Friendly staff! Selection was good, and their website was up-to-date on the vehicles they had in stock. Prices were very reasonable as well. Great experience overall! read more

Really bad experience they don't know what you're doing they quote you on price and then change the price on you give you b******* excuses and don't honor their prices! read more

Drove 2 hours for a windshield when I got there waited another hour for them to tell me they can't find it after confirming 2 times on phone it was ready to go Sat a bit more melted in the sun they took my number down to let me know if they ever found it and never got a call back. Please consider not posting an item online if ur staff can't find it! read more

Shout-out to Ron and his amazing team. They have a well-oiled machine (pun intended) over there at H K Auto Savings. If you are looking for any parts, you need to check out H K Auto Salvage. I had never experienced anything quite like this! My dad used to always tell me that I should go to junkyard and looks for various car parts. I always imaged walking up and down rolling hills of trash looking for car parts. That is no where near the truth when you go to H K Auto Savings! They have never seen so many different car parts and engines removed, labeled, set aside and ready for pickup. The next time I need something, H K Auto is my #1 choice! read more

If i could give negatives stars id put these guys in the dirt. Tried to buy parts from them to ship they use a shady shipping company that just tries to get more and more money from you. They refuse to give me a refund and I highly doubt the parts ever existed. I WISH I COULD GET MY HANDS ON THEM. F*CK THESE PEOPLE read more

Bought a driver door from here in good condition with working wiring. All for a great price.

I obtain an excellent price for a quality well working rear axle. It was shipped to the mechanic shop of my choice, I did have to pay for shipping, but that's OK. However, the most important aspect, is there parts to come with warranty, but the part is working excellent. I would definitely buy parts from the dealer again. read more

If I can give negative stars I would . Bad customer services , so called owner Richard is very rude as well as his sales reps. One of them couldn't even give me a price and didn't even know what the name of the part I needed . Don't come and waste your time with unprofessionals!!! Mad me drive from Vegas for a part they didn't even have , be careful read more

Everything should improve it's the second time they tell me they have a part I drive over and they don't have it it's hard not to be mad

These guys are legit. They had the part I needed for my old beater and even referred me to someone who could install it, all at a great price. Saved a lot of $$$. And these guys were pretty awesome, on the phone and in person. For sure I will go to them again. read more

What a nice bunch of guys! Even though what I needed didn't turn out to be available, I will absolutely do business with them again.

Response back was quick and answered my inquiry in a timely manner. Price was within my budget

I needed a new A/P sensor for my 07 Honda Accord, it was struggling to accelerate, and would lose power. Instead of buying a new one, I decided to check out my local salvage yards to save some cash. This place ended up being the only location nearby that had what I needed. I dealt with Rudy, even though he was a tad obnoxious I am grateful that he worked with me on the price. My car troubles are now fixed. Thank you H K! read more

Great bunch of guys working the counter here. The owners are also very helpful and informed. I've been using this place for at least 10 years whenever I need a dealer part that doesn't need to be new. They're linked up with the network locator service also so if they don't have it, they can instalntly find it over the intercom hooked into many salvage yards in sun valley and other locations in so-cal. Give them a call, they won't waste your time. By far and without a doubt the best salvage yard I've dealt with. read more

Maria and her team always help me with all my second hand powertrain needs. I can always trust them with low mileage powerful machines for my downed cars.I love how they don't charge extra in their delivery services and core pick up. Thank you once again for the excellent cherry picked products you have in inventory. read more

My son and I had the most horrible experience buying parts from H.K. Auto Salvage - we wanted to save money, but instead, we ended up spending double our budget. I am attaching the complaint I filed with the BBB. Dear Sir: May 19, 2015, my son and I purchased from H.K. AUTO SALVAGE the following items for his 2003 Ford Focus : 1) 1 visor clip, 2) attachment for the handle to roll down the manual window on the driver's side, and, 3) a trunk lock. After I paid, I asked for a receipt, and the manager, Mr. Rudy Macias wrote my first name and the amount on a piece of paper. ( copy attached ) I said that what he gave me is not a "receipt", and Mr. Rudy Macias, in a sarcastic tone, told me that I was buying from a salvage store, and not from Ford Corporation. I came back the following day, because the trunk lock was a different year model, and did not fit. Mr. Rudy Macias instructed a "dismantler" to look for a 2003 trunk lock. It took the "dismantler" 45 minutes to find an extremely rusty trunk lock with NO KEY. I then asked for a refund. I was told by Mr. Rudy Macias that my option was to either take the unusable rusty trunk lock with NO KEY, or leave it, BUT THAT THE STORE POLICY WAS ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. I asked if I could exchange it with another item since what he was giving me was not usable, and he refused. I ended up buying the trunk lock WITH A KEY from Ford Only Auto Dismantlers, who gave me a legal receipt registered with the IRS. Not only is H.K. Auto Salvage cheating the government, they also have unscrupulous business practices. read more

Terrible customer service and reliability. Was told a quote, then when time to set up pick up, guy told me I lied and gave him the wrong year when I called on two separate occasions to get a quote on the same car. Would not honor quote and told me they no longer wanted the car (with and attitude, all because I objected to being told I gave him the wrong year) though the mistake was theirs. read more

I had an old 2001 Toyota Corolla To sell... I didn't have faith that I could sell it to an individual in good conscience, but many of the parts were good or recently replaced. I called these guys and took my car up to them. He gave me what I felt was a very good price and even salvaged 6 CDs of one that had been trapped in the stereo for a year!!! Within a week of selling him the car, I got an envelope with all 6 of my trapped discs!! Above and beyond the all of duty. Professional and courteous. I highly tecornd it to anyone wishing to junk their old car or buy used parts. read more

My daughter hit a pot hole on the freeway after a recent storm. Dented 2 rims on her 00 Toyota Solara. I needed 2 15" steel rims. I called 3 yards. These guys had by far the best price. When i got there, they were super nice and helpful. i took a bad rim. if you don't know what your looking at, rims all kinda look alike. they were knowledgeable, paid attention to detail and employee Victor found me the correct rims. read more

So so grateful for the service with this company. They went the extra mile and I got a replacement actuator for the liftback door of our beloved 2001 Dodge Durango that we nickname the Beast. They gave us a written receipt with a guarantee to replace or return if it failed. It works great and saved a great deal of running around. Many many thanks. read more

I am writing this review so that other people are beware of what I experienced. Wrong parts and a horrible professionalism is what's at hk!. I have them good money for parts. All your are is green $$ - they'll fill orders and push crap out. Horrible.I paid them up front for parts whole my vehicle was in a dealership waiting on parts. The completed airbag fix seat belts ,airbags, dash, steering wheel, sensors, there complete set still needed parts unknown to them.. sending out wrong seat belts and then wrong color. Delays and delays.. it's best not to go to a place like hk until they fix there customer service practice. It took 48 days to receive all my parts from when I paid them.. excuses excuses, , excuses . read more

I was searching for a replacement seat for my Dodge. They said let me check and I will call you back. In 10 minutes, another salvage yard, that H K Auto Salvage called, contacted me. I am satisfied with both shops. Regards, Charles Wolf read more

I want to commend Rudy at HK for his dedication to customer service. Long story made short, the engine he sold me had problems that were not apparent on the surface. It was only after I removed the oil pan and exhaust manifolds that I could tell that this engine had experienced over heating problems. I sent Rudy a picture of the evidence and he immediately called me back and said he would do whatever it takes to make it right. And make it right he did! After some reasonable negotiation, he said he would buy a truck from auction that met my original specifications for year and mileage, then after he purchased it, he invited me down to see it run before his guys dismantled it. Everything checked out fine, so he removed it and delivered it the next day and hauled off the bad one. It really feels good because I thought I was over a barrel at first, you all can imagine how that could have gone. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HK to anyone! read more
