Prior to my appointment, I called 88 Rotors specifically to confirm they had the Toyo A/T IIIs in stock for my build, and they explicitly confirmed over the phone that they did. At drop-off, I confirmed the exact tire setup again in front of a friend who was with me. When I picked up the truck, I realized Falken Wildpeak /T4s had been mounted instead. When I brought this up, the representative mentioned they didn't stock Toyos, pointed to the invoice, and told me to "just try them out" The irony is that I literally just took Falkens off my truck-which I explained-so telling me to "try them out" felt very dismissive after making such a large purchase. While the Eibach suspension and alignment work turned out great, it's disappointing to meticulously plan a $5k build, experience an inventory miscommunication, and receive zero accountability or effort to make it right when brought to their attention.
