent of old school, top-notch service. Thea guys don't play around. I installed coilovers on my car and needed an alignment after installation and lowering. Came in with front passenger coilover cambered in a bit at the knuckle and thought they'd fix it, nope. They fixed the back camber but not the front. Instead they raised my front ride height which I set where I wanted it prior to taking my car in. Probably hoping I'd lower it back down and need another alignment. They did a tire rotation thinking the vibration would go away They replaced an OEM bolt for the coilovers to knuckle holes. Didn't once mention it to me. Then replaced it with a bolt that barely has enough meat not to slip through the hole. At least add a washer mr MECHANIC!?!? When they were "finished" the main guy got out and said, "it's about 90% straight" after having 5 mechanics look at my car, I paid $110 for an alignment that was literally the same leaving as to when I brought it in. Car came in shaking like hell from 10-40mph and left shaking like hell from 10-40mph. He blamed it on my axles that were indeed toast but the car drove straight as an arrow with toasted axles a few days before...I brought the car to them a year prior and they got the alignment perfectly straight. I didn't crash the car what's so ever so it should've have been an easy alignment for a 90s car. They are careless, scratched my rims with the air gun socket. Then looks like they tightened my wheels with the first lug nut way too tight for the other 3 holes to try to line up and seat down. You can see aluminum stuck to the lug nuts from the nuts being forced to seat down inevitably taking aluminum off my rims. This happened on every wheel. Paid for a front and rear alignment only got my steering wheel to point straight for $110, remember the rear was NEVER touched and they still charged me $60 read more

Went there the other day for a front end alignment, girl in the office said two hour wait which that I could see they were very busy. As I was waiting one technician walks by and complains about why people are waiting and that they have nothing else to do. Another tech the guy with pony tail (rude bad attitude) says he's slow and works the pace that he wants too. Thats fine if you say this but not when a customer can hear you. When the pony tail guy walked by me the second time, I asked him what time do you open tomorrow (Saturday), his rude reply back was ask the lady, and the schedule is right in front of you. After this I jumped in my vehicle and left. Why would I pay someone to work on my car when they have such a bad attitude. This place has no modern alignment equipment, they do not tell you the before and after specifications. Today (Saturday) I went to a place located in Ontario CA, they had me in and out less than 30 mins, you can watch through the window and observe what they are doing, when completed they give you a print out sheet of before and after specifications. I paid more at this alignment shop, but remember you get what you get what you paid for. read more

I used to bring my personal and company vehicles to Bear Frame & Wheel. After my last experience, I'm done. I took my vehicle in for alignment and brake adjustment. They did the alignment, but couldn't fix the brakes. I found out, the previous owner ran a screw through the booster. I was surprised that I found the soft brake problem and BFW couldn't. When I returned to my office, we noticed the front driver side lug nuts were not properly installed. I almost lost a wheel. I'm extremely disappointed with BFW. I'll need to find a new alignment/brake person. read more

Without hesitations, 88 Rotors brought up Bear Frame & Wheel, in Glendora. It was a bit of a drive for me but I'd take any recommendations I can get! I got there around 11 AM today and the technicians were on it! I don't think I've ever gotten such a great alignment done before, my truck is driving nice and smooth! I'd definitely make the 1 hour drive to come back to this location in the future! The technician drove my truck multiple times after making some adjustments until it was PERFECT!
