This was my first time going to Napa auto parts. What a wonderful experience it was. Scott and the manager we're awesome. We got on the phone with scott and he was so knowledgeable and helped us so much explaining things. We purchased an alternator. It was a great deal. And he even gave us a veteran discount for my husband. He stayed on the phone with us. Answering all of our questions for at least 15 minutes. I highly recommend if you need something, go there. I was unable to find a specific kinda of windshield wiper. I went to a few different auto part stores and a Chevy Dealership. I was striking out and I had a long ride back home to a different state coming up. It was a very long drive through a storm and I needed my windshield wipers to work well. The manager Ray at NAPA in Glendora put in a huge effort and made something work and I got home safely. Ray was excellent. read more

Like they say NAPA knows how. I've come here many times for auto parts. Prices are fair- they offer a AAA discount too. Service in my experience has been good. I've never had a time where they didn't have my part in stock and have always had fast service too. They are conveniently located off arrow Highway between Grand Ave and Barranca. Plenty of parking in their own lot and I believe street parking too. The do tend to have limited hours compared to some of the other big auto parts chains but good for them for giving their employees a better quality of life. They probably sell more parts during those hour's anyways. If you need auto parts give NAPA a shot I'm sure they can help you. read more

Ordered a small item online and got a discount for signing up for emails. Went to pick it up and after 3 calls and about 10 minutes they found my item, which was prepaid. They refused to give it to me and said they'd been unable to get it into their system. We told them we had an order number and it was already paid for. The rude man on the other end told me I might have to re-order, which would've negated my discount. Another man, evidently a manager, told us to hold on. It's hot. I was sitting in my car with the engine running, wasting gas for one small item. After 25 minutes I went in and told the two men standing there I wanted the item I'd paid for. The larger man (I think the manager) rudely said "give it to her". No apologies, not even basic courtesy. Not my fault they had a problem with their system. Oh and corporate? Hung up on before I even said anything. Avoid their online ordering and avoid this store. read more

A very large parts store. It appeared they do not have air conditioning, because they had fans blowing throughout the store. But, I'm not judging them based on that. I'm judging them based on their amazing customer service. Hubby needed a part for a car, I went looking at multiple different locations (Home depot type of stores) and no one had it. These guys had something similar or they can order the exact item online. I appreciate that he went out of his way looking and searching, and advising me on what else can be done. read more

Wow went in the store to get a quart of oil 10 w 40 castroil and was shocked to see 8.40 a quart, not synthetic. Went to walmart 4.78 you could change your oil twice to napa's once. Any questions ? read more

Napa isn't a very good place for parts, and the one time that I've found a reason to buy something from them, I had a less than pleasant experience. That one reason was brake rotors: they happen to have a very nice, inexpensive rotor. The problem was that they showed in stock, but were nowhere to be found. I was offered a good price on their ultra premium rotors, but they were still about 40% more than the ones I really needed. Had to end up going to their El Monte location, but not before looking at the relatively high prices on hand tools and lubricants. read more

Sign on the door stated masks were required, as it should be. Only one employee was wearing a mask, and the rest were walking around without one. They were ringing up a customer who was not wearing a mask and was coughing, rather than refusing him service. It would be one thing if the guy just wasn't wearing a mask, he was literally coughing at the register and they were still ringing him up. Beware of going here. read more

Never did business with Napa for some time--until my old buddy at work, Gil, a bike rider, gave me a tip that if I wanted to shop for reliable after market parts, check Napa Auto parts. So this was around 2015. Since then, I had been to every Napa store in this continent, West Coast to East Coast(MD), for my parts and they don't disappoint. Plus, if you tell them that you were in town as I did in Maryland, they give you the extra hospitality for the parts you ordered, plus courtesy boxes, as I had to shop the parts myself when the AAMCO branch in Gaithersburg was delaying the repairs for the wife's minivan saying there were no parts available by giving me the BS excuse that I might not afford the price for the replacement parts. Really? So I challenged the owner that if I get the parts then he gets to give me discount for everything. Called Napa Auto in Maryland, asked if the parts needed were available and when they said yes, I ordered it online and paid it, took an Uber to the Napa store and picked it up. Took me less than 2 hours for the trip. To cut it short, got the parts and the discount and paid the shop in advance. The following day as promised, my late brother in law picked it up from work as we rented a car and headed to the Big Apple where I drove like a native New Yorker against the local commuters with the LA swagger to enjoy its rather quaint summer sun. You can't really do so much when you're on the road, but heck, you do what you could, like visit Washington DC and Smithsonian, or Leesburg, VA or travel to gloomy Gettysburg, PA etc. yet still have time for dinner with the family in Maryland! I've always driven by this Napa but have never stopped by until today and I'm glad I did! I need an air filter for my BMW and the other parts stores I go to most often have to order it in. I was talking to Johnny and he told me that they have the Napa Gold filter and the Altum(?) OEM (Original Equipment manufacturing) filter in stock, and it was a little cheaper for the OEM filter! I said I wanted to look at it and sure enough, it had the OEM markings just like when I first bought the car and had to go to the dealership to get the air filter. I also asked about what brake pads they had for my car, just because. The options were 2 Napa house brand and the OEM Textar brand brake pads! 8-o I know where I will be going to get parts for my car now! read more

I went to this shop at 8am to have my brake light fixed or should I say have the light bulb replaced. After 10 mins, I was told that I'm all set. Lo and behold! They did not charge me at all. It's for free. Thank you very much for your wonderful service. read more
