I browsed around and found HPS was local to me so I placed an order for will call. I was able to pick up my order the same day and get my car going! When you arrive to the front door they have a door bell you have to ring to get service. The lobby area is clean with various of items on display. The receptionist was helpful and got my will call quickly. While I was there I saw they also offered AN fittings and hoses so I purchased some -10 lines and fittings to update my oil cooler too. When I got there, I was told I couldn't pay for my tire in advance because that would be illegal for them to close out my work order without conducting an inspection of my vehicle, in case additional services were needed upon inspection. I informed them I had prepaid for my tires many times before at other stores, and never had any issues. They told me those places were breaking the laws. I cancelled both my order and appointment and went across the street to another reputable tire company who took my payment in full without any issues.

On top of all of that my wheels came back scraped tf outta. I understand if scratches get on the rim but they made sure to get scratches in the center of the wheel as-well. Looks like they weren't careful with it. The guy in the front likes to do a bait and switch so make sure you get your pricing in paper trail. Edit: the owner responded with bad reading comprehension. They have a lot of pics of Tacos but they work on many makes. Brought in my Pathfinder and after the install I noticed some noise on the ride home. Brought it back to have them take a look and everything was torqued according to spec. After reaching out to the manufacturer it turns out the bump stop needed to be transferred over to the new shocks. Chris and his team transferred it over and the noise is gone. They really did an awesome job to make sure their costumers are happy. Definitely going back to have any future upgrades to my car.
