I'm really happy I found this place after calling around 5 other auto salvage places trying to find an air filter housing for my 2002 Toyota Camry. Of all the places, I called, this guy was the cheapest and only charged me $40 for the housing cover. Other places were charging more than double, and if I went through a Toyota dealer, I would've paid around $400 just for the parts. Anyway, when I went there, I noticed he also had a repair shop in the back, so I asked him how much he'd charge to install it. He gave me a very, very fair price. He also noticed my air filter sensor was damaged, and even repaired that for a nominal fee. After looking around his yard, he fortunately found one, so I opted to also get that fixed at the same time. Anyway, service was great and prices were more than fair for the parts. He's only had the shop for 5 years, although the shop has been around for a much longer time. If you read bad reviews before the 5 year mark, it probably wasn't this guy. I'm glad I found him and will definitely use him again if I need parts for my 2002 Toyota Camry. read more

I needed a 2007 Toyota Highlander tail light. I called Five Point and spoke with Tony. He told me that he will check & get back to me. He called me back within 10min & stated that he has the part in stock. This was my first time going to a junk yard. Tony was very helpful and offered to replace the tail light for a small fee. He's very skillful & honest. Will definitely recommend this place for anyone needs a second hand parts. Couldn' t find a latch cover for my Camaro and after searching in Santa Ana with no luck, my co-worker knows the owner and checked with him to see if they had the part. With in 15 minutes he found the part and when I got there, they even helped me install it. No extra charge. I don't normally hang out in Auto Salvage yards, but it was cool. My part was $30.00, but the service should have been $100.00. read more

The guy helping me brought a box to put my parts in and recommended a great taco place nearby. The salvage lines were entertaining in their conversations about gas prices and politics. There are two guys behind the desk + three other workers working the large yard. There was one man who looked like a mechanic sleeping on the customer's couch so I had to sit behind the counter. They had newspapers for me to read while I waited for the parts. read more

Sam was very friendly and helpful. I called ahead to make sure they had the parts I needed. I picked them up for cheap. Make sure you inspect the parts carefully before you buy them as their posted return policy is very limited. When you need to keep an old car running, this place can help without emptying your wallet. Note that they told me that they don't install parts for you. read more

these people are real jerks i will never go in here again!!!!.......I went in about 2 weeks ago because i needed a cooling fan motor. I purchase it and at first i was kinda like hey why does this one have 2 fans but the man reassured me that it was the correct motor i said ok thanks and went on my way (BTW this motor was 50.00) so i go to my mechanic and he says this isn't the right motor for your cooling fan. I told him the guy told me its the same one so he checked and sure enough it was the wrong one so i called Five Points and told them and he said to come back the next day because they were closing and he would put it in for me for free i said ok. Then my mechanic said hey i have one that is brand new new fan new motor and everything (also my fan was cracked) for 80.00 and ill put it in for you i said hey 30 more dollars and its brand new sure ill take it. So he put it in and everything worked perfectly! I went back to five points the following day to return the piece they gave me and the man said "well you were supposed to come back in here and i was going to put the right one in for you" and i said well i couldn't drive my car over here with no fan it would overheat and he kept saying well you said you were coming......at this point i was getting angry because he didn't seem to grasp the concept that he should have given me the correct part in the first place and he even called me a dick at one point in this conversation anyways he only gave me 30 of my 50 that i paid because of a 30% restocking fee even those he gave me the wrong part... By The Way the guy that i was talking to the whole time and the one that called me a dick was apparently the owner has no people skills what so ever horrible customer service!!!!!! read more
