During the conversation, I told the woman I spoke to that I am home all day and usually leave my home just after 3PM. On Monday around 10:45AM I saw a voicemail that had been left on my cell phone at 10:33AM from PYP, 626-440-5928, I called back as soon as I saw the voicemail. The woman who answered told me she had called me because there was a tow truck that was available to pick up my car even earlier, but that the truck was no longer available for an earlier pick up. She told me that my car would be picked up in the time window I was given on Friday. I was home until 3:15PM and had to leave. The tow truck never came to my house. If you want to waste your whole day waiting for a business to pick up a car you want to junk who never shows up, then call Pick Your Part. They would be happy to waste your time. If I could give them a zero rating, I would.
