The guys at Eds are always very helpful and knowledgeable, especially when I am having trouble with a part...I recently was stuck trying to figure out why I couldn't get new O-rings to fit into my 2004 honda element valve cover...after 2 days and 2 different sets of new O-rings I couldn't figure out the issue so I took my valve cover to Eds. All of the guys at Eds were standing over my valve cover puzzled and trying to figure out why the O-rings wouldn't fit...then Eric, one of Eds staff members walks up with a screw driver and says " I know what the problem is!"...then he stuck the screw driver into the hole on the valve cover where the O-ring goes and popped out a piece of what looked like the valve cover...but it wasn't part of the cover at all...it was the center of one of the old O-rings that I thought was removed from the cover! The old O-rings were so old and hard that the center of them stayed stuck inside the cover while removing them! They looked like they were part of the valve cover. The O-rings fit into my valve cover perfectly thx to Eric and his knowledge and experience with auto parts. Hours of YouTube videos, Google searches, and even other mechanics couldnt solve this issue but 1 auto parts professional did. Thank you Eric and thank you to the whole team at Eds auto parts! I love coming here for their reliable and affordable car parts (best prices around) but especially for their EXCELLENT customer service!!! Today we were at the Dollar store almost across the street from them, and called here as a last resort to help a woman locked out of her car with her dog inside. Tow trucks and locksmiths were at least another 20 min away, but a worker from Ed's called us back, and came to help with the situation as best he could. Best auto parts store around. I've been going here off and on since I bought my first car. The people working are knowledgeable and super helpful. At times when I haven't lived I in the area I've gone to some chain stores and find that the staff isn't very knowledgeable and the selections are weak. Real old school local business that I will go the extra distance to shop at and support if I can. Stop by Eds auto parts with a camshaft problem. They sent me to another supplier that knows about cam shafts and what a relief. They did not make any money this time but they have my business in the future. Dont remember the salesman but great bunch of people in there. These guys are awesome! Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. I called about my 02 sensor at about 3pm on a wed and Eric had the part ready at 9am the next day. He also referred me to a local mechanic that they trust to install the part. Eric also ordered me a second sensor I needed and that part was in the same day just an hour later. Eric really went above and beyond to help me. I don't know anything about cars but when I called he helped me find the information about my car that I needed and was able to pull up my car with my license plate #. The other staff were great as well. I used to come here 8+ years ago for oil change supplies but I'm glad I can order car parts here too! They were very patient with me considering I didn't know anything about cars and seemed eager to help. They all had great attitudes and I can tell they really care to help people. I was doing my brakes today, I went over to Ed's Auto parts my brother found this place a couple weeks ago to get parts for his F350 these guys are very knowledgeable, I came in today to buy some brake pads and get my rotors cut they offer the services here, they also have a press machine if you need any fittings that are pressed for axles or hubs They did not have the part in stock however they got it in 45 minutes a good high-quality centric ceramic brake pad and they also finished cutting my rotors are great service it's a small shop but these guys know what there doing, don't bother going to AutoZone or O'Reillys Their customer service is bad at those other two places and they don't know what they're doing, come down to Ed's auto parts and support small business And work with parts guys that Have been in the business since 1968 read more

We found Ed's by accident, having meant to go to another auto parts store in the area. It was meant to be though - the staff at Ed's is fantastic! All of the employees are professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. We had some trouble with the part that we purchased and had to bring it back. The guy who helped us readily exchanged the part and apologized for the problem (although it clearly wasn't his fault that the part ended up being a lemon). Came in and was nicely greeted and introduced to all the employees. Placed a special order for a import/Mercedes hard to get and pricey part and it was delivered within 2 hours and they personally called me to inform me when the part had arrived. Very competitive pricing and are willing to work with you. Family ran business.
